Experiencia fantástica: We used Cantor's for both of our daughters. One took the course last year and the second this year, and both of them loved it! They said it was super helpful and they both passed their driving tests on the first try. Having Cantor's pick up and drop off our young drivers for each appointment is a game changer. Also, because the kids could test at the Cantor's location and not at the DMV was a life changer. The second kiddo's instructor was Tina, and she was so great with building confidence in our kid. Adam gave her the review lesson right before the test and even gave her a tip for parallel parking so she could nail it. Heather administered her driving test and was so kind and thoughtful in how she spoke to all the new drivers that were there. Overall, Cantor's was a wonderful experience for us all!

I’ve never driven before and I was so scared so get behind the wheel, but he taught me how to drive even on the highway! I never thought I’d be able to drive on the highway! He explained everything so well and clearly. He was so patient with me. From parallel parking to driving on busy streets, he covered everything in my 3 lessons. Experiencia fantástica: I would definitely recommend cantors driving school for everyone. The trainers make you comfortable and you don’t feel nervousness at all. After failing twice in Penndot I took a small prep with Cantors. I was not getting slot available for road test. They helped me schedule my road test. During prep they gave me a constructive feedback for things I should remember and I performed so well in my road test. After passing the road test the status got updated in DMV automatically and I went to get my Camcard that day itself. I got camcard,photo clicked and within few minutes I got my License from DMV. Thank you Cantors !!

Experiencia positiva: UPDATE: The owner contacted me immediately upon reading my initial review and offered a complimentary lesson as compensation for my initial experience. Due to some scheduling conflicts he ultimately refunded the original lesson fee. While my experience with the specific driver was not positive my interactions with the owner and his effort to make things right were very positive. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Had one lesson with cantor’s to improve advanced driving skills and troubleshoot specific areas of improvement, and I’m glad I only booked one appointment. The representative I spoke with to book asked for areas of focus for the lesson. I gave several suggestions, understanding that not all suggestions would most-likely end up included in one two-hour lesson. When my instructor arrived for the lesson, the car was dirty on the inside and outside of the vehicle, and the instructor was initially friendly, but she was incredibly negative towards anything pertaining to lesson plans or my driving abilities, especially as the lesson went on. We spent 10 minutes on the road, and the rest of the lesson was spent in an empty parking lot to address parking. Feedback and instructions were confusing on occasion, and when asked for clarification, identical responses were provided. Instructor seemed disengaged and anxious throughout the time in the lesson, going so far as to be on her phone instead of watching my driving. At one point, the instructor even screamed in the car, when I took a turn too tight and caught the edge of a curb with my tire in the empty parking lot. I’ve had my license for a year, but have not driven much since then (I was in college without a car for most of the year). I’ve been doing basic driving with family and independently since then. I’d hoped this experience would boost confidence and help build advanced skills and fill in gaps with basics still challenging to me, like parking. If I did not already know I were capable of driving, or I were still trying to get my license (especially if I were a younger student) I would not use this program.

Experiencia negativa: After you deal with the rude little girl on the phone you get to speak with the owner about why their instructors aren’t teaching your family member the proper functions of the car. After you speak with the owner the instructors finally give you the service you paid so much for. Until then, they don’t even teach their students how to turn on the headlights, windshield wipers, hazards. Great job guys!! Fantastic service!! Edit: owner spoke to the instructor. He did a better job for the third session. But the customer shouldn’t have to grow through this to simply receive proper service. When payment was expected in full, I did my part. But when service was expected in full, they didnt come through.

Experiencia fantástica: I just took my driving test at Cantor’s driving school. First, I took a prep session with Tom who was extremely friendly and ran me through the what the actual test would look like. He gave me all the information (knowledge test about controls, great tips for parallel parking and traffic signs). Just after, I took my test with Charles who was extremely friendly throughout the test. He kept me well informed well in advance about any turns or stops I needed to make. He also ran me through the test route when we stopped at the signal. The test went well, and at the end even spoke to me about the where I lost points. I passed my test, and I was so happy and pleased with my experience at the center. Super helpful and friendly people! It made up for the horrible experience I had at the DMV just a week before (DMV has very impatient instructors who are very rude and won’t even tell you why you didn’t pass the test).

