Feedback from Kevin and Kolby in the back has helped me fix small issues before they turn into big problems! The team they have at this location is unlike any other and makes you feel like part of the HD family. Every visit is as good as the first, and by hosting events every Saturday and sponsoring the HOG chapter here in Slidell, they really give riders here a great sense of community and a fun crowd to be around!

Experiencia fantástica: Just purchased a 23 Street Glide ST from these guys. I started this journey 8 months ago where I first met Gaige. I’ve owned about 8 HDs through the years so I’m not an easy sell. I want what I want, and I know a bikes value. Gaige and I tried to work several deals over the months and for one reason or another, I’d walk away. Gaige never changed his attitude one bit when I’d walk away from the table and was always friendly when I’d call out of the blue to inquire about a bike I saw on the website. On the day I bought this bike, I was actually there to test ride another bike. I can be difficult to work with in situations, but Gaige never checked up and he got me the bike I wanted at the price I wanted. He and Tracey are who I will send friends to anytime they are in the market for a bike. After the sale, I met folks from each department and everyone was great. The standouts were Mikey who did my paperwork, Kyle in Service and John in Parts. I should mention also that during this 8 month process, I called on multiple dealerships within a 10 hour drive and none of the sales people I spoke to came close to matching Gaige's and Tracey’s motivation and desire to sell me a bike. If you’re looking for a Harley, do your homework and then go see Gaige. Mike Bruno’s North shore is my new “home dealership” and I’m on the Ms coast. UPDATE: I have to give additional kudos to John in Parts. He has been a tremendous help in getting this bike set up for my wife to be able to ride with me. He’s been patient and helpful while I fumbled my way through finding the right seat and also ordering me in a sissy bar that was out of stock. John is my go to guy for parts
