If a student driver needs to have their permit for 6 months before taking the road test then the staff needs to inform their customer this information before charging them for it and refusing to offer a refund. Lacking knowledge and poor communication skills.

Experiencia fantástica: Just Passed my test here, failed the first time but this place is incredibly patient with you, the man is patient with you while driving, the front desk lady is super sweet, and overall this place is a great place to test. Some incidents may happen with scheduling because this place is typically busy, but simply you just need to be patient and civil with them and they will be kind and very easy to work with. Love this place!

Experiencia negativa: Instructors are often late to classes or sometimes they don't even show up. We've been waiting for building to open for 30 minutes now. No one is answering their phones. Update: We've been here for an hour and 45 minutes and still waiting for instructor to show up.

Experiencia fantástica: Scheduling was easy. Call them and choose from their available slots. Rescheduling was also easy. The driving instructors were nice - very patient. will let us practice until we do it right. I was given some good tips on how to do parallel parking. I got full score for parallel parking on actual test. Overall very good experience. Highly recommend it.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Take your student driver elsewhere!!! This place is a scam. They take your money for a service they do not provide. Then when you complain about their lack of service, they cancel your contract and refuse to give you a refund. This driving school is a joke. Do not waste your money here.

Experiencia negativa: They are so QUICK to sign you up and take your money but can NEVER answer their phone, NEVER have hours available for your kids. DON'T GO HERE! Do it yourself for cheaper. All they are available for is to sign you up and TAKE your MONEY - UNAVAILABLE AFTER THAT!

Experiencia fantástica: Rhodes Driving School is a great driving school they're driving instructors are great and their staff is also. I I was able to get my driver's license through them, I definitely recommend anybody who wants to learn how to drive t go to them.

Experiencia negativa: Both driving instructors would fall asleep in the car while students are driving. We were taught how to parallel park at the DMV by aligning to certain trees or signs, so now I know how to parallel park at the DMV, and I literally can’t anywhere else.

Experiencia negativa: HORRIBLE.... HORRIBLE.... HORRIBLE... AND LET ME REITERATE HORRIBLE!!!! THE STAFF HERE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL..... SIGNED UP FOR THE 6 HOUR ADULT DRIVING LESSONS AND I DID ONE 2 HR SESSION AND IT TOOK ME ALMOST 6 WEEKS JUST TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER SESSION. WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND IT TOOK THEM A WHOLE 30 DAYS TO PRODUCE A CHECK AND THEN TOOK A BULLSH*T $50 ADMIN FEE JUST FOR THE REFUND. I GOT ATTITUDE FROM NOT ONLY THE STAFF HERE BUT THEIR MAIN OFFICE STAFF. YALL ARE A SCAM NOT A BUSINESS

Experiencia negativa: Rhodes Driving School never answers their phone. I called two days in a row between the hours of 9-6 and left a message and called back and still no one ever answers or returns my calls.

It was very easy to call and get scheduled, and they gave me a slot for a driving test straight away, so I didn’t have to wait a month to get scheduled at the DPS. So happy I went through them.

Experiencia negativa: Without a doubt the most incompetent group of people ever put together to run a business. They do not have their stuff together. They have my son running around in circles thanks to their blatant unorganized ineptness. They are really great at changing you for their services when in reality they do not even deserve to be in business. They are a complete joke and I regret it so much to have even gone with them in the first place. This business needs to be shut down and I will do my part to make it happen.

Experiencia negativa: I checked online and it said they opened at 10, when I got there it said that they open at 11, tried to call and no one answered. Then the voicemail said that they open at 1. This place is very very poorly organized.

Experiencia negativa: This is ridiculous, had a class scheduled for 8/29/2017 @ 9-3 . Showed up at 10 till with the office closed . Went back when they opened at 11 just to be told the class was canceled.... No one bothered to call and notify me. So as if I'm not unconvinced enough now I have to go clear across town next week so that my son can take this class.... seriously get it together people

Experiencia negativa: If I can give 0 I would horrible teachers who fall asleep who can barely even speak you can't even understand the class this place is worthless they won't even answer the phone there is no point in spending $300 when it's clearly not worth it I recommend y'all to spend more money and take your business elsewhere out side it says drivers Ed for only $99 what happened when I came inside it was $300 for worthless teachers and service make up schedule is horrible .... ALERT[ front office will make everything sound nice & perfect but don't get confused or tricked it's not worth for yourself or child to go through this hell of classes oh & if you do go to the classes be prepared to bring supplies because they don't even tell you what you need for this class. This is a horrible hell of experience which I do not wish for anyone .

