Experiencia negativa: Just called to get some info and schedule my first session, apparently the page is “not updated” since everything they have in it is a lie. They don’t have a school in Elizabeth (and the receptionist has no info about any other that isn’t the one she works at), and there’s a $60 discrepancy on the individual sessions. I have a whole month wondering about enrolling or not and I’ve always seen the same price, so they have a whole month “updating” their website.

Experiencia fantástica: Sorry for late review but I'm here. Ok so I've been to every bus companies..name it I've been there and I would always walk away. Instuctors talk down on you or way too cocky or not PROFESSIONAL. Then I decided to PAY for my lessons and get my 1 on 1 lessons. Every penny was will worth it! I finally received my airbrakes endorsement on 5/6/22. I couldn't have done it without "Jay" aka Harlem. Then a woman instructor Margarita ..1 of a kind nothing but patience and being a woman I felt so comfortable with her. Thank you Ideal!!

Experiencia negativa: Esta gente no es seria, me cobraron el curso y por la pandemia me pospusieron el curso, cuando quise retomar el curso ME PIDIERON MÁS DINERO.... Y al final me robaron todo el dinero. Pésimo servicio NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTA ESCUELA ES UNA ESTAFA SOLO SABEN ROBAR EL DINERO.

I took an hour of practice before taking my driving test and my instructing Wes was the best! my parallel parking was horrible but when he showed me how to do it I improved too! without a doubt I will return to continue practicing despite already having a license.

Experiencia fantástica: I called Ideal Driving School Elizabeth in a panic just 2 weeks before my very first time at the road test. George kindly answered, I paid, and scheduled my 7 hour package of lessons right then - stress free. I am so happy to say I passed the road test with superwoman confidence yesterday all thanks to my instructor (Wes)!! My first and only attempt- boom! Hello license and freedom! This is not just a job for Wes, but his vocation and calling. He was extremely creative, attentive, and patient with me- taking away the trauma I had from past instructors who really didn’t care and led me to not even try driving again for several years!! I always felt safe, calm, and at ease with Wes, because his voice is so soothing! He is like the Bob Ross of driving instruction. He helped me gain the knowledge, confidence, and control necessary to be safe on the road- beyond the road test. Wes will give you personalized help unique to your driving habits. I was shocked at how he was well aware of my eyes, feet, and hand placement and instantly knew issues I needed to fix. He even made a drawing and explained concepts to me with a tiny car model. As a visual person that helped solidify everything he was telling me. Wes was still teaching me safety tips I needed to know even on our way back to my home after I passed the road test. He is full of heart and passion. I am definitely coming back for some refinement lessons with him. He really is a Godsend and I thank the good Lord daily for the blessing of finding Ideal Driving School and getting paired up with Wes.

Experiencia fantástica: I took 5 classes with this Ideal Driving School. I had the instructor Wes. Wes was very professional and explained everything perfectly! He was always patient and gave me a lot of information that I will always remember as I continue to drive. He made me feel more confident in myself and in my driving. I passed my test and I had great time learning. Thank you Wes for everything! I highly recommend taking classes from this driving school especially, with the instructor Wes!

Experiencia fantástica: I called Ideal Driving school since I needed a refresher course (I already have driver's license). The lady I spoke to was very professional and super nice! My instructor, Wes was AMAZING!!!! He was the best driving instructor I ever had. He was extremely professional, clear and provided guidance on what things I did well and what I needed to improve on. I have not received this type of professionalism from any other driving schools when I needed a refresher the past few months. Wes is THE best! I highly recommend Ideal Driving School especially Wes for refresher courses or to pass your driving test!!

Experiencia fantástica: My Daughter just recently finished her refresher lessons after not driving for 3 years. She feels confident enough to drive again. The instructor Wes was very helpful ,& taught her everything she was lacking. Thank you ! I would definitely recommend using this driving school!

He was patient and explained things calmly and simply. I felt comfortable behind the wheel. My experience was informative and professional, and I passed my road test that same day! I recommend calling this driving school

I highly recommend to use (ideal) especially for people who are getting their licence for the first time.

Experiencia fantástica: Got the 7 hour package with them to prep for my road test. My instructor (Wes) was very cool and he taught me everything I needed to know to pass the test. He even gave me a few motivational speeches as I waited in line for my test. I passed on the first try btw. Instructor was so cool that I want to go back to driving school even though I don’t need to. 10/10 recommended!

Experiencia negativa: Mala experiencia, cuando matricule a mi hija en esta escuela de manejo fue antes de que empezara esto de la pandemia y pague un valor en el cual me dijeron que estaba todo incluido, el permiso y el examen de manejo, después que le dieron las clases, me exigieron que tenia que pagar un extra para que me tramitarán el permiso y ahora que tengo que pagar un extra para que la lleven a dar el examen, para mi esto es un robo, no lo recomiendo

Experiencia negativa: New students beware! I recently got my cdl through this school and it was a horrible experience. My real reason for writing this is to help others. The training that i received was not efficient or complete. On The day of my motor vehicles test i failed because i didn't know how to do a proper inspection of the back or side of the bus. The trainers only gave me two videos to watch covering the inside and front(motor) of the bus. I was never told or trained about the side or back of the bus. I called the the lady manager at the woodbridge office and told her what had occurred and she was totally ignorant and unhelpful about the whole situation, i told her that i was never given the third training video that covered the back and side of the bus. She argued that i received everything and was totally dismissive of my incident. I called the other office in elizabeth and nobody new anything about a third training video including the manager in Woodbridge when indeed there is one that was given to me by a trainee of course after i had to pay $250.00 dollars for them to take me back to the dmv. I had to pay an extra $250.00 for their irresponsible unacceptable mistakes. Its not fair for the public to have to go through this. And that's why i post this review. I don't recommend this school.

Experiencia fantástica: Well for starters if your looking to pass your road test then ideal driving school located in Elizabeth New Jersey is the right place to go. With only 3 classes , 2 hours long , and priced roughly about $320 was well worth it. When I first arrived at the school I was greeted with open arms and the lady at the desk gave me the best options and suggestions to me to make the classes go smoothly. My driver instructor was very friendly to the point were I was comfortable with him and I could trust him. He helped me with everything I needed and for that I thank him. Overall I passed my road test earlier today and I thank ideal driving school for that.
