Experiencia negativa: I brought my Moto Guzzi in to see why engine light was on and also said to go ahead and change the oil. After about 3-4 weeks got bake back. Within 3 days engine light is back on. When I called I was told they didn’t know why, I should take it to a Moto Guzzi dealer. That’s fine, but I paid them $500 to fix it, which obviously didn’t happen. When I questioned them I was told they had a lot of time in it, so no refund! I did go to a dealer to find it was a recall issue and was covered.

Let’s recap. You brought your moto guzzi to us for an engine light. We made you aware we aren’t a guzzi dealer but you didn’t want to travel out of Pittsburgh for this service and acknowledged that we may not be able to solve this issue. We made you aware of the minimum charge to hook up to the bike even tho we are not a guzzi dealer. You acknowledged and accepted this. We went over the codes with you and explained it had to go to the dealer for factory software update. We certainly aren’t going to work for free. We are a Ducati specialty shop and you acknowledged this. I even went as far as to open our garage after hours for you to drop off…
I have it on camera You spelled it out the reason I started this company. Unreasonable people like you that think you should get a service for free. We aren’t here to work for free. We are here to provide a reputable service for reasonable customers.
Experiencia fantástica: Excellent attention to detail. Casey and his crew came through with a full restoration on my sport bike. The bike was in rough shape and they were in touch every step of the way with recommendations. The bike came out of the shop with flawless precision. Many Props to Casey and the team for getting me back on the road.
Experiencia fantástica: Every time I need my track machines or road bikes serviced beyond my capabilities, I know I can come to the best, and they are right next door! Jeremy and Casey are riders like ourselves, real road and track experience translates to quality work and outspoken performance. Go with the best the first time around, give them a call.

Experiencia fantástica: Great shop. I had an issue with my Yamaha XT250 and needed a place to have it serviced short notice. I called other shops in the Pittsburgh area and was informed of long lead times on service (2-3 weeks) “due to COVID” or my call wasn’t answered at all. GPMSC answered immediately and told me I could bring it by that day and they’d be able to take a look at it within the next week. Not only did they live up to their word but they also had it fixed within the week. Go to GPMSC and support small business and get excellent service along the way. Thank you guys! -Erik
