After a very thorough journey of driving/observation hours and classes, Ken made it easy and fun. A chore turned into something to look forward to. Along with Mr.Sweeney and Frank, (and John at the front desk) the staff really helped me with the whole thing. I’m really grateful So glad I went with Cmsc. Hope you see this, Ken. I did it! Experiencia positiva: I had fun learning all the rules of the road, the teacher made his expectations clear and was laid back, and funny. The only reason this is not a 5 is because the class was boring at times.

Although some modules were boring, Ken ensured to make them tolerable and provide the information to us in an understandable way. Because of Ken, my experience at CMSC Cape Cod Driving School exceeded my expectations.

Experiencia positiva: I had great experience learning here at CMSC Cape Cod Driving School. However, I feel like it wouldn’t have been as fun yet educational as it was if it weren’t for my instructor, Ken. From day one he told us that he was going to teach us like adults and with respect as long as we showed respect back. I was able to finish the final exam with a passing score thanks to the way he taught. I also found the curriculum packet very helpful in the way that it was put together. CMSC put together an efficient yet educational driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: this is a great place to take drivers ed classes! my instructor was very easygoing and nice. he didn’t lie about how much we would need the things he taught us and it was refreshing. the format of the lessons were very easy to understand and we had frequent breaks :)

Experiencia fantástica: i think Ken was a great teacher, very friendly with us, but serious about the work. very sarcastic though… glad he thought my sarcasm was funny. he tried to take my pen though and made fun of me for eating a lunchable. rude… (joking, Ken will understand)

Experiencia positiva: I really enjoyed Ken as a teacher. He made all of the students very attentive and made sure that we understood the material. The material wasn’t very entertaining but Ken made it better and made the class much better!

He didn’t just lecture on about information that he needed to provide us, instead giving us personal experiences that related to what we were learning. Another thing I liked about him is that Ken was down to earth and very kind, I definitely recommend coming here!!

Experiencia positiva: Teaching was good, instructor was fair and pretty forgiving, but not overly so. I liked the realistic approach to learning to drive, everything felt like it had a good connection to the real world and put emphasis on what was necessary and never focused too much on stuff that wasn’t needed or on stuff that would be better learned on the roads.

Experiencia positiva: My experience at CMSC with Mr.Sweeney was great. When I first started driving I was nervous but right from the first lesson Mr.Sweeney took all the nerves away. His teaching methods which many others instructors criticize him for with are great. He shows you easy methods to parallel park, 3 point turn, and backing up. His instruction are not just directly for the Road Test, they are able to be used in real world . I was recently talking with My cousin who also had Mr.Sweeney 10-13 years ago and he says he still uses his techniques such as Parallel parking today. While in driving lesson with Mr.Sweeney his way of teaching is fun, he makes jokes, tell real life stories, and give you way to remember stuff. Stuff like which way to park your car on a hill which he says is UCLA. Uphill Curb Left Always. He never gets upset and unlike many instruction he truly there to teach you how to drive. He truly does enjoy the job. I truly believe Mr.Sweeney should be the prime example of a Driving School Instructor. My only critique is with the school itself, many members of the staff often may openly criticize Mr.Sweeney and say to not follow his technique. As well as the school itself often preventing him from teaching thing a certain way. Other than that I believe that I learned a lot it helped me to become a better driver Thank you for everything Mr.Sweeney. You were amazing! Keep doing what you do.

Experiencia positiva: They did great teaching my daughter. It was difficult getting driving hours. We were all over the Cape getting those done. I paid $200 extra for the drivers test at Yarmouth DMV. After she failed, the school ghosted her. I responded to the text message. No answer. I replied to the email, came back undeliverable. I called and left a message. No one called back. I ended up taking her myself. I paid the extra $200 for nothing. Take the classes and lessons, but don’t count on them for the test.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience with CMSC! In a matter of 2 months i went from not knowing the first thing about driving to being licensed and on the road. Thank you to John for helping me achieve this goal even faster than i thought was possible, and a HUGE thank you to my driving instructor Eric for believing in me and instilling a confidence in myself that wasn’t there before.

Experiencia positiva: The driver my son went with told my husband infront of my son that it's not his responsibility to teach my son how to drive, he's's only there to make sure he drives safely. isn't their primary role to teach how to operate a vehicle / drive safely? Do you expect the child to be fully able to drive before he comes to you? We had 2 other children that has been through this process with another driving school and they were great. We are giving our son lessons and will continue to do so

Experiencia negativa: No driving hours available for MONTHS! They do not answer their phone or respond to email. I will definitely be finding another driving school in the future.

Experiencia negativa: They never answer there phones and if you leave a voicemail or email them they ignore you. We finally got through to someone who told us our next step was to make an appointment with rmv for road test on a Tuesday or Thursday and to call them back when it's scheduled to let them know. We did this but found out the guy who told us this was wrong and that my daughter us on a list for next month and they will let us know a week in advance when hee road test is. Horrible communication and the people answering aren't trained. And scheduling lessons is a pain...they never have any online so have to call and guess what they never answer there phones. If you go to the school in person they tell you to call. Ridiculous

Experiencia fantástica: Great, great driver's ed program. My son took an afterschool, in-person class with Matt. After class, he would excitedly tell me all about what he learned that day. Not only that, a month or so after he finished the classroom part of CMSC, we witnessed a car accident and my son jumped to action saying he knew exactly what to do because they had gone over this in Driver's ed. He told us about the Good Samaritan Law as he ran over to assist while we waited for the police. Thank you, CMSC, for making Driver's Ed engaging, exciting, and memorable. I recommend your program all the time!

Experiencia fantástica: If I could give 100 stars I would this is the best driving school in Mass!!! As an adult driver I was very nervous but I was able to over come my fears and become a driver . All of the instructors are amazing but Mr Sweeny is the best !! He will make sure you understand the material needed to pass the exam.. shout out to John the manager he is the greatestAs a working adult it was difficult to have a set time for lessons but John always accommodated me and I’m forever grateful

Experiencia fantástica: My name is Ericson I took driving lessons at CMSC and they were amazing I was taught by a person named Paul and he was extremely helpful teaching me everything I needed for the road test and helped me get more comfortable with driving. This is the absolute best place on Cape Cod to learn how to drive and I have already recommended it to a couple of friends and acquaintances. Before coming here I had already taken the road test a couple of times and failed but in coming here I felt everyone cared and created a welcoming environment. It is because of this driving school that I now have license as two months now and feel safe and comfortable driving by myself. In my personal opinion if you’re trying to decide where to go to take driving lessons whether you’re an adult or teenager from the bottom of my heart I recommended coming here.
