Experiencia fantástica: I took a private lesson with Jeana to refresh my basic riding skills after getting my license a decade ago with little to no practice since. She was INCREDIBLE - so patient, knowledgeable, and a fantastic teacher. She taught me so many things that weren't covered in my course 10 years ago that made me a more confident rider and feel comfortable on the bike. Their bikes are also well-serviced and easy to use. I will be coming back for more training soon!

Experiencia negativa: I chose this MSF course based on good reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Right from the start, the environment was unwelcoming and poorly managed. T**, one of the instructors, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. At one point, someone mentioned they were allergic to bees, and T** responded by aggressively beating on a post, laughing that there was supposedly bees — hardly a safe or thoughtful reaction. The instructors seemed disorganized and inconsistent. One would tell us to do something, and the next minute, another would rudely contradict it, acting like we were making it up. It honestly looked like they were reading the instruction manual for the first time. When we asked to see a map of where we should be practicing, we were met with visible annoyance instead of support. During practice, T** didn’t even follow the course guidelines himself. He demonstrated the exercises while going well over the advised speed and not even staying within the designated lines—making it much harder for us to learn by example. Most concerning, T** bullied a young woman out of class within the first hour just because she was having trouble shifting gears—despite this being marketed as a beginner class. Additionally, while the weather was understandably hot and we agreed to be present, one participant suffered from heat exhaustion. She was told to take a break but later found out—without being informed—that she was no longer allowed to complete the course. The instructors also spoke poorly about students behind their backs, which was incredibly unprofessional. At one point, J**** even mentioned she tries to "balance out" T**’s attitude, which says a lot. While I did pass, I wouldn’t recommend this course to anyone. I understand that riding can be serious and instructors need to be tough—but only if they’re competent, respectful, and consistent in what they teach. That was not the case here.

Experiencia fantástica: I attended the MSF Basic RiderCourse here and had a great time. Jeana was the best instructor I could have ever hoped for. She was very patient with all of us while ensuring we learned the appropriate skills. She answered every question anyone in our group had and gave us all the knowledge we needed to safely operate a motorcycle. I left the course with my license and many helpful skills to remain safe on the road. I will forever recommend MSTC Rides to anyone interested in learning how to ride a motorcycle. Thanks for all the knowledge, Jeana; I had a great time learning to ride with your instruction!

Experiencia fantástica: Great safety course and the instructors wrote phenomenal. I highly recommend taking this course, whether a novice or experienced rider. And check our the Harley Dealership down the road where they will give you a gift card to cover the cost of the course.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been riding for almost 30 years. I didn't pass the course when I went. However, I would not have passed the test @ the DMV without integrating the training into my riding. I used the knowledge that this school taught me to retrain my own riding style & passed on a street cruiser.A+

Experiencia fantástica: A great place to learn how to ride! My instructors, Jeana and Mark, were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. I never felt intimidated during the course. I would definitely recommend coming here for anyone looking to get their M2 license. Not to mention, it's a blast! I would take the beginner riding course again for fun! Definitely going to be coming back for the other courses with my bike.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent couse and top notch instructors. I learned so much from them. I ieft there with skills i didnt know I needed and best of all, the confidence to ride safely. Tom and Jeana actually care and want you to succeed; several times over the course they pulled me aside individually to give me tips to improve my riding. Can't thank them enough - highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this course to anyone who wants to get licensed or see if they would like to ride motorcycles! It is a very open and welcoming environment for all skill levels! A 10/10 experience all around.

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my Basic Rider Course with Jeana and Mark at the Ashland Harley Davidson. They were great instructors and made me feel safe learning from them. They had just the right amount of "tough love" to encourage me, give me constructive feedback in correcting my errors, and to help us understand the importance of driving safely. If I had to take the course over, I would definitely try to have them as instructors again. Thanks Jeana and Mark!
