Experiencia fantástica: Today, I took my driving exam. I want to highlight the work of my examiner, Cheri. I specifically chose to take my exam at this school, even though there is one closer to my home, all because of the examiner. I had heard from many people that she is an excellent professional—she gives clear instructions, senses students’ tension, and helps them overcome it. I took the test twice. After failing the first time, I received very valuable advice from Miss Cheri on how to improve my skills. When I came back for the second attempt, I was stressed again—but seeing Examiner Cheri and her warm smile, along with her clear guidance, made all the difference. It is incredibly important when an examiner understands your nervousness and, with their positive attitude and energy, helps you regain emotional balance. I truly appreciate her work and highly recommend her as an outstanding professional!

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience, when rescheduling they will just take your money and want you to pay again. The trainer lies to get you to go away and tells you to call and they will help you out but that’s only said when others are around to not look bad. Behind closed curtains it’s all terrible. Just money hungry company that doses not care about the ppl they train only the money. After talking to the instructor because I never received an email and I sent pictures to their office showing all the information I was giving when I signed up with no notification that I was going to receive an email with all of the policy information. The instructor told me that I was not allowed to train in shorts. I asked him if I could have 25 minutes to return and he said I could not return and had to call the office to reschedule but made it seem like the office was going to work with me and help me out to reschedule it after I explained the situation to him, but it was all to stay faced with all the other people that he was training. When I reached out to their office, they want me to pay the full price to sign up and get the training again And when I expressed, I was not happy they offered a 10% discount which was like a slap in the face. See my updated version and I can update it as much as you want.

Experiencia fantástica: William and Cynthia were amazing instructors. Both of them Have such knowledge and skill. They also Have a productive way of coaching. They're both such great people, if you're taking a class I highly recommend if you try and Get one or both of them as instructors.

Experiencia fantástica: Cheri is phenomenal. She was very patient and very friendly. This was my first time attending WMST for my second Drive Test. I highly recommend the $50 warm up before your skills test. If you can, ask for Cheri as your instructor!

Experiencia fantástica: I I passed my written skills test the first time however I failed my drivers skills test one time. Leslie and Cheri were both so nice to me during the whole process. They knew I had bad anxiety and helped me to relax my nerves to Finnish the test. Extremely professional and nice to work with. I had to reschedule my test 3 times because of my work schedule and each time they worked with me. I recommend this driving school to everyone who needs to get their license. It was an absolute pleasure and working with these two lady’s. 10/10 in my book.

Experiencia negativa: I will be very clear in my review. Rude staff for sure. Racist seems to be a common word being thrown by others and we felt that as well coming in today, most racist but just not very open minded to others, which leads to comments that are not nice directed to those who are not born in America. My advice to the ownership is to give the staff some sensitivity training so that perhaps this branch doesn’t continue to be known as a place that is rude, especially to those not from America. Good luck with the business.

Experiencia negativa: This place is extremely racist and deserves to be reported. Brought a friend to this place to take the drive test. 1st they asked for a residency card (green card) or passport when he had his permit and another Washington state ID this is never okay. Then paid $65 to take a test for less then 5 mins and of course failed him. The instructor yelled at him and treated him as a child. As he is a adult who had a license but needed to reinstate it. Do no go here. I have been to driving 911 for all my kids and will never recommend this place. Should have just went to driving 911 to begin with.

Experiencia fantástica: Over this past weekend I took the beginner permit course for motorcycles and was not disappointed! I knew how to ride a motorcycle and the basic operations but after this course, I now feel confident to go out on my bike with all the new knowledge I have. Throughout my three days of class Mike, Matt, Roee, Jacob, Brandon and one more person (sorry I didnt get your name) made me feel supported and empowered every time I got on a bike especially as a female rider. Thank you all & I'll be back for my endorsement testing soon enough:)

Якщо ви вирішили здавати тести на російській мові будьте готові що вони будуть з жахливим перекладом саме через це я здав ці тести з 4-го разу хочу підмітити що ціна одного тесту 25$. Також я спробував здати практичну частину. Це виявилось ще жахливіше (здавав на їхньому автомобілі) ціна за одну спробу 65$. На дорозі де я проходив тест була встановлена швидкість 30 миль, я старався їхати з швидкістю 25 миль в кінці тесту я отримав зауваження що я їхав з швидкістю 17,2 миль (мені ще після екзамену було цікаво як вона це вирахувала я так цього і не зрозумів) за її словами я мав їхати 35 миль на ділянці де стоїть обмеження 30 миль (додам фотографії на яких інструктор мені це написав) людина в якої я здав тести не змогла дати мені обґрунтовану відповідь на мої питання таке відчуття що вона це все взяла з повітря також була ситуація з паркуванням я виконував паралельне паркування і паркування заднім ходом робив все за правилами в кінці тесту мені зарахували що я це не виконав по словам що я не дивився в заднє вікно автомобіля хоча я дивився тест було не здано я отримав 76% прохідний це 80% я вважаю що мені спеціально завалили екзамен щоб я повернувся і заплатив ще раз 65$. Максимально не рекомендую вам звертатися до цієї школи тому що там працюють не справедливі люди і ще ви збережете свої кошти так як в них стоять дорожчі ціни чим в інших школах і також ви збережете свій настрій на подальший день. Дякую цій школі що зіпсувала мій настрій на цілий день :)

