Experiencia fantástica: I'm not sure if this could be called an actual review, more like a testimony. Mr. Brock taught me to drive almost 30 years ago. I'm getting close to when I have to teach my children how to drive. I wish I could send them to Mr. Brock. Even the Mr. Gerrard VHS tapes. To this day, when I get in my car, I lock the door and put on my seatbelt. I am a turn signal fanatic. All thanks to Mr. Brock. No accidents or tickets. Thank You Mr. Brock.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely rude and unprofessional. Laughed at me because of my age and not having my license yet, which is weird considering the fact that I PAYING ya’ll to help me. They say they will call me back and never do. I do not recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Went here when I was 17 and it was a terrible experience. The instructors were incredibly rude and refused to work with me like a human being. Years later I'm still mad at how they held back my progress learning to drive. A few years after, I learned way more from my father than this place and succeeded in getting my license. I hope this place shuts down. They never even apologized for what I was put through.

Experiencia negativa: This is my second time using Brock's. Today my son had an appointment at 2pm and nobody showed, no email, no text, no phone call to let us know. The old lady who answers the phone is AWFUL she is rude and NEVER EVER returns phone calls. The instructor my son had last year was amazing he was great and that is the only reason I am giving two stars. The old lady is quick to take your $400 but you have to KEEP CALLING to get a schedule and then when you do they will no show! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Thankful and grateful for the opportunity to have had my driving lessons taken at Brock’s Driver Ed School, it was an extremely pleasant and informative 6 hours. Mr. Brian was very calm, encouraging, informative and focus on teaching safe driving at all times. Didn’t imagine learning to drive could be so much fun, especially when you keep putting it on hold and finally decide to take it rather late in life . I would highly recommend trying them out. Got my License last week , thank you Brocks, Keep it up!

Experiencia fantástica: As a foreigner who recently moved to the US and never drive before, I had such a great and very beneficial experience with Brock’s Driving School. I’ve signed up for the six hours practical training plus the road test with Mr. Brian Prince. I can’t stress enough how extremely PATIENT, UNDERSTANDING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL and POLITE Mr. Prince was. He helped me to manage my training lessons around my work schedule in a very convenient way! Customer Service was very friendly too! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Brock’s to anyone who’s looking to gain driving experience and get confident behind the wheel. Thank you, Mr. Prince!

Experiencia fantástica: Just arrived in the USA from a foreign country with minimal information on how getting a driver license in the US. Got this from Google and made a contact. Get a 6 hours road practice + road test. It was super great communication with Brian and patiently listen to my broken English. I got my certificate in 2 weeks and early Jan finally I got my driver license sent to my mailbox. Highly recommended!

Experiencia negativa: PLEASE RECONSIDER THIS PLACE! NO RESPECT!!!!!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE, NO PROFESSIONALISM WHAT SO EVER! the man I spoke to who claims to be a veteran & the owner of this unprofessional place was beyond rude, I paid 75$ for 1hr driving lessons, it was supposed to be from 7-8pm when I arrived he told me he already had someone for that time he said he did not have an appointment for me so I had to wait till 8,when we returned back from driving I was told I needed 2 more lessons till I can receive my license but was unable to attend the last 2 lessons I so called needed due to mr.prince (or whatever his name is) being extremely nasty with me over the phone due to me asking about the price changing for my second lesson! NO RESPECT!!!!! This place care about the money ONLY! They don’t even deserve one star!

After a displeased talk and rudeness over the phone with Mr. Jones with Jones Driver Education (another driving school) which I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANY FOREIGNER BECAUSE THE STAFF TREATED ME IMPOLITE BECAUSE I HAVE AN ACCENT. I called to Brock's Driver Education and Mr. Brian was very nice, patient, and explained everything with each detail. I definitely recommend this school to everyone because customer service starts over the phone. Thank you, Mr. Brian!

Experiencia fantástica: Update:i got my drivers license July 9th thank you Brocks. Great driving school, I paid for my lesson in December and I had to go to college so I rescheduled them in May, I am now a confident driver, i intend to get my license after i practice some more, My instructor Mr. Prince is very knowledgeable and he let's me drive around the whole city, he gives me great directions so that I can be a safe driver. Would recommend for anyone looking to gain experience.

Experiencia negativa: I chose Brock's Driver Education School over some of the others based on the reviews. However, my experience was not as good as some may have suggested. First, you have more than one person giving information which may or may not be accurate. Second, they do not keep their word and only seem to put money before keeping their word. I would suggest you research other places before choosing Brock's. *****Repost ****** From reading other reviews I see someone else experienced the same thing that I did. It seems to as if they are more interested in money. People who come with money are first priority even if they have someone on the waiting list. The same exact thing happen to me. Please don't waste your time and money here Augusta Tech offers the same class and it is a little cheaper and the instructors are excellent.

Experiencia negativa: Extremely unhappy with the communication of this school! I called in MAY to set up a class for my son. I spoke with a pleasant woman who took my information and put my son on a class roster for July. She told me to come in to the office in July to complete registration materials and pay for the class. I called in July to make arrangements to come in and was told by a gentleman who answered the phone that my son was not on any roster and that the class was full! He said he didn’t know who or why I would have been told what I was told, so now I’m stuck trying to figure out what to do. My sons opportunity was taken from him. He has a class and work schedule that is very full and we specifically scheduled for him to be off for this class and to be brushed off by this place as if I were just making this up is extremely upsetting! The gentleman offered no excuse, remorse, or empathy for the fact that his people gave false information. They won’t care about my experience because there are plenty of others they can get their business from.

Experiencia negativa: The Classroom experience was fine. The driving instructor on the other hand was highly unprofessional. At first we had a well planned out scheduled, but the instructor had something come up and wanted us to come in early. It was last minute and I already had some other plans. When I arrived there I was around 15 minutes late because I had a dental appointment. The this instructor decided to not give me a full hour of instruction. When we addressed the issue he was not willing understand that I had other plans. After a long argument he gave me the extra time on another day. After that day he would be rude to me for no reason. He would call me stupid, use profanity, and not be willing to work with me. Overall I’m just disappointed with the quality from this school. The driving instructor did not finish teaching me everything when it comes to driving. I would not recommend for your child to attend this driving school.

Experiencia fantástica: Brock's Driver Education School helped me to become the best driver I am today. They were very patient with the driving lessons. The instructors are very kind. I, also, took my driver's test here. It was an amazing experience to learn how to drive at this venue. I recommend taking your lessons here.

Experiencia fantástica: Compared to Jones Driver Education, Brocks was a complete breath of fresh air. Mr. Johnson was a great instructor and he taught us so much about the road. Everyone was so nice and always answered anyone's questions, no matter what they were. All of the instructors and people in the office are so welcoming. My driving coach was Coach Brock and let me tell you, he is AWESOME. I've never been in a vehicle with someone so calm and encouraging. He's always saying "good job", which builds my confidence so much while driving. He's the absolute best of the best. You can expect him to correct you without being mean or belittling. Actually, the complete opposite. He'll tell you it's okay and let you try again until you get he hang of whatever you're doing. I give this place a million stars and would recommend it and Coach Brock to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: A delightful experience! This FAMILY business treated me like I was one of there own. They set me up with everything I needed, even provided free snacks and a comfortable learning environment. Our instructor Marian knew her stuff and was a extremely good teacher. I learned some things that will help me be a better driver. My whole experience was amazing! I'm so happy I decided to take my business to Brock's. I actually went to Bells at first to get info and from the start they treated me like I was a bother and I was underneath them (I refused to use there service). Thank you Marian and every one at Brock's Driver Education School :)
