Experiencia negativa: Very bad customer service, instructor's are mean and fail for fun. Don’t come here. I guarantee any other driving school is better than these people.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible driving school put me on the road instantly without any knowledge of driving and almost got in an accident. Also, they don’t teach how to park nor do they even know road knowledge one instructor told me that I did not need to come to a complete stop at a stop sign.

Experiencia negativa: They don’t practice any parallel parking or backing up at all, not a great way to teach beginners.

Experiencia fantástica: I recommend Mr. Rhinehart he made everything much easier and calming for my first time ever driving. Also a very genuine and nice guy.

Experiencia negativa: Teacher said automatic fail for right had turn on red, the right turn was legal unless posted. It all a money grab.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Rhinehart was very nice and patient. I highly recommend choosing him when you are doing behind the wheel drives because he genuinely cares about his students' success.

Experiencia negativa: My child's instructor was Zantop, He was so rude and he trauma-dumped his divorce story to my daughter. A very rude man does not give any breaks to stretch during the Zoom classes. Had a headache listening to him talk for two hours straight. All he does is yap and read off the slides my kid did not learn anything. He also does not respect your privacy he shouted out whether you failed or not when taking the written test. Very disrespectful to my religion was no understanding at all.

Experiencia negativa: I rarely comment, but our experience was horrible. DO NOT USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!!! "Phil" starts the test by not introducing himself to either the driver or the parent. I had to ask him his name after he gave his canned speech. He then goes straight into how he can't "teach"...but proceeds to use the words like "terrible", "I would never park with you in the City" (I took a video of the parallel parking and it was clean) to a driver who is already nervous. He docked points for slowing down, when cars in front of my son were braking on the interstate, and said it was dangerous to the people behind and he should have maintained speed. Phil admonished my son for going 55 to fit into a space merging on the interstate and told him he has to go much faster. The handbook states, "choose a safe space to enter a freeway and then merge into traffic". When we asked what speed he should be going, he stated, "I cannot teach". Rude, arrogant, demeaning...I could tell he enjoyed the "power" over the teen driver and enjoyed making rude comments. When asked what should have been done, he would make a snide comment and then say, "I can only instruct, not teach". Spend your money somewhere else! Phil wants you to come back multiple times and spend more $$.

Experiencia negativa: Instructor named Duane tried to refuse me from getting into the car with my sister. As I open the car door to clutter filling the back seats, he tells me that only my sister should be in the car with him. I’m not sure where in the rule book it says to leave a 16 year old girl alone in a car with a older man so I refuse the service, shut the car door and start to walk back to my car to go home. As I was leaving, (about 25 feet away at this point) I was telling my sister on how I should’ve called the cops when suddenly, Duane very eagerly calls out for the both of us to come back and that the rules changed and I am suddenly allowed into the vehicle, telling me to move everything in the backseat to the floor. Certain that he heard me, I asked him why I’m suddenly allowed into the vehicle. Stuttering for a while, he cannot give a response. Suspicious at this point, I ask him what his name is while I am holding his name tag just beginning to read his last name before he slaps my hand away and throws his name tag behind his back to where it is no longer visible to me anymore. In shock at the response he gave I repeated “what is your name” over and over again while he tells me that I could go look at the website to find out. Unsure if this is even the instructor at this point, I dialed 911 and made it known to him that police enforcement are on their way. To which he jumps into the vehicle he wanted my sister to get into alone with and drives away. Police came and were given the same story I am telling now. They were unable to do anything as Duane had left the scene and had no idea to where he could’ve gone. Told me to talk to management to see if I could resolve the issue. Which we did about 5 days ago. Have not received so much as an email since then. Please make sure to teach your young ones dos and don’ts about stranger interactions and what to do when they see signs that might put them in danger.

Experiencia fantástica: Finished all 6 drives with Mr. Rhinehart and had a great time. Very helpful and patient along with giving good advice along the way.

Experiencia negativa: Instructor was very rude with my sister, my family came in and the first thing she said was “are they all here for you”. I’m sorry but my family supports one and another and this won’t be tolerated. find a different place who actually cares for your children and takes the time to be sure to give them advice.

Experiencia negativa: Twice now I have signed my child up for segment one and just days before the start date they cancel the whole session. Very frustrating. Will not try again a third time.

Experiencia negativa: I’m incredibly disappointed of this driving school. They are very unorganized. There has been SEVERAL occasions where I’ve been misinformed of where drives and lessons will be located. This is unacceptable. Official Driving School has been useless to not only me but several others. I do not recommend this driving school.

Experiencia negativa: Go to All star or another driving school to protect yourself from the worst experience ever. They are one of the worst businesses that are up at the moment. The operators are useless and they have no idea what’s going on. Nobody does and they all seem clueless.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give this place a 0. Words cannot describe how bad of a place this organization runs. They do not update us if it’s going to be rescheduled or change of location. Operators know NOTHING about what’s going on. They are very unorganized and this isn’t worth any of your time or cent.

Experiencia negativa: I took my drivers test and officials test at the official drivers school and they failed me the cones were smaller then the car they wanted me to park in it was impossible and they failed me by 1 point on my written test once I went somewhere else to take my test I passed first try not to mention the instructor didn’t instruct

Experiencia fantástica: Just completed segment 1 here, it was mostly a good experience. I scheduled my drives with two instructors, Mr. Reynolds and Mr. Rhinehart. Both are great instructors. Mr. Rhinehart is especially a considerate teacher and very friendly. His driving car is also very smooth and enjoyable to use, which I believe is a Kia Rio, but I could be wrong. I scheduled with him after reading other reviews, and it was definitely a great choice. Classroom instruction was a bit different. The two hours of continuous instruction for every class are hard to get through, especially after the first hour. But after all, it is the students responsibility to be attentive and respectful towards the instructor. I went in person, and each class there would be a slideshow put up and the teacher would simply read off of it. I was wary of this at first, but it is still very effective for learning if you don’t lose focus. Official also has a good reputation, previously branded as Sears Driving for many years.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Rhinehart and Mr. Reynolds are both great instructors that don’t yell at you and explain to you in detail what you need to do, what you are doing, what you’re doing wrong in way that doesn’t discourages students but still urges them to review their mistakes and take the right course of action the next time they’re put in the same situation.

Experiencia negativa: Very frustrated with instructor today. Failed my daughter without even getting on the road. I know many experienced drivers that can't reverse into a parking spot perfectly every time, we make mistakes. It is the end result that truly matters. I'm hoping for a better experience with a different instructor.

Experiencia negativa: Todd Heck the district manager was very helpful assisting us with MULTIPLE situations-- outside of the rest of the company-- just save yourself the stress and try another company or location. I would advise to seek a place with educators that are more equipped to work with young people. It blew my mind what the instructors would say to these teens "while being recorded". WOW!