Experiencia fantástica: We came here and did the knowledge test on a Friday and the driving skills test the next Friday. Cheri and Emi were professional and fun. Always nice doing business with folks that care about what they do. Definitely recommend! Thank you ladies!

Experiencia negativa: For Driving test I had the worst experience here! Idk if my driving instructor is just rude or just racists to me in way where i feel likes shes indicating or saying something that made me feel uncomfortable. For my first visit I did walk in and she was the one in front and i was doing driving test and she ask if I had WA I.D. Since english is my second language i don't immediately get what shes trynna look for i told her That i have WDL number/and school I.D. Or permit and she immediately said so you dont have WA I.D. and she keep saying so your illegally driving then? Idk what came to her mind thinking I been driving illegally when I passed my permit couple months before starting my driving tests. I explained to her that when i took my knowledge tests at 911 driving school they told me i can just get driving tests as soon as possible mind you I'm (19 y old). so she let me drive which I shouldn't done on our first test she failed me and gave me 0% just because I'm speeding 28/25 miles and i dont stop fully. I told my dad and he thinks she's unreasonable for giving me 0 score just because i was speeding a little bit. Also shes been smiling at me and look so happy when she told me my results that made me feel uncomfortable its like she loves seeing people fail in front of her she didn't give me tips on how to improve so i felt like shes being sarcastic and for my second try she recognized me and this time i went slow and she didn't passed me just because i was dangerously slow i was going 17/20 mph idk if shes not looking the sign but she told me i was going 15/25 mph street when it clearly said 20 miles and watch for people crossing. Its like she's intentionally failing her students who are different so I highly don't recommend the place specifically this branch because it's overpriced and it's better to get your test somewhere else specially when you're not white. Btw her name is Cherry don't recommend her at all cost shes not worth of your money its ridiculous that they charge $65 for failing you i regret going there and made me feel like i wasted my time and money just to get 0 score because of her unreasonable result I tried calling the owner multiple times but his not responding

My brother had difficulty with driving, but both were completely thorough in their warmup evaluation while very empathetic to his concerns. Ken and Stephen are awesome instructors with not just patience but also help you to learn some very useful and lifesaving techniques on the bike. They warned us about how dangerous it is as a motorcyclist and how we should do to prevent ourselves from accidents. Ride your own ride and be safe! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone who want to learn how to ride a motorcycle.

Experiencia fantástica: I had anxiety about taking a road test but I am glad I got it scheduled with WMST. I was looking for reviews and wasn't sure about the centre, now when I am writing reviews discovered they are all genuine reviews now as per my experience. It is a really professional driving center, send mail and text reminders for appointments and all details won't let you forget to be on time!! Instructor Cheri Pott was one of the best ones I met after experiencing a couple of instructors at popular driving schools. She was really good during warm up explaining everything in detail. Before the road test said all possible things so that you are calm during the test and perform well. Thank you Cheri!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Es un lugar agradable, preferiblemente deberás conocer almenos un poco el inglés, de modo contrario lo pasarás un poco mal ya que aparentemente no hay personal para hablar español ni para hacer la prueba de manejo, te dan una hoja con lo que te dirán que quiere decir cada acción que te soliciten en inglés y el examen si te lo dan en español, y si te quitan el examen y no ves en cuáles has fallado pero es debido a que debes saber lo que está y no está permitido realizar ya que de eso se trata la prueba escrita

Experiencia negativa: If your black or brown young adult looking to get your license from this place go to a different spot. The driving instructor is racist and will fail you she will smile in your face and tell you you did great but won’t give you any advice for improving your driving and she will charge you too much money to to fail you again. My home girl went to this place and failed like 3 or 4 times and she was a very good driver. We went to another driving school down the street the and she passed with flying color on the first try. Then my wife went to take the same driving test and the same old white lady filed my wife gave no constructive criticism on how to improve her driving and told her she did nothing really wrong and gave a bunch of dumb excuses as to why she failed and saying my wife never checked her blind spots and she didn’t do uphill parking properly when she did it just fine. Again if your black or brown male or female don’t go here they just trying to take your money.

