Experiencia fantástica: I had been searching and watching for 3 months for a Tri Glide. I have only ridden Road kings for 25 years prior to this purchase, that was brought on by a health issue. While willing to be safe and give up my two wheels, there was NO WAY I would give up riding. I had a limited budget and knew what I was looking for in a Trike. After 3 months of websites, local visits to nearby dealers, I pulled the trigger. I found the ONE!! It was 4 hours away, within my budget and also the best pricing within that drive. The first contact with the shop, name escapes me, wasn't much help nor the personality that fits good with me. But when I walked in the door, I met Jimmy. He was my kind of person, hands down the type of person that makes a dealership outstanding. His knowledge, demeaner, and old biker look made the experience for my wife and I incredible. My wife wasn't feeling well that day, he followed up with a phone call the next day to check on her, that was over the top kindness he showed. The young lady in the very first office was very clear about the bank processing and expectations of those items. I will continue to be a loyal customer for service, accessories, events and the friendship with my new brother Jimmy. This dealership is amazing. Experiencia fantástica: Love my new trike! Staff was great-very helpful. Jimmy was sweet and funny. The only issue I had was that between the time I bought the trike and picked it up (1 week), the heel shifter was to be removed and it wasn’t. We had to wait there until it was done. We live 4 hours away, so having to wait and additional 2 hours was a little bit of a let down. Other than that, it was a great experience!

Win or lose, they’ll have to spend TENS OF THOUSANDS more than what it would cost to make this right rather than fighting me on it. Fight for yourself, don’t let these people take advantage of you!!!******Absolutely trash do not buy from them. I told them EXACTLY what I wanted with my bike, speed noise and comfort. Refused to let me turn the bike on until it was bought in cash then just before i turned it on they say “hey by the way you might want a new exhaust” it doesn’t even sound as loud as a moped. Then I bought a $200 phone mount and their (master technician) installed it and put a large dent in my tank because it was installed completely wrong. Here I am two months later offering to trade it for a bike at $15k, 3 years older than mine with 8,000 more miles on it and two engine sizes smaller and they are refusing saying they can only give me $11k toward the trade for the bike I bought for $16k plus tax and tags making it $20k and they damaged it. The bike I want is only $15k. Needless to say I’m having my lawyer send them a demand letter on Monday and will be proceeding with a lawsuit and a BBB compliant, filing for FTC violations etc. Never NEVER buy a bike from them let alone have them work on it.

He took me around the store, showed me several different options, and then he went to work on my papers and I purchased my first Harley. He was great to work with, professional, and very pleasant! Experiencia positiva: I was dealing Shawn through text. Gave him the model, year and stock number of the bike. Did the credit app and got a rate and monthly payment of 329. I agreed and left work early to make the 3 hour drive to get it only to find that he gave me a quote for the wrong bike and that my payment was actually 411 and he wasn't even working at that location that day. Bike price was 26888 and they told me they were going to take 1000 off because of the mistake. While looking at the paperwork they lowered the bike to 25999 which is 111 short of 1000. The dealership was nice and the guy I dealt with great. They helped me load and secure the bike in my truck. I do like the bike but would not do business with them again.

Experiencia negativa: Drove an hour, was told that they could not replace my tire because it was not mounted to a bike. How do I ride a bike here with a flat tire? Was told to bad, so sad, tow your bike in. Never again Harley Davidson. Selling the bike and getting BMW, more expensive but better service.

Experiencia negativa: Would have been ok, BUT I’m dealing with an issue with getting my tags. Eisenhauer HD’s process of obtaining and processing tags for out-of-state customers is the most inefficient I have experienced. My tags were mailed out by my state 2 weeks ago!!! And had I not gone to my DMV to get temp tags, we would have never found out it’s been with their titling company all this time. I can’t even get temp tags due to the fact that a tag was already issued by my state. Best I can do is once again, WAIT!!! Tags expired over a week ago, meaning I have not been able to ride in this nice weather this whole time…

Experiencia negativa: Eisenhower harley used to be the best and go to dealership, however that has changed drastically over the past 18 months! Bikers hang out and frequent harley dealers, that's what we do! I ride with a recovery club, we're not outlaws or 1%ers, our club brothers would always go to Eisenhower to buy our bikes, multiple bikes thru out the year. After getting our money, the owner would say we were a nuisance and distracting and low lifes. Trish was their #1 sales person, and would stick up for us and the owner disrespected her which caused her resign. It's nice to find out the truth, that the people (bikers) who keep you in business, you think so poorly of! I'll be using my business to Baltimore HD and save myself an hour of travel.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently purchased a used (105 miles) 2023 CVO Road Glide from Eisenhauer's Chesapeake HD and it was one of the easiest buying experiences I've had with a car/motorcycle dealer. The staff was not only friendly, but more importantly, straight forward and clear throughout the entire buying process. Should I be looking for a new motorcycle in the future, I would definitely start with this dealership!!

Would've liked to get the full details on a used bike versus getting details from other dealers after the purchase like tin & key swaps and differences in VIN detail. Experiencia fantástica: Nice place to buy your Harley Davidson Motor Cycle. Looks like they have over 300 Motor cycles in stock inside the show room. ( I didn't count them, but there were alot). There are alot of accessories and wearable stuff in stock. Go check them out. Did I say the people are very friendly.

Experiencia positiva: Luv the bike and the experience was easy and straightforward. My second time buying a Harley from Eisenhauer’s. Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because there was a barely noticeable dent in the front fender that was never disclosed to me and I didn’t notice it till a day later.
