Experiencia fantástica: Hey….I was referred to Cycle Specialties Performance shop by my local Suzuki Dealer to solve drivability issues that we believed were related to my ECM. I was referred to the Moore’s dealership because of their success in solving difficult drivability problems caused by 2024 electronics and emissions controls. In conversation with Chris Moore, I also requested changes be made , if possible, in the operation of the throttle so that driving the motorcycle felt similar to a carbureted motorcycle. In an hour, my GSX-S1000 problems were solved at a competitive price. Their sucess solving both problems made my hour and a half ride back home the most pleassant ride I had experienced since new.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my 2022 GSXR-1000R to Chris for dyno tuning on 04/12/24. While there, they also fixed a couple of other problems with my bike, put on new tires and gave very helpful answers to my many questions. Service was fast and top notch in every way. My bike gained about 40 rwhp at 12,000 rpms and feels like an entirely different bike. It's much, much smoother and just rides better overall. It was a long trip but I would absolutely do it again.

Mech checked with me to mack sure witch side of the bike the caliber was on so he could be sure of the tread rotation being in the proper direction. Some how the tube got pinched an went down before I got home . I called an miss tucker had me bring it back in. Knowing my bike is my only means of travel put me at the top of the list. No charge!! U can't ask for better than that. Thank u miss tucker an your great staff!!

The service is top notch and I never have to question the work I ask them to do. AND it's the only place I will take my BST wheels to get tires put on, because they deal with them a lot and know what they are doing. So, I had the great pleasure of meeting Chris Moore, the Service Lady with the colorful hair, Shane, the parts guy, a couple of sales guys and three of the mechanics in the back. I also met three pups who seemed to be the resident greeters at Cycle Specialties Suzuki in Taylors, SC. I had my ECU flashed, an inspection and oil change and they managed to pull it all off while I waited. Everyone was kind and professional. I had an amazing experience. I will definitely come back for future business.

Experiencia negativa: The oil cooler went out in my bike and I took it here to get it repaired since these guys done good work for me in the past. After about a month or two, replacing the oil cooler, flushing the engine and etc I was told I still had "bearing material" in my oil after the flush and my bike was unsafe to ride (likely needing a tear down and rebuild). Took it to Mike at Quik Cycles and it turns out it was just clutch material still in the oil and the engine just hadn't been flushed properly. Bikes been running great every since.

Experiencia negativa: Had a carb rebuild done, and some parts were missing. Instead of oem parts I got aftermarket parts.

Experiencia fantástica: I would just like to say that Chris Moore (MooreMafia) knows what he's talking about regarding motorcycles. I have a 2012 Suzuki M109R with Cobra Swept's pipes and OEM air ducts with an emblem cut in the face of the duct cover. Chris upgraded my ECU and my M109R moves 10X better in my opinion. MY M109R IS ALL FUNK THANKS TO CHRIS! The customer service is top notch, the performance of my bike is top notch and the pricing for the service is top notch. YOU NEED TO SEE HIM IF YOUR BIKE IS NOT GIVING YOU WHAT YOU NEED IN PERFORMANCE! Trust Me!

Experiencia fantástica: Was looking to buy a Kayo 4 wheeler for my daughter for Christmas. Went to another shop down the road. They had one, however when I asked what the out the door price was they wanted to tack on almost another $1,000 dollars to the price for “dealer” fees. I asked if they could come down and they said no because they only had a few left. Needless to say I walked out. Drove 4 miles down the road to Cycle Specialties Performance. Walked in two gentlemen asked if they could help. They had the exact same 4 wheelers as the other place. I asked them the out the door price and they said only “extras” was sales tax and $75 dollar processing fee. Thanks to Cycle Specialties Performance my daughter is getting a brand new Kayo 4 wheeler for Christmas. I understand that dealerships have to make money but the other place I feel was over the top. I fully recommend Cycle Specialties Performance based on price and customer service.

If you pay everything up front you better have plenty of time to go to the dealership everyday. That’s the only way you’ll get any additional attention from them. Talked with Chris and sent ECU back and he took real good care of me making sure I was setup and running right when I got my ECU back. Experiencia negativa: Horrible service on ATV. After two months on a simple carb kit replacement unit was not fixed and charged $200. Received no calls during two months, and a different reason for delay each time I called. Was told ATV was assembled but when I picked up it was in pieces. Local Yamaha dealer had part in stock and repaired unit in two days.

Experiencia negativa: Me and my wife walked in the store and with a employee standing there he never opened his mouth to greet us. He just looked at us and then looked away. Made us feel unwelcomed immediately. If you have any fear of dogs like my wife does please stay away because a huge Doberman pinscher is roaming freely. My wife ran out the store terrified, and nobody tried to put the dog away or apologize to earn our business.