Experiencia negativa: The driver instructor is very rude and unwelcoming, she told my son to take a dangerous turn and then failed him for it. Testing prices are higher then any other place in the area, i would recommend going somewhere else. The same lady does the test every time and always has attitude with me and my son, even when we are just asking a simple question.

Experiencia positiva: Being able to walk in without an appointment and take the knowledge driving test is awesome. The problem I found is that they only have one person providing the tests. When we went, there were three employees total. The tester left with a person that arrived before us to do the driving portion of the test. Why couldn't one of the other two employees administer the knowledge portion? Not time-efficient at all. Other than that, it was great.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a lovely experience taking my driver’s test here. My instructor was Cheri and she could tell I was a bit nervous about taking my test so she really took the time to tell me about what I was going to be tested on which helped a lot. She was very sweet and polite which made me feel very comfortable and be less nervous.

Experiencia negativa: Cherri who was at the front desk and handling the driving test was very rude. I just will never understand if you don’t like your job why would you choose to work around kids who are excited about this point in their lives. Due to Covid the classes were online, that part was fine and probably did the best they could. But the staff inside the buildings, that’s another story. I will second the other persons comment about photo ID on the permit and not letting us know, and not accepting other forms on the same day. She charged us $40 for a no show even though we were 15 minutes early. She would not compromise even when we showed an ASB card, she just sat there and ate her lunch. We tried 911 and defensive driving school with our other kids, I wish we would have stayed with those companies.

Example I ride in a car not necessarily in control, I ride a motorcycle I am in control. Ride vs alternative transportation.

I believe that without their good attitude I wouldn't have been able to test there, and left thoroughly impressed with their willingness to help me.

Experiencia negativa: I have two kids one went to 911 driving school they were great but this place is horrible they did not once tell my daughter to bring a photo id and her permit even though we showed up 45 min early they did not have enough staff to help my daughter and on her drives they did not once tell her to bring a photo id and allowed her to drive without her photo id and just her permit do not go there it is a big waste of money

I was told I can take the knowledge test orally because of my TBI, but haven't heard from anyone. All I can do until I get my license, so I can get a car, so I can do ANYTHING OTHER THAN SIT HERE AND DO NOTHING, is nothing I've tried to answer the practice test from my driving, but I'm not doing too well. I'm stuck in this "apartment" until I can get my license because without a license I can't drive anywhere, because I cant buy a car and EPD tricked me out of mine. Nice a police capt. intentially gives me misinformation so I end up owing more than five thousand dollars for storage, so they gave my vehicle and all my personal belongings that was in it at the time to the tow people.

Experiencia fantástica: EDIT: I actually had to end up coming back for my drive test and was not looking forward to it at all due to the treatment I received last time but I was presently surprised to find two new women working the front desk who were SO kind and SO patient with everyone! Even with how busy and hot it was, I even watched one of the receptionists carefully handle a Karen and wow! She did an amazing job. Not sure if the other two still work there but I will recommend this location to anyone solely because of these two amazing receptionists that totally made my experience amazing The women that work at the front desk are extremely rude and condescending. Not exactly an ideal place especially for people who tend to be nervous or anxious. They not only made fun of me, but I could hear them gossiping about me when coming back in from my car. Very unprofessional

Experiencia negativa: Este sitio no es el mejor si vas a tomar el examen en español pues es una confusión intermitente pues va a estar sujeto a palabras de las cuales son totalmente opuestas al las que se encuentran en la guía de manejo. Por otra parte literalmente te quitan el examen de tus manos y no puedes ver en cual fallaste para poder corregir en una próxima. Experiencia negativa: Instructor Cherri, was so rude and gave me an attitude when I asked her a simple question. After I made one mistake, she was so rude and started yelling at me making me more anxious during the test.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my first knowledge test on a Monday morning and passed. I was maybe third in the room to complete the test and they were able to schedule me in for the Skills test two hours later, which was really nice. The instructor was friendly and took a couple minutes before the test to just talk and allow me to get more comfortable (wish I got his name) I would definitely recommend this location. It’s super close to the DMV which makes it even more convenient. Thank you WMST i’ve been putting off getting my license for years and this was a surprisingly pleasant experience! thank goodness the test begins AFTER you leave the parking lot hahah

Experiencia fantástica: Took a Kickstarter class last Sunday followed by a Beginner Rider Course this weekend. The exercises are harder than the skills test itself, but because of harder training, passing the skills test at the range is way easier. Riding a motorcycle is fun, but it's also a very challenging process. Thanks Chris (owner, Kickstart class) and Mike, Cynthia, Will and Matt (BRC) for teaching and correcting my mistakes. Hope to see you soon when I'm feeling ready for endorsement class and test.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I needed to retake our writtent test for 3-wheeler. Glad to know that this location is available to retake our test from Mon-Sat from 10am to 3pm. Staff were easy to talk to, and to ask questions about the test. Service was quick and easy. In and out! Lisa was super helpful and provided excellent customer service!

