Experiencia negativa: Bought a Motorcycle here , I was told I would get the Riders training course for free if I Bought a bike. They never gave me the riders course, then ghosted me in all my phone calls about it saying they would call me back but never intended too. Motorcycle permit now expired and the bike has been sitting in my garage for half a year and never ridden.

Experiencia fantástica: So where do I begin? Start off with Scott Pulman for talking me through the process over the phone and getting everything taken care of before I even arrived. Next Seth was the best Salesman I have ever had in any deal I’ve ever done. He went over the whole bike, answered any questions I had and took me on a fun test ride. We then moved to finance where Monica treated me like her best friend and we got the paper work finished up and I rode out of HellBender Harley with a huge smile and a 2024 Road Glide. Make sure to check them out. I had been to 6 Harley dealers prior to landing on them. They were far above all the others. You will not be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: I signed up for the for the basic riders course so I could start riding motorcycles. Since I signed up, I have had great communication with them and also was invited to experience their jump start program. This allowed me to get on a bike and work on shifting through gears weeks before the class. Monica was the instructor that helped me with this and she was awesome. My girlfriend and I also looked around inside so I could get a helmet, and the lady that helped me with that was also awesome. It was a great first experience and we will definitely be driving the hour+ trip back to enjoy everything the dealership has to offer. Overall, I loved the experience, everybody was super friendly and helpful and a big shot out to Monica and the other lady that helped me inside. I will definitely be back. ( Sorry to the lady inside. I am horrible with names, but she was awesome and she will know it was her)

Experiencia fantástica: Came in on Saturday 08/02/2024 and worked with Peyton on my new Harley! Love the staff at this dealership! I have been to several other Harley dealers and get the sales pitch etc. The staff here are way more laid back and what I would expect from Harley staff. They want to talk and aren't pushy with their sales methods. They weren't there to just sell you a bike. They like joking around and having a good time with the rest of us that love these bikes! The best part was the sales process actually. I told Peyton where I needed to be on the bike I wanted and his reply was "I can make that happen". That was it! Came back a few moments later with whopping three dollars over where I needed to be! This is the third Harley I have bought from this location, the other two being when the business was Earl Smalls. If you are looking for Harley, stop in and see these guys and girls before going somewhere else. If it doesn't make sense they will tell you and be up front about it, and at the end of the day want to make you feel like family and happy with the Harley you picked out.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently needed some maintenance and a tire replacement (dang nails on the road!) on my Sportster and found Hellbender Harley Davidson. What a fantastic crew they have! I spoke with Mike in the shop who was so friendly to talk to even from the start. He answered all my questions , helped me arrange a pick up (Thanks Justin for loading up the bike) and then Mike made sure the bike was in top shape upon return. All in all a great experience! I’ll definitely be back to check out their inventory once I want to upgrade!

Experiencia fantástica: I had tried these guys a few years back but, they were so booked up, I ended up having to go elsewhere for maintenance. Now they seem to have a fuller staff and greater availability for appointments. Riley in parts did a good job helping me find some new tire options and a really good job keeping me updated on their ETA. I found Isaiah in the service department ito be highly knowledgeable. He likes to ride and was happy to help with all the quirky little things that can happen with a bike.

Experiencia negativa: I went in to have my bike looked at due to my battery not charging while riding. After 4 days with no updates I finally got back my bike. I was told e everything was fine. As I rode my bike the battery still didn’t charge and died on me on the highway. After getting a jump (my battery can hold a charge cause it’s brand new) I got the bike home safely and as soon as I parked I noticed oil all over my left side. They didn’t even replace the gasket on when replacing the stator. I should have went to Atlanta Harley Davidson to get my repairs done. That or WOW motorcycles. Hellbender is a joke. Don’t let them work on your bike.

