Experiencia negativa: They don't explain the online course will lock you out for getting the answers incorrect(8 out of 10 required to pass, and questions are very random). The content and exam questions where about accident statistics from 10-12 years ago. Be prepaired to have random old statistical questions on the exam and then be locked out and told you have to re-register and repay.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible experience with my teenage son. Carlos Herrera is a very rude and disrespectful person. In fact, he shouldn’t even be a driving instructor because he’s very impatient and drove out of the DMV parking lot in an aggressive manner, not following traffic patterns and speeding. DON’T spend your money at this school, my son was very upset.

Experiencia fantástica: This guy is very passionate about what he does. I was glad he did not just play a video for hours, he made us think about how our driving effects the lives of others. He reminded us about the laws we forgot about, new laws in the state and other local statistics and law enforcement information. I personally tried to make his life as miserable as possible because I have a personal vendetta against all people in the collier county school system of which he is or was a part of. (within the confines of the law, thru insubordinational behavior which is NOT illegal) I tried to explain to the class how to avoid getting tickets by recording officer encounters and telling them it will go on YouTube.. this DID NOT go well.. as he asked me to leave the class and did not allow me to explain my tested methods which had been very successful until I made a mistake that did land me in traffic school. And worst of all, i was not able to explain the proper way to get police officers to leave you alone and not write a ticket by exploiting their fear of being on YouTube and having to explain the encounter to boss or other co workers. apparently he thinks safe driving practices are the preferred method to avoid tickets. So hey, to each their own. Now, The location is trashy. the audio on the TV's is BAD the screens are small. the location itself is below my expectations. the chair uncomfortable, the place is trashy and ghetto and hot, the AC did not seam to work well. one white dude in a BMW left complaining heat stroke and uncomfortable.. he really was not ready for the 80's classroom feel of the place, it was below his standards and I can kinda see why, its like they purposely make this place feel uncomfortable, unwelcoming. It would not fly for a dental office lets assume. I would really like to see some new chairs, they were uncomfortable, big screen TV, it was tiny and the audio coming from it horrible. Instead of buying your son a LEXUS, or having dinner at SNOOKYS in marco island you should invest some money into your LOCATION so NEXT time, your clients don't feel like your in a prison. I know traffic school is usually a ONE TIME thing.. but there are people like myself who LOOK FORWARD to our next visit, may it be to install a a DUI machine in my truck, for a speeding ticket or just for good times sake.. Some of us, actually come or plan on coming here OFTEN. I feel that us avid and habitual offenders deserve a better location and ambiance, for our repeat business. It was cheap, and I really think that the guy thinks he is making a meaningful thing happen. But, please stop spending money on your lavish lifestyle and invest some money into your LOCATION. Repeat customers are good, if you scare us all into fallowing the law.. no one will come back.. and it seams like you were actually serious about preventing accidents and such. Take it easy meng. Its the passionate and sincere desire for us to repent over our driving sins that were certainly there, but he could have used louder tones, grafic violence related to accidents or photos in his delivery if he really cared.... I think I would want the class to feel more like one of those Mega Church things, with blue neon lights, massive big screen TV's, folkloric traffic music, a wireless microphone even tho everyone is within ear shot.. like one of those tele-evangelist on at mid night. from a 1 to a 10 scale, the mans posture was a solid 10. his demeanor 10, delivery 9, stories about his son 12. Now, clearly flirting with the cute 19 year old girl who was not old enough to drink. I had a great time, like when i used to go to school right about till they kicked me out for insubordination just like he did. He is very smart, he could totally see thru the initial cunning attitude I had he totally knew there was something mischievous coming and totally tried to keep me in check the whole time.

Experiencia negativa: I confirmed a time for 3 different days for driving practice for my teenager. On the first day, a person showed up that was not who I originally was contacted by. I had no idea who this person was. The first two driving sessions seem to go well. For the third driving session, the instructor change the time with my teenager and did not inform me. Also, instead of picking up at my house the instructor informed my child to meet at the DMV so they could practice for his driving exam. On the morning of, The instructor went to my house instead of meeting us at the DMV. She text my teenager and when he told her we were at the DMV waiting on her, she said I am on my way wait there. We live less than 10 minutes away from the DMV. We waited 25 minutes on this person. Then, the instructor text my teenager and said I am here; however, she was not. I called and left a message for her; she would not answer the phone. Finally, she text my teenager and wanted to reschedule for Monday when he is in school. This was very unprofessional and I am really taken back that a company would treat someone like this; especially, communicated with a teenager instead of a parent. I believe I can find a better company that will value customer service.

Go to A-1 professional driving school for a good experience

Experiencia negativa: My daughter needed driving lessons, so I paid for private lessons with a driving instructor. The instructor, Carlos, refused to listen to my daughter's needs - driving in traffic, parking, and navigating four way stops. Carlos chose to drive her down 951 to Marco Island - - no parking, no traffic and only one four-way stop. What a waste of money! Save your money and go someplace else.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend this school to anyone! I came to Florida for a week and had to learn how to drive in four days (got my permit monday, took the driving test friday). My driving teacher was the sweetest man named Carlos and he was so friendly and helpful and encouraging. He taught me exactly what I needed to know for the driving test in such short time and provided me with a car for the test. School is very flexible with times and adapts to your individual needs. Definitely a "go-to"