Experiencia fantástica: Me and my husband did our knowledge test last Oct 19, exam are pretty much straight forward, as long as you read the book and practice you will pass the knowledge test. The next day we did the driving skill test with Cherie, even before the exam, receptionist Lisa is giving us a tip on how to do the driving test she is very helpful and very accommodating, I love her!! Because of the pandemic, Cherie explained to us that we have to use their car for the exam, I was pretty much agitated because I practiced in my car, so I don't know if I will be able to pass the test with someone else car . But Cherie was very nice and she show me the important things that I will need in the car. After the driving test, Cherie explained all the basic mistakes that I made. Me and my husband both passed! Thank you Cherie and Lisa for the great experience. 2 thumbs up for you guys!! WMST is so lucky to have you both!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience. They intentionally make you fail so you can resit the exam and repay the fees. It’s a business. Took my written test there and only one person passed out of the whole class which is ridiculous. I took 3 months to study and tackled every question correctly. Waste of money and time!!

Experiencia fantástica: I took the drivers skills test yesterday Saturday October 3rd in the morning. My instructor was Dani. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and recommend going to this location for her. She was clear in giving directions, put me at ease before we started driving and explained to me what I had done incorrectly at the end of the drive. Dani explained to me the common mistakes drivers make before the drive so I was well prepared and answered any worries or questions I had before the test. She was very friendly and informative as was the front desk person as well. Highly recommend this location. Additionally they would sanitize the car after every drive, sanitize any pens you touched whilst signing in and was wearing a mask for the entirety of the time, in case any one was worried about their system with dealing with covid19.

Experiencia negativa: The test administrator there is WILD!!! She made sudden noises or actions when i drove 29mph in a 25mph with no traffic around. She freaked out and screamed slow down while tapping me of the leg out of nowhere. I thought there was some sort of emergency so I pulled to side and one of the tire touched the curb. She marked the test as failed for that exact reason.

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I both attended an intermediate riding class on 6/27, Chris was our instructor and I don’t have enough good things to say about him. As I beginner I felt nervous going into the class, but by the end I was so confident in myself and the new techniques and habits that I left with. Chris was the best instructor I could’ve asked for, he was fun, knowledgeable, and put you at ease. I’d recommend this course and this school to anyone and everyone who asks.

She gave me a website for my don to read the driving manual, she even wrote down 3 areas people usually miss, carseat laws, drug and alcohol laws, and bicycle laws, she even knew about a form my son would need for a occupational license, or a restricted license, and went to the site and printed it off for me. She was amazing, and did all this at closing time, she did not even try to rush me. 5 stars all the way.

Experiencia fantástica: This was the highest rated when I was looking - and after taking both written and driving tests, I know why. This has got to be the best experience and interface I've had with any driving school/testing center. The team was extremely professional, but very personable, and so helpful (Talli and Kevin were the 2 people I interacted with).At DMV, I was told there was an issue with a particular document, so I ended up having to go back and forth between the testing center and the DMV. Talli was amazing, she helped look up the information requested and even printed it out for me. When I went back to DMV, they told me my original documents were just fine, and I didn't need that additional paperwork after all! While I wasn't thrilled with DMV (for basically wasting 2 extra hours of my time with this inconsistent direction!), I as so grateful to Talli for being so pro-active and going over and above to provide such excellent customer service! Thanks again for making an otherwise routine and mildly stressful activity such a pleasure.

Experiencia fantástica: They are AWESOME, super helpful and the tester Ms. Potts is amazing and so helpful, they make you feel as comfortable as you can with always laying down the rules and always giving you room to improve!! Lisa as well was super helpful, when I couldn't make it the first time she advised me to just be there when they open and I was able to take the test! Everybody is awesome over there HIGHLY recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: The location is easy to get to and the staff were so helpful! On the day of my test I didn’t realize I didn’t have all my paperwork, but they were willing to help me get my proof of insurance so I could still take my test that day!

Experiencia fantástica: Kevin was an excellent examiner, he was very calm and direct with his instructions. After the test he gave great feedback that will help me in the future. My results were uploaded to the DOL database right away, so I was able to get my license right after the test.

We appreciated that you could walk in without an appointment and every staff member we worked with was very kind and knowledgable. Lisa was particularly welcoming and kind and we loved that she remembered us the second time we came in. I would recommend coming here over any other place in the area! Thanks for everything!

The test guy, who was also the driving instructor was very professional. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking to take their written and or driving test. Best part about my experience here was you can walk in to take each test without much of a wait!!
