Experiencia fantástica: After having a terrible experience at the DPS office, this place was like night and day compared to them. Staff was wonderful and the gentleman that administered the driving test makes you feel comfortable as you're being graded. Highly recommended.

Experiencia negativa: 4/6/23 4:45 pm I was driving on the expressway way on a wet road and drizzle/ rain environment And this RST CAR was speeding and cutting people off. The driver cut me off and then continued speeding off to the next vehicles

Experiencia negativa: The teacher is rude to me and always gets after me with her attitude when I did nothing wrong

Experiencia negativa: Took my son for classes and paper work said contract expired on 12/15/2022 all he needed was 7 hours driving and 7 hours observation. So when went 12/01/2022 lady infront said it had expires when paperwork said otherwise. She claimed to say I would have to pay 50 an hour, for hours that he needed to complete and would speak to the owner because I had a medical reason why couldn't take my son to class why I was paying for his driver's ed. Till this day haven't heard anything guess they just like ripping off people. The so called owner is apparently allows this abuse of customers...After this was my second child in their school and still have one more to go..

I've called over 5 times about a cpr class and they had me on the line while they were conversing, they've hung up on me, they say they'll text you information and don't. I'd recommend going somewhere else they don't appreciate people trying to use their services.

Experiencia negativa: They’re literally horrible, each time i call i’m on hold for more then 5 minutes, most of the staff seems frustrated and is rude all the time, they say they’ll call you back but they don’t ,i had to keep calling ,they messed up the certification of the drivers test causing to loose time and have to wait another two weeks for my daughter to get her school parking permit.Not to mention they are very unorganized and overall the customer service is just so horrible. (lady with braces was the rudest of them all every single time i encountered her)

Experiencia negativa: If you can't answer a phone call the least you can do is open the door. I stopped by today and saw people in your building standing there and no one opened the door for me. I went online to sign up for your CPR course and theres no classes available, make it make sense. Are you open for business or not? Respectfully.

Experiencia negativa: Customer service needs a lot of improvement. Phone calls are seldom answered and scheduling driving appointments are nearly impossible, as there is never availability and you have to call on a daily basis. You can call daily and most of the times they do not answer. Emails with scheduling concerns are not answered, either. Only email replies I received was during the enrollment process. Ana, the supposed manager, is extremely unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this school. I paid in full and regret enrolling my child. Now, he has to complete the course at another school with better support and services. Please do not enroll your teen in this school.

Experiencia negativa: My son took classes with them 2018 and he never got the driving test results. Now I call and ask for the results so we can submit them to DPS and they tell me that they don't have those in file anymore. Very discourteous staff and unprofessional business …

Experiencia negativa: I don't understand why but if it's your first time driving and you never drove, don't expect them to help you, I tried it out last Tuesday and this is what one of the teachers said, don't come back in till two weeks, ok so what's the point of paying $300 if your not gonna teach me how to drive, what a waste of time

Experiencia negativa: Teacher is never on time, they threaten to charge the students a fee if they are late however & students are let out 30 minutes early.if you speak to the manager with any questions be prepared to get an attitude even if you are asking a simple question.

Experiencia negativa: Probably the worst customer service I've ever received when speaking to the manage. I called to get records for my daughter, call was transferred to the "so called manager" who clearly didn't understand what I needed. My request was simple "any & all records" to show proof my daughter went through your school for drivers ed & she kept correcting me telling me what I NEEDED. Requested to speak to manager, she laughed & said "I am the manager", I requested to speak to the owner, "he's not here", requested owners name "I can't release the personal information"...the manager ended up hanging up on me when I said I was filing a report. Word of advise to this company & its owner, GET A NEW MANAGER, or at least someone who is professional & has enough common sense to provide good customer service. If I am telling you what I need, I don't need the manager TELLING ME what I need. Not every state requires what Texas requires. If it were up to me, they'd get zero stars. BBB report will be filed.
