Experiencia fantástica: I've known about this business for a while now, but I didn't get the opportunity to visit there until last week 12/2021. Rico, was very professional! He instructed me, on everything that I needed to have and do, in order for me to get my driver's license. All of the employees there were amazing and courteous! I recommend this place of business to anyone, and everyone in the Houston area, that is looking to obtain their driver's license! Because, I have my driver's license now! You will be 100% satisfied! Don't even bother giving this dump a call, the person who picks up sounds like she just got out of Jail and is going through withdrawal

Experiencia negativa: So I kept reading the reviews. The lady who answered the phone was not professional. When I called I received the same treatment She answered the phone saying " How can I help you" I had to ask for her name. Mrs. Qualls she was very rude. I asked for Mr Rico who was not in. But $75 an hour is not a good deal for driving lessons. Plus your customer service is awful = No customers.

Making the appointment was a very easy process and I really appreciate the professionalism and understanding of this school. My son was missing one document. The instructor was very understanding and allowed me to reschedule for the next day. I will definitely bring my other children back here!
