Experiencia negativa: I scheduled driving practice for my son with Click2Drive three weeks in advance to accommodate his schedule. His first appointment was set for this weekend. On Friday, September 5, I received a call from a male representative confirming his appointment for Saturday, September 6. A few minutes later, the same individual called again to confirm the appointment for Sunday, September 7. He asked if the Sunday lesson could be moved to a later time, but I informed him that was not possible. He assured me that the lesson would remain at the originally scheduled time. Approximately an hour later, I received a voicemail from a woman stating that the Sunday lesson would need to be rescheduled due to a conflict. I immediately called back and spoke with the same male representative that confirmed my appointment earlier. I explained that I could not reschedule and that the lesson needed to remain as planned. He responded “fine” and then he disconnected the call. When I called back to ask if he had hung up on me, he ended the call again. On a third attempt, I requested the manager’s name and email address, and he hung up a third time. This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly from a company that requires customers to pay over $600 for driving lessons.Hanging up on a customer multiple times, instead of addressing a legitimate concern, reflects very poorly on the business. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received from your male employee, at 2:48 pm today, and want manager (Ariel) to be aware of this incident. If this is representative of how customer service issues are handled, I would strongly caution others before choosing this company for driving instruction.

Experiencia positiva: I'm sure the place is a great learning center but on maps the direction sent me into some apartments not sure if this is a technical issue with maps or if the address is wrong

Experiencia fantástica: The instructors are great! They have so much patience and are so nice and easy going ! Everyone is very accommodating and two days after taking my lessons with them I passed my drivers test!

Experiencia negativa: I dont recommend at all.. They just want your money, dont really teach you, make you drive just to kill time and do not give the evaluation after driving. they let you just drive the full specified hours and tell you youre ready for the test when youre really not. Didnt even teach about the safety on the road!!! 0%failed Never never recommend at alll!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I passed my driving test thanks to everyone at click2drive. From those who scheduled the appointments and gave confirmations to my instructors, everyone was so helpful! I had Luis, Walter and Ruby as my instructors after doing the 10 hour package! When I first started, I was super nervous and felt like the car was driving me, but now I feel really confident with my driving abilities. They are definitely worth it.
