Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to MotoHub Miami by a friend. My bike had been sitting for over a year and needed serious maintenance. MotoHub picked it up from my home and got it running like new. They kept me informed every step of the way, provided clear quotes before performing any work, and delivered great value. In a city like Miami, it can be hard to find honest shops, but these guys are the real deal. I’ll definitely be using their services again in the future.

Experiencia negativa: Sucks I had to updated my review. Long story short if you go here you will more than likely end up paying for services that will never actually be completed and when you ask for a refund they will tell you too late. Maybe you will have better luck. Sucks because I did enjoy this shop for a bit however quality of work has gone down. ALOT.

Drago took all the time to show me the bikes, even staying after hours to help me close the deal, and Octavio explained everything in detail about insurance, policies, and loans. They both followed up until I had the bike in my hands. Out of all the dealers I visited, this was by far the best service. Super happy with my new bike – thank you MotoHub Miami!

Experiencia fantástica: Had work done on my motorcycle with oil change, tires replaced, brake pads. I love the atmosphere here. The people are great! I might be biased but from my client perspective I appreciate the work they’ve done. Something’s may seem expensive but honestly it’s miami. The work needs to be done. The location too is perfect and not many places are in that particular location. So you get what you pay for. I believe the quality of work is fantastic along with the people. Any bad review might be a pain in the client not understanding the depth of what it takes to do specific work. I mean I know what it takes to change my own oil… but time and everything else I don’t want to do it myself. Again you get what you pay for. Definitely would recommend!!

Experiencia fantástica: Compre mi Ducati Diavel AMG Limited Edition ahi, me atendio Carlos de forma exelente y cordial y desp segui con Octavio Lanus, este tipo es mas que un financista, es un genio con paciencia , contesto mis 1500 preguntas y realmente se que lo volvi loco, pero todo salio bien, como todo negocio hay que pulir cosas en diferentes puntos, pero no vale la pena mencionarlas aca en detalle. Cada uno sabe lo que hace, Gracias Octavio y gracias Carlos por su atencion, ya escribi mucho, ahora me voy a andar en mi fierro….

Experiencia positiva: Salesman was annoying and jumpy. I was there to get my first bike; they made me feel uncomfortable, so I left. They have some cool bikes tho.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently visited the dealership to find my first motorcycle, and the experience was amazing. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. My salesman, Drago, really made me feel at home. He took the time to walk me through all the options and helped me find the perfect beginner bike—the Ninja 500. He also worked with me on the price and motivated me to be safe, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Went there because i was trying a new shop for my bike. Needed my carb and petcock cleaned. Went great was rwady in 5 day. Got quoted 450, then the price went to 650 for some screws that were pretty stuck or something, and some that needed to be replaced, i figured it was ok, so no problem. Then halfway home the bike started shutting off. Went back so they can fix it and after 2 weeks of asking how the bike was and getting no response i went to pick it up and take it home figuring ill take it to another machanic when i had the money. They told me they never checked why the bike kept turning off after the carb and petcock cleaning. Didnt care much until halfway home i get an overheating light that started to flicker then went full red. Mind you the bike had no overheating problems until i went to this shop. Long story short 1 of the bolts that got replaced by the instrument panel started rusting. My previous bokts was powder coeated so they probably lost the bolt and replaced it with whatever they had on hand. Bad experience with this shop, i dont recommend, also some scratching in my instrument panel that was not there before. Edit: petcock probably got cleaned but the gaskets were not replaced so its leaking a bit. Terrible work for such and expensive place

Experiencia negativa: I could not possibly have a worse opinion of this motorcycle shop. To all potential customers - If you want someone to destroy your prized classic motorcycle when all this shop was contracted to do was a cosmetic restoration and a simple cam upgrade then this is the shop for you. They had my bike for close to a year after being quoted approx. 8 weeks and they literally destroyed the internals of my motorcycle. These people are completely incompetent; I wouldn't trust them to build a child's tricycle. They want me to bring it back to them after they have already delivered my bike to me multiple times. The first time I took delivery of it, the bike fell apart within the first 4 miles and myself and my female passenger were very close to getting seriously injured. These people are the lowest of the low. THEY WILL NEVER TOUCH MY HARLEY AGAIN. To the owner Leo, I will see you in Court! - Gregory Watts, JD

