Experiencia fantástica: Thank you thank you to Tioga County HD. I was traveling in the Grand Canyon of PA area when my check engine light came on. I went directly to Tioga HD - on a Saturday. Their service department was able to assist me within minutes. Luckily it was just a sensor that needed to be reset. They performed the reset and checked the bike to ensure everything else was ok. I am so appreciative of the quick and very pleasant service that got me back on the road quickly!

Experiencia negativa: Do yourselves a favor and avoid buying a bike from this dealership. I purchased a 2 year warranty when I purchased my 2 year old bike. Upon going through my paperwork I discovered the pink receipt has the proper 24 month warranty that I paid for as per agreement with Cody BUT the warranty paperwork has an existing 3 year warranty with only 1 valid year left before the warranty ran out. So i essentially paid for a 2 year warranty and only got 1 full warranty year. After weeks of calling and texting with no response they finally responded back. Supposedly the warranty dates were fixed but I have yet to receive any updated paperwork after months. Rob promised he would send out the updated paperwork but I am still waiting after months, recently I sent him a text wondering what the status is with no response back. I have had it with this dealer, what a dumpster fire. Makes me wonder how many other people have had this happen to but never caught it in the paperwork.

Experiencia fantástica: Needed a water pump for my 2015 ultra limited. I was told they had to order it, and it would be at least a week. I told the young lady I would bring the bike down tomorrow morning and leave it just in case the pump came in early. When I got there, she told me they over nighted it and it was there. She asked if I had time (about 2-3 hrs) and I could take it back with me, I live 3hrs away. They fixed it, plus it was under the warranty I bought. All was no charge. They are awesome there. I will go back , even though I live in Warren Co. On a scale of 1-10, I give them a 10.

My first purchase was a 2022 CVO Road Glide. Not long after I saw the 2023 Road Glide Fast Johnnie. He took the time to work out a trade and wasn’t upset when I decided not to do it because I didn’t want to give up all the CVO options. I went back a few months later just to pay a visit and don’t I luck into a used Fast Johnnie with less than 200 miles. I saved a pile of money and got a bike that is just as good as new. Now I have both. Everybody in that entire building is top shelf. They are worth the two hour trip every time I need service. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: I wish they were as transparent with me as they have been with other customers! I am glad for Tioga Harley Davidson that they have impressed other customers! I, on the other hand, have had a very different experience! I purchased a 2023 CVO Road Glide in the tune of over 50k… I was not permitted to test drive the bike! When it was delivered I did not like it from the get go. I didn’t like the heaviness and the foot controls as I heal shift. My shoes or boots did not fit under the break pad. I decided to trade it for the street glide in the same color “whiskey neat”. They informed me that Harley Davidson stopped making the bikes in that color and there was no way to get one. They refused to work with me on my trade for the platinum 2023 Street Glide. I really didn’t want the platinum but was willing to make a deal! They LOWBALLED me significantly! Other dealers offered me 3k more than than they did. I purchased the 23 CVO Street Glide in Platinum from Fingerlakes Harley Davidson! Now I find out they got a Whiskey Neat CVO Street Glide in. This means they completely and deliberately lied to me! I placed a post of my experience on Facebook and Rob from Tioga HD finance called my supervisor and tried to get me fired from my employment! No lie! Rob was informed that the Facebook page is a personal page and has no bearing with this company! It was dirty and completely wrong to do to anyone! Not that it had any impact or effected me in anyway. Their pettiness and actions are absolutely repulsive! I would not refer anyone to Tioga Harley Davidson! They are shady and irresponsible! Under previous ownership this would never have happened!

They told me although my 2007 Heritage Softail was super clean and low in miles that because of its age it’s going to the auction. Then several days after I traded it, they had it listed for sale on their website for $9,888.00 and listed as super clean and low miles. Don’t lie to the customer. If it wouldn’t have been for the lie on the trade in, I would have given this review 5 stars.

They lowballed me like they do everyone else but I traded alittle further and got twice as much money fir my trade in. Also shop around and pay attentions to prices very close to other dealers. This deals hip days we wave the freight fee lol yeah simply because they mark thier bikes up then wave the fee to get the price right where other dealers are just to make you think your getting a deal. I purchased a new bike elsewhere , twice as much for my trade in and it was $2000 less then mansfield had thiers marked at.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely outstanding service!!! We visited last week, from Virginia, to see the bike and returned this week to finalize the purchase. We had some issues with our truck on the way up that severely delayed our arrival time, but Helen was up for the challenge. I was able to send a copy of my D.L. and insurance info that allowed Helen and the team to have everything in place when I arrived at 4:15, they close at 4:30. However, I was able to have the paperwork signed and the bike loaded in less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend Helen and the guys!!!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I were traveling for the last weekend of October. Visiting PA Grand Canyon, when my wife noticed the smell of fuel coming from my 2014 ultra. Very spotty cell service. The young man in the service department (my apologies as My memory is not giving me your name), was great. He was able to understand what I needed and told me to bring the bike there. 40 minute ride, 11/2 hour diagnosis and he realized they did not have the part I needed. He found another dealer in the area, called them, they had the part and were waiting for us to get there. What a positive experience. He went above and beyond to help.
