Experiencia negativa: Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas a EZ Stop lo haría, No Regales tu dinero…. 1- Fase de Permiso de Aprendizaje en Danbury, CT Reuní mis documentos hice mi carpeta ellos revisaron mis bills le pregunte varias veces si la fecha valida en los bills era la Primera o la ultima lo cual me respondieron que la fecha valida era la primera cuando fui a rendir mi examen desde Stamford, CT hacia Danbury, CT en el DMV me dijieron que mis bills no eran validos por la fecha yo cubrí todos esos gastos y perdi un dia de trabajo y dinero gracias a ellos, no recibi ni una disculpa de parte de ellos…… 2- Fase de Examen Practico en Hamden, CT Mi examen era 10:45 am la escuela un día antes me llamo que este en la escuela a las 8:30 am lo cual la persona quien me llevaría salió llegando a las 9:15 am el sr quien me llevo debió a ver llenado mi hoja de examen en la oficina y asegurarse que yo tenia toda mi documentación, por el atraso que llego no lleno nada y en el camino se daño el auto se activo un sensor por falta de mantenimiento a los coches (me imagino) el sensor se encendía y se apagaba….. en el paquete que ellos ofrecen, ofrecen enseñarte la ruta lo cual no lo hicieron, por el atraso me presente 10 minutos mas tarde a una cita tan importante por esta situación, el sr quien me llevo queria que yo llenara la hoja de mi examen lo cual le respondí que era trabajo de el porque eso se va incluido en el paquete que se paga y de paso la lleno mal, pensé que la escuela y yo íbamos a llegar a un arreglo porque la culpa era de ellos al 100% pero para sorpresa la única respuesta de ellos era que tenia que pagar por su servicio completo cuando recibí un servicio a medias.

Excellent service, they are all professionals, their instructors are very patient, always ready to help and answer any questions and very flexible with the schedules you need.

Experiencia fantástica: Vanessa was great, good communication help me through out my whole Process and made sure I had all the paper work. I appreciated the flexibility in scheduling my driving lessons. Overall a top-notch driving school for anyone interested in getting a driver license.

Experiencia negativa: The lady was nice but for the one hour course she didn’t teach me the full hour, 15 mins left in the course lesson and we finished, most of the lesson she spent driving to the destinations. Didn’t learn anything but basics I already had some experience on the road but we still went to a empty parking lot to learn things that I already knew.