My husband and in-laws are HUGE Harley people and I wanted to grab them each a shirt since there have never been to Georgia. From the moment I walked in, DeLayne was super helpful! Upon fixing this situation in their parking lot the a/c clutch locked up and burned the belt. Experiencia negativa: Posting on behalf of my dad because he isn’t very “tech savvy.” For over a year, my dad has raved about this place. “Hellbender Harley this, Hellbender Harley that.” He LOVED this shop. And then he bought a bike through them a couple months ago (a 2022 Forty-Eight). He brought his bike in this weekend I believe, because it needed new spark plug wires (something like that). Mind you, the bike was still WELL within warranty. It had only 800 miles on it when he bought it two months ago. It’s supposed to have something like a 1-year, 12,000 mile warranty. Well, the service department including the service advisor gave him the runaround on this part (which my dad found out was only $19), saying, “Oh, it might not be covered” so my dad — who was basically a diehard Hellbender fan before this — is basically done with this shop. In his words, he is “incredibly disappointed.” My dad ended up buying the part and will be installing it himself, since he is an auto mechanic with 30+ years of experience and is a seasoned motorcycle rider. This shop failed my dad, potentially losing a customer, and what’s more, losing customers my dad would have referred to them — because I KNOW FOR A FACT he had been telling everyone he knows how much he loved this shop, prior to this incident. Guess what? Now he’ll be telling a different story about Hellbender Harley-Davidson. Do better!

I brought my road glide in with some clutch issue ( I was traveling and passing through) . Experiencia negativa: My friend and I were excited to get back into riding after a few years off, so we decided to visit our local Harley dealership, Hellbender Harley-Davidson in Marietta, just a short drive from our homes. We arrived early Sunday afternoon, eager to check out the bikes. As we walked in, we were greeted by a salesman who seemed friendly enough and answered some of our initial questions, showing us the new features of the bikes. Since we were moving up from smaller bikes and interested in something bigger like the Road Glide, we appreciated his help. However, things took a turn for the worse. Suddenly, the salesman disappeared. There was nobody on the sales floor to assist us. We stood around for 15 minutes, confused and frustrated by the lack of staff presence. When the salesman finally reappeared, he proceeded to help another customer without any acknowledgment of our presence, completely ignoring us as if we weren’t even there. I've never experienced such poor customer service at any dealership. We were there to potentially purchase two Road Glides, but I can assure you that this dealership won't be getting our business. The customer service was embarrassing, and our time was wasted. I would highly advise staying away from Hellbender Harley-Davidson. Nobody should have their time wasted like that.

Very friendly helpful and got us a better deal than we were going to get with our credit union. Less interest rates . The price on our 2016 Freewheeler was incredible with only 1975 miles on it. So we got a great deal. They made us feel like family there every staff member there were great. They've won our business for sure. If your looking for friendly staff great prices on great Harleys hit them up. Someone there will make sure you are satisfied. Look up Cassie and Gregg tell them Melony Matteson sent you lol. Experiencia negativa: Great guys seemed friendly and did work hard to get me a loan but Was pissed at first deal after sitting 2hours and would have went back next day but .Totally didnt listen to me at all when i said i didnt want a $10000 motorcycle and put me on something i couldnt afford.Went in with$2000cash down with a budget of $4000 and $7000 financed.They tried to put me on a $12,899 bike with $500 a month payments?Twice aas much that I wanted to spend.And notice how they wont respond to nothing but the good reviews also.If you advertise a bike for an amount that is within my reasoning and say yea we still got when I call come on down I would expect to see ride buy that bike not try and be sold something you would think I would want?Just thought maybe this would be a good experience here but it's about the same no matter where you go i have found out.Oh yea while you wait on an answer to your financing they will be looking at you from behind the mirror in the back like hawks on a perch deciding what they think you should be riding and paying for.If you are the Under Dog forget buying here or anywhere guaranteed finance is a joke at any dealership.

Didn’t beat around the bush and told me the straight up truth about the deal on my 2022 Harley Pan America. Gave me the most for my trade. The merchandise lady was like so motherly! Loved her!
