Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Yudith for helping me get my license! I literally practiced one day for 2 hours behind the wheel and got my license two days later. They are so nice and very helpful and hands on! I would recommend this school to everyone especially if you need a school to work around your schedule! Thank you guys again!!!

Experiencia negativa: If I could give 0 stars I would the worst driving place ever! Not professional at all they had one driving instructor or so I was told I have no idea! I waited over a month for Rosie to get back to me cause she was in the hospital and they kept canceling my lessons every time when they would reschedule them and tell me she was ready! I waited so long and never got my lessons from here I went somewhere else cause clearly the bad reviews are the truthful reviews don’t go here if you want your drivers license quickly! Go here if you want to wait forever like I did

Experiencia positiva: Setting up appointments and getting my driver scheduled for her lessons was efficient but overall seem very disorganized and unprofessional. The first appointment was scheduled to be picked up from her household and it was a no show, claiming to have had mixed her up for someone else. When contacted an hour after the scheduled time, no one would answer the phone or respond to text messages.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Rosie's driving school for helping my daughter pass her road test to get her license. My daughter took the test didn't pass I decided that she needed a refresher and the opportunity to drive with someone other than myself. Rosie was patient and explained everything thoroughly to her. She worked on the specific driving skills that were needed in order for her to pass her test. When my daughter took her road test again after working with Rosie she passed with no problem.

Experiencia fantástica: Satisfied with their service, took me a while to get a hold of them but once I did I got an appointment the very next day and got my refresher course and passed my road test. Recommendation: Response time could use some work.

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter, a first-time driver, had a fantastic experience with Rosie's Driving School. From the beginning, they were incredibly easy to work with and quick to respond. The instructors were knowledgeable and patient, making my daughter feel comfortable/confident behind the wheel. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I'll say this, as a worried dad for his daughter to start driving on these chaotic roadways, I feel much better having had Rosie's train and assess my daughter's driving readiness. Thanks Rosie's.

Experiencia negativa: Atención al cliente groseros, despotas y la que me atendió la llamada me dejó con la palabra en la boca y me colgó, después me llamaron y les dije que sus horarios no se adaptaban al mío y la señora muy grosera de nuevo y les dije que la primera me colgó , amablemente le dije gracias y bye, me estuvieron llamando de diferentes números a los cuales no contesté , y la jefa de ahí según ella me mandó un mensaje diciéndome dramática y que si no tenía nada bueno que no llamara, y desde aquí le digo Rosie tengo el mensaje y los números y si siguen los voy a demandar por acoso , yo solo quería el servicio y si así me tararán para pedir informes no me imagino en las clases, personas sin educación y falta de ética profesional. Reafirmo lo que le dije no es drama, pero ustedes no tienen ni educación ni ética profesional para atender un negocio como este del cual se necesita paciencia, educación y mucho respeto para las personas que no sabemos y los buscamos , muy mal servicio

Experiencia negativa: Never replied my to my emails, I emailed from three of my Gmail accounts and even my iCloud email. I’m trying to get enrolled into one of their adult programs and even contacted them on the website to contact me back. I been calling and emailing them every day of this week and still no respond. That’s very unprofessional; someone needs to answer the phone or something as soon as possible. I’m someone who is interested in taking a driving course for their license. I would be going somewhere else to someone who actually answered the phone and their email to their customers.

She has what seems to be "the magic touch" when it come to getting a student prepared for the driving test. She'll even help the day of the test! She goes above and beyond! Many thanks to you, Rosie. Experiencia negativa: I’ve taken a class here about a year or two ago. I can’t say the experience was great. The instructor was kind. However, the call I’ve received from Rosie herself was unprofessional and I don’t take kindly to disrespectful phone calls. After getting my permit (where I was left at the DMV), I received a call stating that the prices were changing and that I would be charged for each visit. Understanding that, I informed the instructor that I was no longer interested. I received a call a few days later from Rosie asking when would I be returning. When I explained to her that I would not be returning, she goes and says, “Well that good for me!” and then hangs up. She didn’t bother to ask what the reason was for my decision, she was just rude for no reason. To be honest, the entire situation was just unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand that it’s a small family business, but things like pricing, classes, transportation to and from the DMV should already be established well before accepting customers/clients. For a great example: Your driver that is taking your students to the DMV should not leave until ALL students have completed their tasks and have returned. I’m not even going to mention the car that was used to transport the students to and from the DMV, but I will say that they should not have their significant other or spouse with them during these times