He helped me overcome a fear of driving and made me comfortable, confident, and at ease, all the while enjoying each of my 5 sessions. I credit him with passing my road test the first try! Every single member of the Cantor’s team was fabulous- they were informative, supportive, friendly, and clearly approach each client with compassion and professionalism. Sean, Dani, Heather, Cameron, Kim, Sherri- everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with!! They helped navigate the process, including DMV challenges, as I moved from NYC to PA, every step of the way. Experiencia fantástica: Thank you Emily Brandenberger! My son recently completed the “3 lesson, 1 test prep lesson and road test” package. This was absolutely perfect for him. He was doing great but needed some fine tuning. His instructor Emily Brandeberger came to the rescue. She provided him the confidence to achieve his goal of getting a license. This course is perfect for anyone on the cusp of getting their license but need to smooth over their skills. He absolutely nailed his test and is now feeling the freedom and privilege of personal transportation. Emily Brandenberger provided comprehensive , stress free instructions the likes of which Ol’ Dad here couldn’t match.. I asked my son who he liked better as a driving instructor, me or Emily. Without hesitation he said Emily. Am I mad? Not at all. I’m as proud of my son as I’ve ever been. Thank you Emily Brandenberger, we will never forget you and what you helped my son accomplish! Well done!

Experiencia fantástica: We had two fantastic experiences with Cantor's Driving School. My son took lessons six years ago with Mindy who was great! Cantor's scheduled the driving test, met us at the DMV and Mindy took him on a practice run before the test. He passed on the first try! Of course, we recently signed up our 16-year old daughter for 6 hours of lessons and the pre-test lesson at Cantor's. Her instructor, Emily, was fantastic and my daughter loved taking lessons with her. She took her driving test at Cantor's Testing Center in Chadds Ford last Saturday and passed on her first try! Tom did a great job helping her feel less nervous during her pre-test lesson. Charles was the tester and was very professional and kind and my daughter had a great test experience. He even took our picture after she passed! Cantor's is an amazing driving school with a great staff and excellent communication. I highly recommend it!

Experiencia negativa: Did not and will not use them - have seen employees driving their vehicles while on the cell phone, reading and texting. Google will not allow me to upload the photo in this review. This is not a place I would trust with teaching safe driving practices!! To be edited per your response - while I have seen them multiple times in the west Chester area texting/driving, the picture was taken while I was a passenger and the driver was most definitely not using Google maps, unless she was required to constantly hold the phone with hands on the phone, rather than on the steering wheel and repetitively type in the address for several minutes while driving down 202 South bypass... happy to email you the picture so your employee can be addressed on safe driving practices. Stay safe!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great driving instruction! We did 6 hrs of instruction, the pre-test trial run, and the test all through Cantor. He passed his test first try, which is great. More importantly, he’s a better and safer driver for having taken lessons through Cantor.

Their instructors are professional and extremely knowledgeable about their work! They all passed the permit and on the road testing their 1st time trying!!! She taught me how to parallel park and thanks to her, I got it in on the first try! She showed me the whole driving course and we went through it many times until I was ready! Experiencia fantástica: So I've put off getting my license for a few years but when I finally decided to get it, I turned to Cantor. I was very anxious to finally learn how to drive. When Cantor finally picked me up for the first time all my anxiety disappeared and it was replace but great confidence. Lynne my instructor was very good, she was nice and very funny. They thought me well as I passed my driving test after receiving lessons from Cantor. I definitely recommend you try them out if you wanna be a good safe driver.

