Experiencia fantástica: Stopped in a few weeks back, ride up here occasionally from DFW. Noticed my back tire looked low, ended up needing it fixed. Decided on a new back tire since mine was so worn. Waiting on the mechanic to bring it back from the test ride so I could head home. He noticed a ticking noise and discovered my oil pump wasn’t working. They gave me a good price on towing my Harley back home to Euless. All I can say is a very sincere thank you to the mechanic that caught that problem before I headed home. There is no doubt I would not have made it home, plus with no oil being pumped to the engine it would have burned it up. I give this dealership 5 stars, more if I could. Everyone there is always nice and that mechanic is truly a great guy who cares about the customers. Also, thank you to the guy who drove me home that day, enjoyed our conversation. Apologize for being bad with names, wish I could name this mechanic and guy that took me home. Both are great guys

Experiencia fantástica: I broke down with an electrical issue on a trip out of state. RR Harley got my bike on a lift right away and started diagnosing. They were able to get it diagnosed and repaired in about 3 hours. A lot of shops just throw parts at a problem. The techs at RR Harley aren't those people. I was really impressed by their technical skills, customer service and attention to detail.

An American motorcycle company no longer thankful for the sacrifice that veterans make for the freedoms that they enjoy. It's shameful. Will no longer support them by spending my money at their establishment. Shameful on you Harley Davidson.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife, son, and I stopped by here this last weekend on our way from Ardmore OK to Abilene TX. Absolutely incredible customer service. Treat you like you are their long time friends. I was very impressed. Nobody acted too good to speak to us. I read some of the bad reviews before I began this one. The people that have left their reviews as one star are literally just wanted to complain to complain. Some gave minimal stars for not being open on Monday! That’s pretty much any Harley Dealership anywhere! Another complained about not having 3X shirts in stock. Haha. I won’t even touch further on that one but the experience we had was fantastic and we will absolutely be back again.

I was traveling from South Texas to Minnesota. my hog stalled on me couple times. went to couple dealers and all claimed it was just "wet". my last hope was RED RIVER as it was the next one on the map. i called and explained. JIM was awesome, remained open for me after hours until i arrived since i was traveling. They treated me beyond my expectations, found the problem and fixed it. i made it home to Minnesota. Unfortunately, the service team here did not do their due diligence in informing him that if he were to pass before it was sold, they would just keep his bike. He worked years to make double/triple payments.. bike was almost paid off. He was trying to do the right thing. Too bad HD doesn't believe in that. Lost a whole family and community worth of business over one bad ethical decision. Lesson learned. *** The finance company is at fault for providing incorrect information to our family. Joe has reached out & is handling this matter so the family can proceed with my Dads wishes regarding his motorcycle. After walking the showroom floor without feeling pressured by the sales team so I could get a feel of what model and style I liked the best, when I was ready to get more info on those models the sales team met me. They fielded every question I had in an open and honest way. When I was ready for the next steps, Chris made the entire purchase process seamless and simply to understand. Dan from Finance was above board in explaining all the different options related to the financing, insurance and warranty choices. His sincerity during this stage of the process was so apparent that I'd consider him to be best in class when compared to any other asset purchase I'd made to-date. After the purchase was completed, Chris walked me to the service department where all scheduled maintenance was clearly explained in a welcoming and engaging way. Personally, I'd never buy another bike unless it was from RRHD.

Experiencia fantástica: I struggled to get a windshield in from Harley direct for over 8 weeks due to backlog. After making a few calls, I got ahold of Dwayne Lamb at RRH and located the windshield I was looking for. Dewayne was extremely helpful and was able to get the windshield shipped out right away. It arrived in a day and I couldn’t be happier!

I have purchased other manufacturers trikes and been unhappy with them. This HD trike rides like a dream, excellent power and great in handling ( kind of important to a 78 year old..ha). This trike was delivered to me Saturday and was exactly as pictured and described. It has renewed my thrill of riding. Couldn't be happier with this purchase. They had a good mix of new and old bikes which makes the prices ranges more friendly. They also have a little play area for the kiddos.
