Experiencia negativa: One of the most unprofessional and unorganized businesses I have ever dealt with in my career.

Experiencia negativa: I Agree With ONE Of The Reviewers. I took this course in Vallejo 2021, I took the BEGINNERS course, meaning First timer. I explained that I've been on the back of bikes, but never rode one on my own. Out of the 12 students this day 5 of us was beginners, the remaining 7 had years of experienced, but was there just to get their M1. The instructions had little to no patience with us newbies, they barked orders at me and kept asking me to speed up to keep up with the experienced riders when i wasnt comfortable doing do ( again first time operating a bike) continously threatened to send us home ( so we can practice more and come back) which made us more nervous , it was intimidating. There was this one instructor, I wish I could remember his name, ( Filipino I believe) He was Hella Cool and displayed great professionalism and patience.... I' wish he'd open up his own school, he pulled me aside and EXPLAINED what I was doing correctly and incorrect, what I should be doing, how to do this or that, I mean, He was Instructing, not just giving out commands and expecting people to know what they're talking about. It was supose to be a BEGINNERS course. And yes, bikes are raggedy and dangerous, they had to swap out my bike twice..... I eventually went to the Harley Davidson Academy in Fairfield and Huge difference, same price, but WAAAAY better course, instructor and omg those bikes are BEAUTIFUL

Experiencia fantástica: They are strict but it’s important for motorcycle riding also allot of the bad reviews are from people who didn’t pass the class so keep that in mind. My only thing that I would like then to improve on is better bikes but I bet they would just get stolen.

Experiencia negativa: Instructors are condescending, not specific with their feedback, and angry when you make a small mistake. If you expect patient instructors with detailed instructions to make you a better rider, please save yourself the time and choose a different organization. The beginning course is meant for people with previous riding experience.

Experiencia negativa: I never share my bad personal experiences about any business through reviews, but this time I am sharing *MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE because someone might find it helpful: - I waited a long time for this opportunity and was very excited, I finished the e-Rider course and got prepared to join the in person class which costs $350. I do understand that I didn't have the proper shoes and that was the only issue (I had soft high-top hiking shoes with spare pair of Van's canvas). I wasn't allowed to join the class of course. I called and left a VM and after 5 days, I received an email with 2 options: "Option 1: Standby - The policies and procedures for Standby are outlined below. You can pay only $150 and continue your class where you left off, looking for vacancies in any class we have running. This email serves as proof of eligibility and should be presented to the instructor upon request. The fee for standby will be sent shortly. Fees will be requested through PayPal Business Invoice (no account required; you can select the option to use a debit card). Print the the PayPal receipt to prove proof of payment to the instructors. Option 2: Rebook a new session online - paying the full course fee to guarantee a seat in an upcoming course. You will receive a new confirmation email and start over." There was no way for me to pay this location AGAIN to rebook. So, I asked via email and 2 phone calls for the PayPal link to continue the class, as I have no life(!!!), but they never answered or sent me anything. I just lost $350 for improper shoes. *P.s.: This is a personal experience. Do not generalize and do your own research. Happy riding!

Experiencia fantástica: Class time was simple and so was the written test, mainly common sense. Riding was cool, instructors are firm but because of safety which makes sense. But they’re forgiving because they get you’ve only been riding for 2 days. If you wanna learn to ride, just come here.

Experiencia negativa: Don’t come here, look for another places. Coaches are super rude & scream at you make you feel like your in military school. They threaten to kick us out multiple times. Also they have 7 super old motorcycles, 3 of them 1% away from dying & 4 other ones that can barely run & make you do mistakes on your test. Coaches. The couches deserve a in terrible service. Don’t recommend coming here.

