Experiencia negativa: I do not recommend this place to anyone they are horrible they can’t teach you anything they just want you to keep on taking classes so you can pay them more money and when the road test time comes, they keep on telling you they’re busy and cancel it. The receptionist also has a nasty attitude. I had 4 of my kids go there and all of them wouldn’t recommend the school to anyone. The instructor also cancels classes last minute no consideration for the students. He’s also on his phone during the lesson which is beyond unprofessional.

Experiencia negativa: Highly unprofessional/rude instructors. They scold you for making a mistake or get argumentative assuming the person "learning" to drive already know's how to operate a vehicle properly. If you're someone who's not super comfortable behind the wheel, this is the last place to go. A friend of mine just had a similar experience which is why I decided to comment about it. Worst first experience ever. 0 stars.

I was one of those that has had have well I can add tried also over 13X to get my New York driver's license yet this school got me my rosd test! finally!! OMG yes! So they deserved 10Stars not 5Stars but I would give them 100+STArS All with CAPS ON . Thank you! Let me CAP ON BIG THANK YOU! Without them I wouldn't be able to drive my car. Or ever owned one.

Experiencia negativa: Think thrice before you go to this school. This driving school is totally useless and waste of time and money. My instructor did t teach me any skills or anything that can help me getting road sense. I took 10 lessons and in each lesson he was telling me to take left or right most of the time. After few classes you can tell that he just want to finish with you as soon as possible and I couldn't do nothing bcoz I paid him in advance for 10 lessons. Also the lady in the office is very very rude and unhelpful. I lost my 5 hours defence driving paper and ask for duplicate, she was screaming at me for no reason. Not recommended to anybody.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this school to learn how to drive, especially in building your confidence. Instructor always indulge into miscommunication and are not patient. The receptionist does not communicate well in delivering accurate information towards the customer thus resulting in unknown timings for your lessons. At times they would hang up on you before you can finish what you want to say. Horrendous this is! The staff at the last minute tells the customer that a so and so change occurred. All in all, the communication is heavily lacking which concludes to poor customer service and business skills. Do not waste your time and money here!

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this place to anyone. The woman at the reception is the embodiment of “horrible customer service.” it goes without saying that a large number of customers would be completely new to the process, meaning, asking numerous questions about the process is a given. The receptionist had little to no patience with questions, when she did answer them her answers would always be unclear and confusing. She was extremely rude for nearly all interactions I had with her. At one point, she had straight up told me “go find another place then” because my schedule wasn’t working out with their bizarre timings (for example signing for the 5 hr class in person at ONLY 5 pm and no other time) and I was attempting to work something out with her about this which got her irritated. Then a week later she called around 12 pm asking if im ready for class which would’ve been that same day at 3 pm (instead of calling at least a day before like most would). Mind you, I was still in the process of figuring out a good schedual for these classes and Wednesday 3 pm was looking good for me, however there was no commitment or agreement on my part for me to actually take that class. I was still asking her questions about the class timings and as a result she had told me, very rudely, to go find another driving school because she got irritated with me attempting to ask these questions about different timings available. As a result I then did find another driving school. Then she had the audacity to call a week later asking about class and saying that I should’ve called her to let her know that I won’t be taking classes with them when in fact SHE was the one who told me to go find another place. Once again to reiterate, there was also no official commitment or agreement for that class, in order for her to be calling about it a week later, after telling me off so rudely before. As for the driving school if you read your reviews I strongly advise you to replace your receptionist because you are loosing customers and a lot of money because of her and my review is not the only one complaining about her.

Experiencia negativa: I just call to book an appointment for two persons for 10 lessons driving, and one of your employees was so rude and she was yelling at me and hang out the phone, I just ask her a few question. Can you please take this in consideration because that is not a proper way to talk with a costumer and also to do a business. Let her work somewhere in the road because her ability for costumer service is 0 and her behaviour is 0. Sorry for having to tell this but a cousin recommended this school she told me mirza is a very nice person and has the purpose to learn you good, but now with this costumer service you lost two clients with 10 hour lessons and you will lose more because everyone I know I will let them bow this costumer care experience.

Experiencia negativa: Very poor directions from Mr instructor every time I practice. Always I feel under pressure and never into my comfort zone. I never was ability to build strong habituals. My babbu won’t speak with me now and I am sick of it.

Experiencia negativa: I had Zaid as an instructor, he was awful. He was late to lessons very often and was rude and argumentative during lessons. He was often talking on the phone while I drove. He didn't offer advice or make an effort to improve my driving. All this school was concerned about was overcharging their customers, they have no interest in helping you learn to drive. Avoid at all costs.

The instructor Mr. Zahid uses his mobile while you are driving , actually he. Have no interested to get you get with pass the test but all it matters to them is money, so think thrice before choosing this driving school, these guys will bring your confidence to zero and ultimately on test day you'll be confused....
