Experiencia fantástica: I barely had any driving experience at all and I was always anxious and felt really discouraged while trying to learn with my family members. Ofelia was my instructor and I give her my deep, sincere thanks because I really couldn't have done it without her detailed guidance. She really pushed me in the best ways to do the things I was terrified to do on the road and she shaped a significant difference on my driving skills over the span of three driving lessons. I passed my driver's test today on my first attempt and I still can't believe I did it :) The other driving instructors seem really nice and great role models for driving. Thank you all for your service in helping people reach this huge milestone in life. God bless.

Experiencia negativa: Driving instructor was extremely rude, She constantly insult my child for not knowing how to drive... obviously they don't know how to drive if their in driving school. Would take personal phone calls during classes. At one point she hit my child legs because they took to long at the light. incredibly rude never give them your money.

Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend this place. First of all, a good client of mine suggested using this business fter she took lessons but my client is 22 and would accept subpar customer service. I believe I spoke to an older woman who was the owner and she had the worst attitude. It was like she was bothered by me asking her questions. Secondly, I was also told by my client that his business will go to you for the lessons but when I inquired about it, she said that was an additional fee. Thirdly, the fees that you see online are cash only. This was also not explained online. I went against my instinct and booked m son's lessons. The day of we had to end up canceling because his permit was expired. I paid cash that day and although I did cancellast minute, I was willing to accept a fee for canceling. However, I was told by the same "bad attitude" woman that she couldn't give me the money back until a few days later. I had to argue with her and tell her I paid cash that day and I couldn't understand why I couldn't just pick up the refund minus the cancellation fee. She reluctantly gave me back the cash the next morning. I made the mistake of recommending my sister use this business for her daughter and she had a similar experience with owner's piss poor attitude and hidden fees. She went with another driving school. Thank goodness. Definitely not recommending.

Experiencia fantástica: This driving school is very good .they behave very nicely and friendly ..in just three days they teach me how to drive a car and also help in dmv to get a license ...I m thankful for there team for help me ....

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! They took my money and scheduled appointments for my grandson months apart . When I called to try to get the appointments closer together I was told to be quiet stop talking that they had made arrangements with my grandson I told them he was a minor ! I asked for my money back I was told no refund and that if I wanted my money back to take them to court! My daughter called back and tried to reason with them and she was hung up on. I paid them close to 500.00 and I barely got 2 driving lessons and they won’t honor the rest . Or refund. My next step is BBB. And my attorney. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I will follow up as soon as possible with how this hot mess ends!

Experiencia negativa: Don't waste your money!! I had two classes with Doris who was rude and made comments to make me feel bad. As soon as i got in the car I explained I had never driven before. Doris did not bother explaining anything and said "drive". She had me make a left on a busy street with no light. The first class was bad, but I thought maybe she had a bad day. Second day I tried to be nice and asked how her day went after me, to which she replied "WAY BETTER. I deserved them after you", on the second I can tell she didn't not want to be there. I felt so uncomfortable. She did not trust me to drive, kept interfering when I was trying to drive and make turns. There was a left turn I was supposed to make but I waited because there was an older man who was crossing. Doris stretched her hand moved the wheel and stepped on the gas almost hitting the man. Then she had to nerve to say that's why I need to look. EXCUSE me. I waited. I called the place and asked for someone else for my last class. I was paired with Carmen who at the start was kind of strict and addressed my complaints. Once we started the class she corrected everything I was doing that Doris had "taught" me. So the two other classes were a waste because everything was wrong. Now they want to charge me for more classes. I'm sorry but if you don't offer the service that was paid for but ask for more money. You are NOT doing your job. I am going to take more classes but NOT at this "school". It's false advertising. Please go somewhere else.

She taught me the do and don't while on the road, parking, highway, even the DMV test. I recommend everyone to learn from the best, and that would be Ofelia.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been scammed by a different “driving school” in the past so I was hesitant that it would happen again. I walked into the location and Martha was really kind and helpful at assisting me with setting the appointment dates up and I appreciated the appointment reminders. I have been in a few bicycle accidents in the past and Carmen really helped me overcome a fear of driving and improved my confidence behind the wheel. She was, is amazing. Direct and informative, she was very helpful at pointing out exactly what I needed to work on to become a better driver. I had 3 appointments scheduled originally, and we decided 6 total was exactly what I needed for that extra boost of confidence and comfortability behind the wheel. Experiencia negativa: It’s a bait and switch company. They advertise $310 for 6 hours but added additional $50 for a pick up . And once I told them that’s not what it’s advertised on your website the response was this is it. As I gladly declined the up sale

Experiencia fantástica: This has been the most beautiful driving experience ever! I have driving anxiety which is why I signed up for classes with Ophelia. Ophelia has helped me be more confident and drive better than I did before. Ophelia was so patient and kind with me and understood me the most. Before I went here, I failed my first driving test, but I passed on the second try with Ophelia's teaching with no trouble! I also got over my driving anxiety. This is your sign to take driving lessons here, and you won't regret it. I will also take my little brother there once he's old enough. Experiencia fantástica: I PASSED MY TEST, TODAY! I was determíneles to learn how to drive & I didn’t know who to go to & how to drive. I would drive a couple times with some friends using their car. Then I called to this place and accepted me right away! They worked with my schedule & even picked me up from work. I loved Carmen! She is pretty “strict” because she wants to see you pass the test. She will constantly remind you of how the signs, the limits & remind. I didn’t hesitate to ask all the questions I had in mind even if I already asked. She won’t judge you. After all these car rides I felt as if I was talking to my aunt & having a conversation that gave a couple of giggles of course. She took me to the dmv & drove with me 2 hours before the test.Today I’m happy to say that I passed! I have been looking forward to this day because my parents didn’t believe in me nor wanted to take out to drive. But we made it happened! GRACIAS CARMEN❤️❤️❤️!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a two hour lesson with Ofelia as a practice test and she was wonderful! She made me feel much more comfortable/ready for my test by giving me very helpful tips. She is also a very lovely person.

Experiencia negativa: My instructor never introduced herself, (she had short hair and a grey nissan) she was not good at giving instructions to learn how to turn or brake. These were the only things she taught me, my mom had to help me to actually learn them. She never taught me how to park, reverse, my blind spot, rules to know, what to on the test, and how to merge. By practicing what she did teach me I failed my test. This school was not helpful.

Experiencia negativa: Not good for first time drivers or shy drivers I would get yelled at for making mistakes when it was my first time behind the wheel. I also didn’t get taught anything they’d just have me drive however till the time was up.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Victory Driving and Traffic school specifically for traffic school. The team there was professional and very knowledgeable when it came to the actual class. As with any kind of schooling, you don’t want to do it but these guys made it painless and interesting. They offer both English and Spanish sessions. I ended up taking the Spanish class since I am bilingual and do not regret it. The instructor Carmen was fantastic, she is definitely tough but you truly learn something from the course. I would recommend this place to those that need to take the course. It goes without saying but I passed the test with flying colors, thanks Carmen!

She picked me up always at least 5 min earlier of schedule arranged. She was very patient and helped me to learn fast and drive in a safety way. BTW, I passed at my first tried. Experiencia negativa: The instructor came late & she didn’t make up for the time. Also I felt uncomfortable practicing cause it felt like she was getting mad at me.
