Experiencia negativa: It's hard to get driving appointments. Instructors are okay but sometimes late for appointments. They are late and then they cut your driving instruction short to get back on schedule.

Experiencia negativa: 1st, While I know that time is a valuable thing for everyone and they must have a reason for imposing the 75$ for a late cancellation fee.I think that is is unreasonable at a time when covid and so much illness is out there and hits people suddenly. I was awarded the free cancellation courtesy for this one time, which was good; however, the next time I will keep the appt and just show up and have the driver in the car with a sick person. (?) Their late cancellation is notifying them less than 2 days in advance. 2nd is the email I got with the appt reminder, where it also included the snotty side comment from the person who took the appt over the phone, stating "the mother called and made this appt BTW" When I called to ask if it was preferred if my child who is in school during most business hours makes this appt. I got " yes they can call" in response. stick with Greggs.

Experiencia fantástica: JET driving school really helped my daughter tremendously. She had extra driving lessons. Erica and the other instructors were excellent, kind, and patient with her. She enjoyed every moment. I recommend using this company for any of your driving needs

All they care about is money and watching there watch when you out driving .They tell you one thing in the car. Then write something else on the paperwork. I will not send anyone to this place of business.

Experiencia positiva: Provided a good service from the classes to the Behind the Wheel. Very helpful. When I showed up for a morning appointment at 9:20am and the office was not open, I called and knocked on the door and received no response. I left the office area but stayed in the shopping area. I few minutes I received a call from the instructor saying that someone will be there at the scheduled time and then accused me of being late. I understand that someone will be in the office at the scheduled time, but how am I suppose to know that if the sign on the door says office hours start at 10am and when I called and knock I receive no answer. When I showed after the phone call the instructor advised me of the mask policy but refused to follow the policy herself and kept her mask underneath her nose during the entire driving session and in the office.

El personal que está al frente atendiendo llamadas, programando citas también es muy profesional y respetuoso. Tuve una buena experiencia y definitivamente recomiendo JET Driving School sin dudarlo. I made a good choice, I have finished my program to obtain my Driver's License very satisfied, from the beginning all the staff were very kind to me, Mr. KWOK and MARIA VALADEZ teach clearly, respectfully, with a lot of patience and above all professional, I have no complaint and on the contrary I am very grateful for the services and help provided. The staff that is out front taking calls, scheduling appointments is also very professional and respectful. I have a good experience and I definitely recommend JET Driving School without hesitation. I was treated like a valued customer, and the staff of Daffne, William, Brandon and Achint, were quite helpful and supportive. The PH and BTW instructors Ms. Maria and Mr. Kwok were quite patient and I learned a lot from them. I will always keep in mind the guidance tips that I got and apply them when I am on the road! Yes, I got my license and you all helped me here! Thank you for all the work you did! Keep doing it!

Experiencia positiva: All and all I think it’s a good school I just think that mask should be required through the whole school not just the classroom if u have to deal with my paperwork or belongings I would prefer you to wear a mask just as I am if it says mask are mandatory I understand if u are in the back but if ur at the window working with me and my belongings and that means u are not even 6 feet away u should have on ur mask as I do

Experiencia negativa: As a woman, I wanted to give my business to a woman-owned business but I found Jet to be one EXTREMELY unprofessional and disorganized business. Their inability to furnish their students with proper information, constantly changing schedules and instructors, is astonishing and very disappointing. I do not recommend this company as they make everything much more complicated and annoying than it has to be.

Experiencia positiva: This is one of the good driving schools in near by area. We went other driving school for 30 Hrs class and behind the wheel practice classes for my wife. Most of them are so many restrictions. Here, in JET they are providing very flexible class time. You can attend week end classes or week day classes. Week end class is very convenient for working professionals or students. Also the front desk lady is very friendly and helpful. The instructors are awesome! (Second day we have one bad experience from one instructor, But it was not happened later days). I recommend friends and family to them all the time!!!

Experiencia negativa: I wish there was a zero star for this review. My brother took a 3 hour DUI class in this school and they didn't tell us that they are under MVA's investigation and almost it took 2 weeks for us to get his certification from them and meanwhile they were rude and keep lying to us. I strongly recommend that avoid this school completely!
