Experiencia fantástica: I have been shopping for an ADV for months, and I was trying to pick between the R1250GSA and the Tiger 1250 Explorer when my wife suggests that I test ride the Pan America. I REALLY didn't want to. To say I'm not a fan of Harley is an understatement. But because she's cute, and I love her I went to try one out. The test ride was amazing. I love that I can flat foot it, and the ride is just so smooth. I decided after the test that it was the bike for me. When I told my wife she pointed out that because I'm not a Harley fan, this bike had to win on merit alone unlike the Triumph or BMW. I still had reservations on several key things though. The Black Sheep crew proceeded to systematically dismantle every issue I could come up with, without being pushy, until I had no roadblocks left. It just made sense to buy my Pan America. I picked it up as it's raining cats & dogs, and rode it away. I was cold, drenched, and giggling like an idiot. It's the most fun I've had on a motorcycle in years.

Experiencia negativa: I went in for a state inspection and found a bad front brake light switch. They gave me a quote of $130 to install a switch. I decided to buy the switch for $31 and install it myself. I couldn't find the time to do it and took my bike back to them and gave them the switch I had bought. The long and short of it is it cost $197 to install the switch I had already paid for that includes a state inspection. I feel like I was charged twice for the switch. Needless to say I'll be doing all my repairs from now on even if it has to sit till I find the time to do it myself.

Experiencia negativa: They have nice stuff in there but for the most part it is extremely overpriced and you better make sure it fits just bought two motorcycle jackets for almost $300 and I wanted to take one back just to get a different color And apparently, if it is on sale, they will do nothing with it. Once it walks out of the door they never told me this or nothing so I will for sure not Go there again, unless I absolutely have to!!

Experiencia fantástica: We pulled into service around 4pm today, Sarah immediately took care of our need for a replacement rear turn signal bulb. We’re road trippin from Florida to Michigan (return journey) so we were super impressed with her proficiency, professionalism and friendliness.

Experiencia negativa: I purchased the bike just about 5 months ago , when the bike was delivered it would not start at all !! I told the HD delivery driver I wasn’t taking it he return with the bike that evening with a new battery and the bike seemed fine up until 2 days ago when the tail lights stopped working all together. Jeremy the lead sales guy assured me , “ I wouldn’t sell anything to you I wouldn’t sell my own parents and if anything goes wrong I’m the near future that isn’t your fault I’ll deal with it , that I promise you” well guess who isn’t dealing with it. I get it , salesman’s job is to sell but stand by your word, and two issues within 5 months is a crock . I would not recommend this place to anyone! Good luck and hope this helps someone in time .

Motorclothes staff warm and friendly, taking extra time with each customer and providing professional service. I didn't seal with the service department but, as I wandered around, I could see them diligently assisting customers in persona dm on the phone. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Pricing is fair and consistent to all other Harley shops. The Service staff is top notch and the work they complete is perfect every time. The facility offers multiple programs including test riding bikes, demoing a windshield or seat, and they are more than happy to let you ride multiple bikes to make sure you find the right one. I highly recommend you stop at Black Sheep Harley-Davidson even if you aren't a Harley rider, sit back, relax, enjoy some coffee, and check out the wide selection of bikes they have, browse through the Motorclothes department, or dream of how to upgrade your motorcycle in the Parts Department.

The only bad thing I can say about the shop. I asked about if the bike I bought came with a 2ed key fob they said they would call me back. They never returned my call to let me know so I had too call back the fallowing day to have my question answered. Other then that I told my friends about the shop and I highly recommended them.

I was greeted upon entering the establishment and had only stopped to look around. Met A great staff throughout the entire building, especially my salesman, Brandon. I ended up buying a super clean 2018 Heritage that day and got a great deal. While I was there, they sold 4 bikes plus mine. They are obviously doing something right. This is, by far, the nicest and most welcoming staff of any dealership I’ve ever been. 5 stars across the board BTW, since I had recently had shoulder surgery, they even delivered and picked up my old Rocker at no charge...that’s superior service!!
