Experiencia negativa: mal servicio, la pagina se cerro antes de terminar el test y no se responsabilizan es como robarte con tu permiso y ahora me piden una prueba de lo que estoy diciendo

Experiencia negativa: Their BDI is a scam. They will not provide a certificate of completion nor will you be able to get in touch with the company. Call the number and it will not ring, send an email and you will not get a response. This screen shot is what you'll get

Experiencia fantástica: Took the traffic school 4 hour course on Feb 19,2022. Took it the same day and it did say i would get my certificate in 3 hours but the business day was monday-friday and Saturday was 8am-2pm and i took it at 7 in the night so i wasn't going to expect it on the same day which was fine and monday was a holiday but i got it on Monday and i was surprised that i would get it after the reviews i saw. took it to the clerks office today Feb 24 and they accepted it and for $25 it wasn't bad and the other companies they were trying to send me to was charging $200+. I took the chance to go with this company even thought it wasn't on the list for authorized school on the flhsmv website but it actually worked im from broward county so idk if any county are the same.

Experiencia negativa: I completed this course online 12/23/21... a notification was displayed stating my certificate would be sent by my prefered delivery method(email within 3 hours). After waiting i called the help desk to verify, i was told i had completed course and it would be emailed within 3 hours. after waiting the holiday weekend unable to contact any support and not recieving certificate, I called again(12/27/21). Now i was told i had not completed exam and must retake exam. Now i have violated the terms of my affidavit due to not completing course by the 24th. Thank you very much! I am very unsatisfied!

Experiencia negativa: Mi calificación específicamente va dirigida a la falta de trato cordial por parte de la encargada del examen de conducción, su actitud fue bastante descalificante al cuestionarme en medio del examen si “yo alguna vez había manejado un carro” Totalmente de acuerdo con que no debo pasar el test por no haber golpeado uno de los conos al salir del parqueadero, sin embargo, lo cortes no quita lo valiente. No recomiendo este sitio para exámenes prácticos de conducción

My daughter could not sign in as she forgot her log in information. My daughter emailed customer service on a Sunday around 7pm and got a very quick response resolving the issue without a hassle. Great customer support.

Recently my husband and I purchased a driving lesson package for our 16 year old daughter she was assigned to Aleida as her instructor. Aleida did such a phenomenal job teaching her the tips and strategies she would need to pass her driving exam, I was extremely happy with the outcome of their services.

Experiencia negativa: Scam. Do Not Go Here! They don’t tell you until after you’ve made a payment that you have to be under 18 to take a permit course. They refused to offer refund or put the money towards another course. Customer service was not helpful.

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service was absolutely horrible. I was taking my learners permit test online and the site crashed while I was taking it. When I got the site back up again it said I had failed, even though I wasn't even finished, I was literally doing so good. So I emailed them to let them know what had happened, and no one answered. Then I decided to call them to see if someone could actually be reached and they were extremely rude.The lady told me if was probably because I tried to open another website or lost my internet, I told her it was neither and that the site crashed and she told me "well you have to either pay to retake it or take it at the dmv". Never again will I use this website. I am retaking it on another website.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT USE THIS SCHOOL!!! The customer service is horrible, they don't call back when they said they would. They are rude and completely unhelpful. Everything is fine if nothing goes wrong. But if you have an issue, you will not get help here. We had a power outage mid exam, and they want me to pay the FULL price to take the exam again. They do not even offer a discount for a retake if something goes wrong that is not your fault. After I already purchased the full price top package. Do yourself a favor and go give your business to someone else. Also its free to go into DMV and take the test. They have prep course on DMV website. You have to go in and take a sight exam and to get the permit anyways. So just study and go in for FREE!!!!

Experiencia negativa: I finished the course they said they would email the certificate within three hours. I waited 24 hours still didn't get it. I called and they said they couldn't re-send it but would scan it to me within 15-20 minutes. Two hours later still nothing.

Experiencia negativa: Worst service I have ever encountered. I called and told the lady that answered the phone to send me the certificate through my email. She answered and hung up on me multiple times. Did not help at all. Just horrible.

Experiencia negativa: It says it mailed my certificate and it is not attached. When I try to print it, the certificate will not download. Then I went to take the drivers test it went haywire and kicked me out. Then it said I failed and I could not get back in with out paying again. I tried to contact customer support, but they are closed. Very disappointed!

Experiencia negativa: Very bad customer service. Especially accounting and management (Judy from Dept of behind the wheel). They treat customers as if they owed them something. They are not happy to help to find the right schedule that fit your time. They just wants your money. They lied to me. I called and I asked before I paid for the service ((if they can work with my schedule)). I mad it clear that I wanted to take the lessons in one week and half because I was going to be traveling after 10 days and I wont have time to take lessons after that. They told me they can work with me on my own schedule. Then after I paid they told me they don't have enough drivers. I will have to be open minded and wok with their availability. I don't think they have enough drivers. She and her team were rude too. I asked them for a full refund. It wasn't easy to get my refund neither. !!!!!DONT USE THEM FOR DRIVING LESSONS. !!!!!!

Experiencia positiva: They offer a fair priced, quick and easy way to complete traffic school after a ticket. As soon as I finished the required course, they immediately issued an electronic certificate of completion, which is nice, but came up with a glitch. It would not open. I called customer service and they confirmed other customers were having the same problem and they were working to correct it. However, after contacting them again they never got back to me with an answer or a solution. Thankfully I was able to work around the problem myself, but their customer service is poor.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this school. They automatically charged me to have my certificate emailed to me even through I requested it to be mailed. I called multiple times with the answer being the same, someone will call me back and that never happened. They only care about money even through the recorded message talks about how caring they are. Poor service should not be rewarded.