Experiencia fantástica: Choosing Cantor's driving school was a great decision. When I first began driving I was hesitant and nervous on the roads. Mindy helped me become a cautious defensive driver and also helped me understand the importance of being aware of my surroundings. Mindy was incredibly personable and I was always excited for our lessons because she truly helped take the nervous edge off of driving. Overall I had a great experience and could not have asked for a better driving teacher.

Mindy C was my instructor and just after a couple lessons with her I transformed into a confident and defensive driver and my parents were so pleased with my driving. Going to the course with Mindy at Granite Run before my test helped me pass my driver's test with flying colors the first time! My sister will be getting her permit in the next year and my mom can't wait to use Cantors again.

Their lessons weren't stressful, but simple, and based around the students current level on their driving. Where it be new driver, or someone who needed more time on the road they help! They allow you to feel completely safe by having pictures posted of the drivers. Mindy was my instructor, and she was not only very helpful, but a blast! She makes it so the students aren't scared, and to be themselves while driving. No one should be fearful of learning, or else they won't ever be a safe driver! I learned how to parallel park so easily, my mother is even jealous how quickly I can do it. I have refereed my boyfriend to Cantors and hope he takes my advice!

Of course I drove the 60+ hours with my mom first, but the last 6 I did with Cantor's. They taught me how to parallel park on one back-up and the best part is that I used the driver training car for my test!

Experiencia fantástica: My experience with Cantors Driving School was awesome. I worked with Steve and Mindy Collett who are wonderful teachers! Both helped me get more comfortable with parking and driving. Both were super nice and supportive. Mindy really helped me get very comfortable with parking the car. She also helped me with merging and highway driving. This was a wonderful experience driving with theses amazing teachers. I did five 2 hours sessions and i passed the test on the first try because both Steve and Mindy really took in there time to prepare me, so I very thankful to them for helping me. I highly recommend people to sign up and take lessons with Cantors because it is totally helpful and worth it.

Experiencia positiva: It was a wonderful experience. Both my brother and I had many lessons with Gaetano Bosco and I passed my test on the first try, in flooding conditions. Gaetano was tough but made sure I understood why he told me to do things a certain way. Before the test, Gaetano took me through all of the different courses that would possibly be the route of pass or fail. Also, after every lesson he told me what I had to work on for next time. Knowing what I needed to work on, truly helped me with being even better when it was time for the next lesson. Overall, Gaetano really helped a lot. Thanks Cantors!

Experiencia fantástica: my experience with Cantors Driving School was great! I worked with two instructors Mike and Mindy Collett. Mike was my friends driving teacher and she told me to ask for him so I did. He really helped me with getting out of my comfort zone with driving and practice the things I was afraid to. ever time I had a lesson with him I really felt my skills improved. Then I also had a few lessons with Mindy she was really nice and helped me with my confidence level while driving. She helped me work on the things I struggled with in a way that did not feel negative and critical. She was patient and supportive and really helpful when I had questions. Over all my experience with Cantors Driving School was great they were on time, informative, helpful, and good teachers.

Experiencia fantástica: Cantor's driving school is an excellent facility for anyone of any age learning how to drive. At first when my mom enrolled me in driving lessons, (in preparation for my driving exam) I was a little oppositional to the idea because I was going to be getting in the car with a strange adult (holding on for their dear life,) with me at the wheel, critisizing and getting frustrated with me. This behavior is what I experienced the few times I drove with my worrisome parents and had thought the same way with any adult in the car with a new driver. However, I was completely wrong. My instructor, Mindy, could not have been any nicer and could not have been any more patient. Immediately we built a bond and driving with her was a very enjoyable experience, and something I looked forward to. I HIGHLY recommend Mindy to anyone who is looking for some good laughs and fun during their lesson. I could not have passed my driver's exam without Mindy's dedication and perseverance towards me which made me an improved confident driver. Thank you for everything Mindy!

Experiencia fantástica: My granddaughter Julia just passed her driving license exam thanks to Cantors driving school. The instructors gave her the confidence that she needed. Each instructor was very helpful and thorough. Also, having the instructor take her for her exam was tremendous.