I enrolled my son in this school, he had no driving experience and they took him out on frontage roads and busy streets his very first time and was in a car accident with his instructor. I never received a call from the school I wouldn't have know had my son not called me. It's been over two months they have yet to contact me and I have been calling leaving messages and stopping by the office. They are always closed and They never return my calls. Scheduling his first drive took over a month for their to be available drive times. Do not enroll your kids here.

Experiencia fantástica: My best drive was with instructor Ms.Tori She keeps it fun and connects with everyone. And makes sure everyone knows various information students may not know. Always makes sure the student is paying attention and has everyone cooperate with each other. Also making the drives fun with "game" activities. Overall the greates instructor anyone could ask for. Sad to say I'll be done with my drives but extremely happy I had Ms.Tori as my instructor.

Experiencia negativa: After one ride with the woman teacher I became too traumatized to drive for months. She yelled at the students and while I was driving she grabbed my arm and shook me. I had my permit by then and never went back. All the """teachers"""" are beyond terrible. The older man was known for falling asleep during driving lessons.

Experiencia negativa: garbage service! first, they promise if you pay a 380 dollars you do the class, get a discount, and have pre scheduled lessons and a discount on your insurance. i haven't had a single prescheduled lesson at all. i have to schedule them all, and the crappy site you have to schedule them all on doesn't even work. so i went up there in person and the Manager (Really Rude lady) said i wasn't doing it right and don't exaggerate my story cause its not gonna help my case. I wasn't. every time i tried to call and address this issue with them they never pick up. their hours are hit and miss. i go up there sometimes and they're not even open when they're supposed to be. and its a very unprofessional environment. the only good thing about this place is when you can schedule a drive, the teacher there is really good at his job. other then that this place is not worth your time, find another school, and don't waste your money.

Experiencia negativa: Lack of info unless you ask you do not get told anything. Suppose to have 1 hour of driving put in car with 2 other learners and we had to divide the 2 hours between us. Instructor took away all my confidence with his attitude. NO HELP AT ALL> very upset.

Experiencia negativa: This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went in to the office to schedule driving lessons with Rhodes driving school. Even before we had gone in to speak to them, we had asked questions regarding their pick and drop policy and that was initially the only reason we even tried to go through this institute since that was a must. As we walked in, we had a detailed conversation with the front desk receptionist who told us regarding the prices and the packages they had. Initially we wanted to only try one lesson, since the cost at the end was coming out to be the same. So we told her we wanted to schedule a pick and drop lesson for one time and she let us sign the form and agreement. And the day for the scheduled driving lesson comes, and I am waiting outside and I get a call from this same person asking if i will be coming into their office today or am I going to reschedule. I was in shock, and extremely agitated as I had to specifically take a day off from work to schedule this appointment as there was no appointment I could schedule on a weekend for weeks to come. She kept trying to go on about how it was part of the "packaged deal" that they charge the pick and drop fee of $40 which was never mentioned in the conversation we had with her. Two of us were in the office and never did she mention anything about the pick and drop fee separately. She kept mentioning the lessons basically came with the pick and drop. Then she had the nerve to not only deny what she had said; but she also tried to tell us that me and my husband both understood her incorrectly; which was the cherry on top. Bravo! I will never recommend any body to take lessons from this school, very unreliable and fraudulent and false claims. When I ask to speak to a supervisor, she claimed she wasn't allowed to let me speak to a supervisor. Then I called again, and she then said the supervisor was busy. Then the third time, the supervisor was supposed to call us back. Not only that, to cover their butts, they have a no refund policy. Do not put any body through this hell, they just want to shell out your money.
