It was organized and efficient, and they did a great job of making sure everyone in the course was both taken care of and received the instruction they needed to learn each skill. I would highly recommend Robert and Scotty and NTMSC.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough about this course. I was able to take a private lesson with Scotty and let me tell you.... IT WAS AMAZING!! I previously had a not-so-great experience with a different BRC so when I was able to set up a private class, I was thrilled. (Private lessons are expensive and not readily available - but WORTH it if they have the availability). The owner, Donnie, is a BAMF! Scotty is an absolute SWEETHEART. During my class, I found out my uncle passed which was very upsetting. Scotty consoled me and was super encouraging for the rest of the class, and was super patient each time I broke out in tears. So, while I hope this doesn't happen to you, know that if it does, you will be treated with compassion and kindness. Scotty is just WONDERFUL. I learned so much, feel so confident, and cannot wait to ride my Scout! He continually made sure I felt confident before moving on to the next exercise. Thank you, thank you, thank you NTMSC!!!!! I will forever sing your praises!!!! <3

Experiencia fantástica: I took this class several months ago and it was great. I also had issues because I had to take this class on my 2004 Road King. I'm a big guy and the groms and other bikes were just too small for me being 6'3" almost 300 pounds, so I did the class on my Road King. I had several issues doing it at the time and I felt like a total goof. I passed the class and realised how much different riding a heavy bike was. My instructor was Randy and he was great, even showed me on my bike some things I was making mistakes on, were very possible. I am now much more comfortable on my bike. I did spend some money making the thing fit me better and I love it now. I can do all the tasks no problem. I'm about to send my brother to this class because I trust the instructors.

Experiencia negativa: Had the opportunity to visit one of these classes at a local Harley Davidson dealership after picking up a new bike and wanting to stay safe. The class was taught by Brad Trent and he seemed like a solid teacher. Very informative, kept it interesting and light but serious when needed. Unfortunately I had a close family member pass away very suddenly about 2 hours into the first day and had to leave. Brad was super understanding and said we could figure it out and just to call management. After a few hours of settling things at the house I stepped away to address this and was told by Donny that there wasn’t anything they could do to reschedule or get reimbursed. Offered a discount to pay for a whole other program on a different day / weekend. Just very disappointing, seems like a lack of communication between management and its teachers. Considering I didn't spend but 1/4 of a single day there and could have been rescheduled with the same teacher on a later date. No consideration was made. I will not be returning and consider the $320 dollars I spent reserving a spot and doing their extra certification a learning lesson. Take your chances.

Experiencia fantástica: Attended this course over the weekend. Excellent training. Robert was fun to listen to and have incredibly helpful tips to help me learn what to do. You start off with a few hours in the class and then go to the parking lot and practice the range drills. Very glad I did this, was a ton of fun and I learned a lot.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this course for anyone that needs and help with motorcycle training or needs their license. The instructors were fun and the course was very informational. Brad and Robert did a great job making the course informative and a blast to experience. If you are in the area I highly recommend this course!