Experiencia negativa: TLDR; rude instructors that build a stress environment to learn. I’m sure they know how to ride. They just don’t know how to teach. Nobody on the class wanted to go first on the drills nor ask questions as the instructors were rude and look at you as if your questions were the most stupid questions ever. Those two days were like a punishment. The training area is OK. Full of previous painted lines and curves and you don’t know which ones to follow, it also makes it hard to find the cones. At least clean the cones from time to time so is easier to find them and they don’t blend with the lines on the floor. I’m interested in continuing with my training but I’ll never go to this place again.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing team of instructors. They took the time to teach me from ground 0 experience. They do not deviate from safety and make promises at the beginning of class to us and us to them to be safe and respectful. When i had a hard time with 1 of the exercises, my instructor took extra time to talk to me after class, and gave me some tips to practice at home and some extra YouTube videos to try to help me. Day 2 went flawlessly and I passed. There were many emails giving very clear directions that also explained that if you were not 15 minutes early to class, that you would be dropped. The 2 days of riding instruction were very busy, and could not be held for late arrivals. I loved these classes and definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their M1 endorsement.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to this company by two people who attended their course. I did my own research and window shopped around and chose this one. From the perspective of a virgin rider and from the view of an experienced rider (the party that referred me) you will learn SAFE riding. The very first thing they do upon check in is inspect our gear. Make sure you are wearing the mandatory attire! They do not compromise safety! First I’d like to address the person who left a bad review regarding not being able to find the location and being late. There is NO WAY that they followed instructions of the coordinates provided in multiple emails. I received an email when I enrolled, and days before the class, all which included the exact address and coordinates. Online off their site, their address is noted. Also on google maps, their address is clearly stated. It’s also clear that if one does arrive late that standbys are able to fill in empty spots. Moving on…my experience was a success. You have to attend a 6 hour online course. Interactive and can be taken at your own pace. With that information, it is applied in the actual training class. Don, Ricky, and Ash hit my expectation of what is necessary to be a safe rider. Not only do they know how to teach but they made learning to ride enjoyable. Not once have I ever operated a motorcycle. The step by step instructions are for the safety of riding and the others learning to ride too. There is a 1/6 - one instructor to six students. First day we learned the basics of operating the motorcycle. What was taught the first day we reviewed the second day. Second day is testing day too. The test is on everything that we learned in class. They do have loaner helmets and gloves. You can use your own if they are compliant. What was cool was they asked the class if anyone had a bike already and what type of bike. When I mentioned I had a Honda Rebel they made sure I was able to practice on one. You can fail the test twice (reason why there are standbys) and not have to pay to retake the class. After you fail the second time you have to pay. There are plenty of breaks given in between the sessions. Clean porta potties. The instructors were so funny it helped ease the tension of learning to ride. Loved the entire experience. Also locations in San Francisco and Oakland. Thanks so much!

Experiencia negativa: This school is a scam! Highly suggest looking at their yelp reviews with how they've stolen money, acted unprofessionally, wasted attendees time, and don't give out their course completion certificate. I went to a different school that was entirely professional and helped me realize just how much this business ripped me off. I can't believe this business is even open.

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished this weekend training course to learn how to ride a motorcycle. I was very nervous but after the first hour , it was great! I met four instructors. All were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and safe. They kept my spirits up even though I crashed the bike the first day. They encouraged me to get bike on. I did, and learned everything I could in two days. I passed the course I'm so excited! Thanks to this wonderful team for a great lesson in riding! Totally recommend this training course.

Experiencia fantástica: Recommend for M1 certification. Instructors were great - supportive and direct with their critiques. They are passionate about what they do. If you apply their instructions you’ll do just fine, and they do what they can to make you succeed. The location is easy to get to and the course is well set up, bikes and helmets provided. The E-Rider online class setup was preferable over classroom for me, let’s you focus on riding for your sessions. The introductory class itself is fun and relatively simple, you definitely get the confidence you need to get your M1 and the desire to continue learning. Tended to have more availability than Harley’s class and was every bit as informative.

Experiencia fantástica: The instructors are good! If you are fortunate to have Ricky, Ren, or Larry in Vallejo then you will be blessed by probably thee most passionate souls regarding proper motorcycle use and safety!! They basically encouraged and pushed a brother all the way to the finish line to pass the class!!! These folks will be forever remembered and never forgotten!! Their passion became mine! Dynamic teachers! Ok I'm out!!☺️️️

Experiencia fantástica: Recomend taking the 3 day schedule! The 3 day class was a lot smaller and more learning opportunity. Great classroom instruction and although it was strait from the guideline, they went far beyond and took everything on a personal level to show how passionate everyone there is about riding. Don was my riding instrutor, funny guy and great pointers. I would reccomend taking the class for any new riders and even great for those who have riding experience.
