Experiencia fantástica: Very nice shop, very friendly staff. Got a lot of useful info on the happenings in Alabama, since we are moving up here.

Experiencia negativa: I recently took my bike in for a new front tire. I dropped it off on Saturday morning. Later that day I got a text saying that my bearings were bad and needed changing. I told them to do it. I went an picked it up on Sunday. When paying with my credit card, I was told there would be a fee of about $24. I thought they were kidding and asked to speak to a manager. The manager told me that they had switched systems about 3 months ago. So I spent nearly $800 only to be charged a fee. Total rip off. When I looked at my bill, I was charged an hour labor for the tire and an hour labor for the bearing replacement. When I asked to see the rate, the person at the desk pulled up a sheet that showed bearing replacement. It had two times, one for the wheel on (1 hour) and one with the wheel off (.5 hours). I asked if since the wheel was off for the tire replacement, why was I being charged the full hour. The person said she would have the manager call me on Tuesday. Well come Friday (today) I still had not received a call, so I called and asked for the service manager. I spoke to Brad and explained my question. First he said there was no sheet that showed the hours for a procedure and then said I should have been charge 1.5 hours for the bearing replacement because my bearing were broken and it supposedly took the mechanic longer. I then asked again about a chart showing the hours for a procedure and he said there was no such thing. I bought my harley (2009) here before it was a Hooligans and have had it serviced/repaired numerous times over the years. I 'm sorry to say that I will not be coming here again.

They worked me in and fixed my bike to get me back on the road very quickly. While I was in the Service Department, I seen the Awards for Shop Performance that they have received. I understand the reason they have a lot of these Awards. Great people and fast service. Thanks so much for working me in and keeping me on my tight schedule.

I purchased a bigger bike than I could handle. Returned it the same day. Scared myself so much that I thought I would never ride again. Fortunately, Glass was my salesperson and this guy went WAY above and beyond to help me find a bike I was comfortable with. I was determined to get on a bike one more time before calling it quits. Glass was with me every step of the way. No rushing, no pressure, just the desire to help me get back on the road on the right bike for me. We found the perfect match. It felt right and Glass cheered me on. I would ride again. Finance: Jason stepped up to make my dream come true without having to lose an arm and a leg in the bike exchange. He really worked with me to get me what I wanted without soaking my bank account. I am forever grateful to the best salesperson, Glass, and Jason in Finance for treating me like the only customer in the store on a busy Saturday. A nightmare became a dream come true. And she helped me tremendously. Gunner in parts is always on the ball on finding parts. Skoot and his brother in fiance were awesome and helped me. The take away is that at no time was there any pressure. This is the second Harley that I bought from there and will not be my last!

Experiencia positiva: Update: I probably wouldn’t trust the clothing department to order anything for me. Was told it would be a few days and so far it has been 3 and a half weeks. Let me say I thought I got a good deal on a bike this is my second purchase from hooligan which is a pre owned 21 sportster s. Went over the service records with them on everything that was done to the bike everything checked out. What I didn’t notice at the time of the sale was there arnt any tag lights on the bike. Got pulled over with a verbal warning but yea. The bike is suppose to be driven to El Paso at the end of the week and we are missing the tag light so this should be fun. Let me add be careful with pricing wise their clothing side stays in line with Harley Davidsons website but the parts department over prices things (I.e. jump box on Harley Davidsons website is 139 vs hooligan is 179 Sales day was great and my sales rep was awesome, had some issues getting in touch with sales management after the sale but I’ve let that go. Edit: so I started my road trip and when I bought the bike I was told it had heated grips, imagine my surprise when I go to turn them on this morning and get nothing, I’m personally getting more and more disappointed in the transaction the more I’m on this bike. Absolutely love the bike but I’m not loving the lack of thoroughness from the dealership and things not being what they said they were suppose to be.

Experiencia negativa: I bought a 2021 roadking special 3 weeks ago rode it home Saturday woke up Sunday rode approximately 50 miles and my throttle stopped responding I got the bike towed back to the shop only to be told 3 different mechanics had rode the bike and couldn't find any problems. I left the store Sunday the bike did the exact same thing I called Ben and he seemed clueless not to mention I asked to speak to the manager Sunday at 3 no return call called again today at 10 was told he was in a meeting only to hear nothing all day. Definitely worst experience purchasing anything

Experiencia fantástica: I recently took my '95 Harley Davidson Sportster to Holligan Harley Davidson to b repaired from it being stolen from my home, this is my first Harley to own although I've rode for many years but still my first one to personally own so I had full coverage insurance from the day I bought it which was a very smart decision as it turned out but it has taken almost 3 months for the insurance company, Hooligan n myself all getting on the same page, I was about to give up n pay for the repairs myself but during all this time without my bike my frustration was getting the best of me but luckily I met Dani the angel in the service department an when I call her an angel I truly mean these words because her kind words n dedication towards helping a crazy customer like me stay sane through the nightmare speaks volumes of the person she is n I personally can't thx her enough, she calls n sends me txt messages to let me know everything that is taking place with my bike to help keep me calm n at ease, without her kindness n dedication I don't think I could have kept my cool as well with my insurance company n I personally wanted to let Harley Davidson Corp.as a whole to know what a fabulous n incredible employee they have in this lady and she truly deserves recognition for all she does, she is one if Hooligan Harley Davidson's greatest assets...thxs again Dani...... The celebration of my purchase and me becoming a hooligan member was something else. My sells rep was very helpful in helping me find the right bike for me and what i was looking for. And they were very helpful and patient in helping me find the right helment and gloves. I walked in just to buy a helment and gloves and sign up for the riding academy and ended up leaving with a brand new harley. I highly recommend buying from hooligan harley davidson if your looking to buy a bike.

Experiencia negativa: Updated review from 5 stars: I brought my bike in on multiple occasions. Thought I could trust the mechanics with my main concern of a vibration issue. First time I brought my bike in, poor communication and had her for over 4 months. New tire installed and they forgot to balance and then wanted to charge me for their oversight. Vibration still not fixed. Fixed the ignition and paid for a new stero system. Now fourth time back to the shop for the same vibration issue to find out it's the crank shaft and over 6k in repairs. I wouldn't have put any money in her if they would have diagnosed the problem right the firkst time. Over 2k spent and wasted. Beyond disappointed! We even traded in our other bike for a new one. I'm not one to take bad reviews lightly and with so many multiple bad experiences i had to update my review. Im so disappointed Beware...I will not be giving them any of my business.

Experiencia fantástica: You get absolutely every penny of what you pay for here! Parts and service are absolutely elite! Learned a very expensive lesson on who to trust with your bike recently. Took our 2010 Harley to a local shop (Haynes Motor Sports in Anniston, Al.) We got a good quote, paid in full to pick up a bike that was almost inoperable due to damages. Not to mention being harassed by his secretary. Thankfully, the master mechanic at Harley Davidson was able to repair these damages and return our Harley back to us in a timely manner and running like a dream. Status updates were frequent and very well communicated. The attention to detail with this matter was outstanding. Will never take our bike elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Everybody can expect to get screwed by harley. The most dedicated harley people will agree. The screwing that I took from Hooligan should be criminal......you will pay!
