Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience here! I'm 28 years old and had never driven before. I had practiced driving before, but I didn’t really know what I was doing and lacked confidence when it came to navigating the roads. I paid for a lesson here and then took the test, but I failed—clearly because I hadn’t practiced enough. I took the test again (without additional practice) and, unsurprisingly, failed once more. However, that turned out to be a good thing because the mistakes I made helped me learn and, more importantly, taught me how to avoid potential accidents in the future. My failures were due to two serious mistakes, which made me trust this school even more, as they helped me recognize and correct them. I decided to take a series of lessons with them, and I learned a lot. Most importantly, I gained confidence—something I really needed because driving used to scare me. I highly recommend this school! The instructors are excellent; they help you build confidence and focus on exactly what you need to improve. A special shoutout to Rob—the best instructor! His patience, knowledge, and encouragement made all the difference. I just passed my driving test, and I couldn’t be happier!

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone there has been so sweet and accommodating from day one. The instructors have fun personalities and made class enjoyable instead of like a boring lecture. I live on the San Juan Islands and Brian was so kind and came in on his day off for me to take both my written and my drive test to work around the ferry’s! I recommend this school for anyone that’s looking for a place to take drivers ed or just take their test.

Experiencia fantástica: TL;DR It's an awesome place with very knowledgable and helpful staff. 10/10 would recommend if you want to come out a safe and licensed driver. The moment you come in the place you'll be greeted by either Katie or Marcella, both of whom are wonderful and welcoming receptionists. They're quick to respond, give insights that benefit you as a customer, and handle all the scheduling for you. I took three/four classes, mostly with Brian and once with Rob. They're smart and patient instructors who turned out to be the co-founders of the place. Despite so, they're not greedy with your money and instead will divert you in spending too much money when they know you're actually ready. The driving experience itself was entertainingly informative. They tell you the rationale behind every driving move you should do, and won't let you off the hook if you make silly mistakes, even more so with fatal ones. So, you'd be safe to know that you or your kid will come out a safer and informed driver than most. I still hear Brian's voice telling me to SMOG now that I'm driving. Thank you guys!

Experiencia fantástica: My Son took the course here and did very well. The instructors were friendly and informative. He passed both his written and driving tests on the first try. I will be using them again when my daughter is ready.

Experiencia negativa: Not very organized. We started the class on May 20th. Could not get 3 out of 5 drives completed or the testing done as times were hard to come by on the site. My daughter would check the site 3 times a day at least to check for days that would work for us. Very erratic and scattered times and days were posted and none worked well or were taken before we had a chance. When I asked for a partial refund as my daughter turns 18 in 2 weeks and we can go to the DOL, we were denied and told per policy we could reinstate drives for another 50 dollars when we have been trying since May 20th to get times that work. The lady I kept communication with no longer works there so my daughter's account was deactivated even though I called several times and she said we were good and that others were having a hard time scheduling as well. Anyways. Not a good experience for 500 dollars. As a side note I got very angry at the lady that said she was the manager while on the phone. I do want to apologize for that. It was uncalled for. I just get angry when I feel a business won't make things right when we weren't at fault for things out of our control. Hopefully they do better with staffing as the last receptionist either led us wrong or told us the truth ...not sure which one to believe.

They are quick to answer emails and call back immediately when you leave a message. This was a great experience for my 16 yr old grandson. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I live all the way up in Canada and it’s very hard for me to come up here sometimes because of border waits. Brian and Katie were extremely nice to let me get two drives in plus my road test. Brian is really respectful he made me confident enough to pass my test. Katie always responds to my emails quickly and could book me in when it was easiest for me, thank you 911 driving school a pleasure being here!!

They got my husband in on a super short notice to do his knowledge test and Rob came in on his day off for the Road Test. My husband was desperate to get his license, and they made it all possible. Experiencia negativa: You asked for direct feedback so now I will share. First of all, that is NOT professional to post about personal information regarding your clients/students. These are CHILDREN you work with. Second, the drivers, excluding one of them, that worked with my daughter were rude, condescending and lacked the ability to effectively teach. Third, there were huge holes in instruction where the instructor failed to teach our daughter how to back around a corner or parallel park. Fourth, this is a site for customers to review your business, NOT for you to review your customers. As evident through your lack of professionalism in your response, the 2 stars were earned on your end. The receptionist, on the other hand, is incredibly helpful, kind and appropriate and we appreciate her and her time greatly.

Experiencia negativa: Had an experience with one of these cars on the road. It baffles me that they're letting drivers ed students out on the road that still cant differentiate between green, yellow and red lights. One of these cars blew through a stop light, and the instructor gave a motion as if he didn't care. There's a review here detailing that they want you to get a license. I am 100% certain that is true. And these cops will get it to you regardless of your driving skills. If you want to be trained by people who believe and adhere to the blue wall of silence, this is just the place, where merit and skill don't seem to matter.

Experiencia fantástica: My son took the, "Road test with a 30 minute warm-up". He is an experienced driver but was not confident for the test. The 30 minute warm-up lesson was very helpful. He passed on his first attempt. I highly recommended this Bellingham location.

Experiencia fantástica: I searched for driving schools on google and chose the 911 driving school Bellingham based on reviews. They have great reviews and best hourly rate in town. My daughter had 3 hourly driving lessons in total. The first one was with Brain, next 2 lessons were with Rob. Both instructors are friendly and encouraging. She passed her road test today after her 3rd hourly driving lesson. Karrie was efficient to book appointments for us. I 100% recommend this driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: I am an adult college student who struggled getting practice driving on the road. I signed up for teen classes with 911 Driving School back at the start of January. Today I passed my DOL drivers test through 911 Bellingham and I have had a blast with this driving school. All staff are dedicated to you getting your license. All instructors are former or active police. The staff is wonderful and I totally recommend this driving school to anyone looking to get their license.

Experiencia fantástica: Both of my teens went through this program. I found the instruction to be excellent and encouraging in nature. My kids gained confidence and, based on how they "correct" small details in my driving, have learned plenty! The drives went well and were encouraging to the kids as well. One of my kids has taken the state test through 911 Driving School and that also went well.

Experiencia fantástica: Rob was a great teacher I had three 1 hour classes and then a test I had nothing but good feedback and a kind teacher throughout the whole experience 911 and the staff went out of their way to try and get my classes scheduled in a way that didn't get in the way of my college and I couldn't be happier with how I was taught. Don't think I would have passed the test without Robs kind words and feedback

My son learned a lot from their class, and he enjoyed the entire experience. The owners were both police officers, so I felt confident that my son was getting the best possible driving instruction!