Experiencia fantástica: I recently scored an absolute unicorn of a bike— a 2023 BMW R1250RS with super low miles, in the stunning red, white, and blue colorway. It came fully loaded with every bell and whistle BMW Motorrad offers, plus a full Akrapovič titanium exhaust, LED running lights, and a bunch of extras from Puig. This thing is a dream machine. Buying from Motohub Miami was easily the smoothest and most hassle-free experience I’ve ever had. I handled the entire transaction from the comfort of my home—no stress, no surprises. These guys are the real deal: passionate riders who truly know and love bikes. Big thanks to Leo, my salesman, who went above and beyond to make everything seamless. He was super accommodating, made sure the bike had fresh oil, and even arranged delivery to me—I'm 4.5 hours away! Alex was also a huge help, keeping everything on track and making sure all the paperwork and logistics were handled perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy another motorcycle from Motohub Miami. In fact, I’m already curious about their rider training and track courses—something I’ve never done before, but now I’m seriously considering. Highly recommend. Five stars all day. Thanks guys!!!

Experiencia fantástica: New customer. I chose MotoHub Miami based off its stellar reviews. I'm usually skeptical when there's already SO many 5 star reviews, that it's got to be "too good to be true." But, they really ARE the real deal . I only needed the wheel rim exchanged on a Honda Rebel, but also asked for a maintenance check to be done in preparation for an 8 hour ride. Leo's customer service was fantastic. Courteous and knowledgeable. As was the rest of staff . The mechanics recommended future repairs , but no upselling or anything unnecessary. The best part was when I received the bill, and saw that I was charged for ONLY 30 minutes of labor. Many repair shops would easily have rounded up to the hour, ( or more) knowing we wouldn't think otherwise. Being a female especially, it's a miracle to actually find a place with a skilled , efficient, & respectful staff, that doesn't try to take advantage of its customers! Thanks fellas! Nicely done!

Experiencia negativa: After over $2000 charged and 3 months, Motohub was never able to fix my bike. I had to come pick up my bike and take it to another shop who had my bike fixed in 20 minutes. These people can not be trusted and they are very dishonest. Do not be fooled by reviews.

Experiencia fantástica: Great bunch of guys, true enthusiasts, in it for the bikes and riding more than the money (as much as one can be and stay in business). Forming a great community of riders and fellow enthusiasts. They will treat you right and do everything to make the deal you can handle. Tremendous selection of bikes, new, old, and some genuine classics and outright legends. I basically bought a showroom condition VFR800 that’s 22 years old, and I absolutely love it. Oh, they do everything besides sales: upgrades, accessories, detailing (ceramic coating), tuning, training, group rides and activities, etc. A real plus to the SFL riding community. Highly recommend you check them out.

Experiencia fantástica: This is going to be a twisty tale. Here's what happened: I was on my way to see a friend, and with just one mile to go, I stopped my motorcycle by the roadside. When I tried to start it again, it wouldn't start. I found the nearest motorcycle shop on Google Maps. As I pushed my motorcycle to the shop's door, I thought: I might end up being roasted like a suckling pig. Previously, my motorcycle had a minor issue that didn’t affect its operation, so I went to a motorcycle shop. The owner barely glanced at my bike before telling me that the inspection fee was $150, not including repairs. I thought, have Americans become so profit-driven? This isn't the America I see in movies. I couldn't afford that fee and didn't even understand what he was going to do, so I chose to leave. But this time was different—my motorcycle wouldn’t start, and I had to fix it to continue my journey. Back to this shop: when I talked to the owner, he listened to me seriously. I felt very relaxed. I really like humble people; they tend to be kinder. In short, I can't tell you how much I spent in the end. But I can tell you that it wasn't a monetary transaction; it was the spirit of America being passed on. This is the American spirit I see in the movies！
