Mr. Banks has a very calm demeanor and is lighthearted, making the test a lot less nerve-wracking for my son. He was very thorough in his instructions, ensuring my son understood the tasks at hand. Experiencia fantástica: I was having a terrible day because of various reasons and I had to make a last minute appointment for the driver’s test. Not only did Mr. Banks accommodate my delayed arrival, he could see that I was very obviously flustered and helped me calm down, get over my nervousness, encouraged me for all my right manoeuvres and motivated me despite my mistakes. Luckily my mistakes were minor and few in number and I passed my test with a comfortable margin. Great experience and an amazing, warm personality! Plus, Sarah at the office was very kind as well. If I ever run into you guys again, I’ll express my gratitude in person.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Banks was my instructor and was OUTSTANDING. I was kinda nervous, He was very good in regards to making me feel comfortable which helped those nerves go away. I had just met Mr Banks, but he made me feel like I've known him my entire life in like five minutes. He explained every part of the road test and answered all my questions completely. He was patient, kind, gave him a lot of great and helpful feedback. I can’t say enough good things. (His demeanor was also helpful for a very anxious mom in the backseat!)

I was nervous at first but he assured me it was okay and to take a deep breath. He was very nice and understanding. 10/10 recommend for your road test!!

Experiencia fantástica: We came from Ann Arbor for the road test camp and it helped my child immensely with the parking portion of the test. We decided to use Quality Driver Training for the driving test three days later and my child passed. The instructor and tester were kind and patient and scheduling was easy. Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: We had a very positive experience with this business. They do a much more thorough and professional testing process than A & A Training & Testing in Tecumseh, MI. They make sure to explain the rules well, give you a testing sheet to follow along with, and give you plenty of feedback at each phase. They are polite, courteous, but stick to business. If you don’t pass your exam here, they will explain well why you didn’t. There is no guessing involved. Great job!

Both have had such great experiences from the classroom aspect to the actual driving on the road. Experiencia fantástica: Definitely Recommend! I took the road test today with Mr.Marshal. It is my first time here. The experience is good. The evaluator gave really good instructions and clarified my questions all the time. He is professional. After each part of the test, Mr.Marshal gives me detailed and useful feedback on my performance. Unlike some other testing agency that aims to fail you, the road test is fair. I paid everything upfront and had my personal portal for appointments. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter went there for her behind-the-wheel road test. The tester was awesome. Very friendly, very professional. After she finished test, he went through all what she did well, and gave tips on what she should pay attention to when she is driving later.

Experiencia fantástica: I gave my road test here and it was a great experience. My examiner was very professional and provided clear instructions. The testing location is in a parking lot near a church. When the test ended the church was closed but the examiner was extremely kind and considerate and he gave me a ride to a nearby convenience store so that I didn’t have to wait for my ride out in the cold. Really appreciate the service. I would definitely recommend this place.

Experiencia negativa: The instructor refused to let us test. Refused to refund our money. What kind of business can refuse to provide the service, yet keep your money. The instructor was rude and combative right from the start. HIS OPENING LINE "IF YOU FAIL, Chuckles, YOU CAN PAY TO TAKE IT AGAIN!"

Experiencia fantástica: I wish I had found Quality Driving Training when my son started his driver's education. Fortunately, we learned about them for the driving test. I highly recommend this company. They were organized, professional, serious about the work they are doing, and extremely considerate and kind. When you put your young driver in an educator's hands, it is important to know that they take the job seriously and are conscientious. Can't say that is true for the company that was far closer to our home.

I didn't do the best on my road test but that was because I'm nervous and the instructor was honest. I passed and my liscence is on the way. There is a reason they get my five marks. Experiencia negativa: I do NOT recommend this company,I called this company to do a road test for my son, first off the instructor was late then I watched his parking test which he ace'd. Then they come back from road test, he failed my son. Stating he didn't do this or that. My son says how would he know he was on his phone the whole time. My son admitted what he did wrong but not the instructor

Experiencia negativa: I read the reviews about him saying ‘center brake light out’ but continued to deciede to go with them. Well, he said my center brake light was out. I had my dad look at it when I got home & sure enough, it worked perfectly fine‍♂️

Experiencia fantástica: I have a child that is high functioning autistic (Asperger's). The teacher's worked with him. The driver's test boot camp was so worth it. Not only allowing him to drive with a stranger, but to experience the test before hand. Took the anxiety out of the test for him. The testing it self was amazing, and let him shine in his knowledge in driving.

Experiencia negativa: **Scam artist** First he said my reg was expired and we had to rent because my son was reading the wrong date and handed him the wrong one. Then he said I had no insurance and we had to rent. Which I do. Then he pulled the "center brake light out routine" on my son (in my Navigator that I've had for a month). My son rented his pos for the 30bucks. When they returned I showed him my light lit up and told him I knew good and well he pulled this scam on other people and he needed to give my son his money back. He refused. Said my light was "too dim". This was in broad daylight in the sun. Of course its gonna look dim. I said "it lights up. Give him his money back or all of this is getting reported." He did not. It's being reported.

Experiencia negativa: Made me drive a different car dueto the center light being out even though it’s completely legal to drive if you have both brake lights working and the car I drove was so broke I couldn’t even shift out of park and it and it costed a extra $30 so I payed $90 to fail my drivers test by 5 points......I just went to victory lane and they inspected the brake lights and there was not a single brake light out...

Experiencia fantástica: My son took his third party road test through Quality Driver Training. They are easy to contact and the lady in the office is very helpful. Their website is thorough and helpful. The man who conducted the road test was friendly and my son said his instructions were very clear while on the road. He went over the things that my son did well and gave suggestions on what to work on. I am very impressed with this company and plan on using them again when my other kids are old enough for drivers training.