Experiencia negativa: Similar experience from previous reviews. Kept rescheduling, sent someone else in place of her. The car was filthy and smelled like smoke. Also, the sign above her car said Ultimate, not Rosie's Driving School. I will say that the instructor was patient, but the thick accent and the constant phone calls deterred from the lesson. Save your money and pay your own family member to drive you around.

Experiencia negativa: It's said someone took a class 6 months ago on here gave them a good response people just don't want to work don't no if company went out of business in the next couple of days or what because I have taken to you all a month ago so I no you still in BUSINESS! If it has something to I do with teaching a person letting them learn and especially if they willing to pay. But I see I'll go with Nova Driving School is number 1 pass you! If you are serious about teaching someone that's has experience and driven and trying to get there license a 2 day class you have to offer Mrs. Rosie responses to your company reaching out for further assistance with be grateful.

My son was able to pas his exam and received his license in one day! I definitely recommend her driving school to get your license! Thank you for being excellent in what you do!

Experiencia negativa: I gave them 2 stars because Rosie seems like a nice lady who genuinely wants to help people get their license. Unfortunately, our schedules did not mesh together and she had to reschedule two times. The first time was understandable because of the snow, but the second time I woke up at 4 am, so that I could get to the driving school at 6 for my scheduled lesson.. When I arrived, she did not show up. I texted her afterwards and she apologized and rescheduled me for Jan 9th. Keep in mind my lesson was in November. I am sorry, but if you make a big error like that- you should make it right. I went with another driving school and they showed up right at 3:45 pm on their scheduled day. Once again, I don't like to give lower than 2 stars and given Rosie seems like a nice lady, I will give her the benefit of a doubt, but she really needs to get her act together when it comes to scheduling.

Experiencia negativa: The owner Rosie provided the worst customer service experience ever! I had BTW sessions scheduled more than 2 weeks in advance just to have Rosie call my son the night before to say that she is not available. She also tried to change the terms of the sessions as if she didn't remember what was discussed before. When I questioned her regarding the changes, she proclaimed, "I don't need this." That is the only statement that we had in common: I don't need to give my money to an unprofessional business like hers.

Experiencia negativa: They refuse to answer the phone and door. I know someone is in there because they came to the window and walked away. Kept calling and still got no answer. EDIT: Literally watched as someone else walked up to the door and it was opened RIGHT AWAY. Terrible customer service, terrible business.

Experiencia fantástica: want to thank Rosi and her entire team. Today I passed my road test and nos I have my driver's license. What she taught me and we practiced in class was what I had to do in my test, so I felt very confident. She was always very willing and with a good attitude. This drive school is totally recommended.

Experiencia negativa: Just called this place to help one of my friend. Lady who answered call was extremly rude. beahaved like they do not need any customers. I know a few people who had service from same place and it used to be super nice. (Owner Rossy is still super nice.) But be careful talking to staff. they are way more then rude. after talking to them today it feels like its not the same. they actualy want to charge almost double then usual now.

I Had Already Taken And Passed The Written Exam On My Own But No Car For the Road Exam...I Called Rosie's Driving School Last Minute and They Accommodated Me Accordingly. Rosie, Her Daughter And Super Helpful Assistant With Above And Beyond To Ensure That I Passed, And I Did Just That. This Was All Done At An Affordable Rate, While Other Schools Wanted Close To $300 For The Road Service Portion. I Paid Half That....So Again Thanks Rosie's Driving School You All Offer A Wonderful Service I Highly Recommend
