Experiencia negativa: Bad driving class ever . They only want to charge extra fee for everything and it’s hard to make appointment on weekends since kid study at school from Monday to Friday and if appointment on weekdays late due to school traffic , they charge $30 right away. No recommend .

Experiencia negativa: I had a terrible experience during my driving test, and it left me feeling extremely stressed. The examiner’s name was Vicky, and her behavior was very unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, she was rude and dismissive. She yelled at me during the test, which made me feel nervous and scared. Instead of guiding or calmly explaining what I needed to do, she used a harsh tone that was intimidating and discouraging. Her behavior wasn’t just disrespectful—it made the test environment hostile, which isn’t fair for someone already feeling the pressure of such an important step in their life. I am worried about what my next driving test will be like because of this experience. It’s hard to stay confident after being treated this way. I believe examiners should be patient, calm, and professional to help candidates feel at ease, especially since driving tests are naturally stressful. I hope this issue can be addressed so others don’t have to go through the same negative experience.

Experiencia negativa: Vicky Ramirez the instructor treated my daughter extremely bad we missed to bring the driving permit but that doesn’t give her the right to yell at us and at the end giving us the comment “ go back to your country “ I would never recommend this place to anyone

Experiencia negativa: The lady running the drive tests was extremely impolite, and she treated so bad and at the end of the discussion she threw the documents at me and told me “go back to your country” I could’ve called 911 for that and asked for a video tape review as they have video surveillance

Experiencia negativa: A little while back I witnessed a car from this school stop at the light going south on Mcendree, pulling up to West Little York. They came to a red light while I was traveling west on WLY and clearly could see my green light for like 30 seconds before they pulled up. They sat there for about 3 seconds and then ran the red light, turning LEFT toward me. While passing me I could see a full car indicating, the car was full of teenagers and the instructor had them run the red light! What wonderful instructors they must have to teach kids to run lights, a sad excuse for a driving school and an example of why drivers here are terrible and aggressive. Go somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Ansari was my instructor this afternoon. He was a good teaching across the board. The instructions were direct and clear, and if I was confused he explained it more specially right away.

Experiencia negativa: “Lo cortés no quita lo valiente “ , ¿como es posible que solo por ser la instructora se sienta con derecho a gritarle a las demás personas ? Me siento decepcionada con el instructor, me gritó e incluso aceleró el auto y frenó en seco, porque me dijo que moviera el auto pero no podía moverme porque ella estaba presionando el freno y me gritó, ya no aguanté más y le dije que fuera amable, fue una señora mayor, me sentí inferior la verdad es decepcionante…………..

Experiencia negativa: Absolute horrible experience. I would give it zero stars if I could for how rude the instructor is in location in eldridge. I do not know how hard it is for her understand that it is my first time ever testing for a DL and a simple document not being ready doesnt mean to yell. I even came before the time she asked to yet she had the audacity to treat us like we did anything wrong. Matter of fact I feel bad for the receptionist for having to deal with her. She was the nicest person there and even though I admit the mistake of finishing one simple document. This is how you never should treat a customer. the place is pretty ugly too

Experiencia negativa: The class and driving times were good with my daughter but just today we went for the road test the instructor in charge was rude from the beginning. Theres ways to say things. My daughter told me that she kept yelling at her the whole test telling her she was going to fail her. That lady needs medication or life dont know which one. Especially for someone behind the wheel you cant yell and threatened them you are going to fail them.

Experiencia negativa: The lady that did the road test today to my boyfriend was a racist treated him disrespectfully yes lady we are in USA and there’s diversity of people from all over world different languages, and to come to this country you don’t necessarily need to speak English that’s why there are higher paying jobs for speaking more than one language

Experiencia fantástica: Instructor Johnny was very supportive and understanding while I drove. I know I’m not a perfect driver, but he remained calm whenever I would make mistakes and allowed me to keep calm myself while driving. I’d highly recommend this school.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible school with terrible instructors that like to yell at you for making a minor mistake. Out of all 6 classes that I had at this school I only had 1 good experience. Inappropriate and unprofessional instructors that take new time beginners to restaurants and leave them waiting in the car. Their cars are poorly maintained and not suitable for beginner drivers. The school is aware of their cars being poorly maintained yet they still allow for the students to continue driving in them. During all those bad experiences I barely even learned a thing from the instructors, only during that one good class I learned something. Don’t give this school a chance, don’t enroll your children or yourself here because it will just be full of bad experiences.

Experiencia fantástica: The best decision I ever made was to get driving lessons at this facility with HUSSAIN. I couldn't be more honest about how my experience was here. They were nothing but kind, supportive, and informative about learning to drive behind the wheel. It only took me 6 weeks to get my license and I felt very prepared for my behind the wheel test. I highly recommend using this facility to get your license. I will forever be grateful that Hussain taught me how to drive!!

Experiencia negativa: very rude service, we had to wait over an hour for the test when we had made an appointment. nasty place. i chose this place for the low price but you get what you for. i wish i had payed more at another place.

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst driving school. Do not waste your money. They are unorganized and their system is flawed. There are countless times that my daughter is scheduled for her drive time and an instructor doesn’t show. We text the number to see what is going on and they say they will check. Still nothing is done, so we leave. This place should be out of business.

Experiencia negativa: No one said the kids would be sitting in a room for 2 hours almost completely alone except when someone would come in to project a zoom meeting with an instructor from another location. There is no opportunity for my kid to ask questions and the zoom instructor speeds through a PowerPoint and won't know if the kids need anything repeated. We spent a lot of money for basically what is online learning. If you don't have an instructor, close your location...otherwise be upfront with parents about what kind of "instruction" will actually be given. Spend your money elsewhere. My second kid definitely won't be coming here. Update 8/5/23 Class portion is over. Entirely through zoom. Now there are no available slots ever for in-person driving. We check every day for availability, but nothing.

Experiencia negativa: Very confrontational about someone who is trying to learn how to drive, when I made simple mistakes the instructor was very rude. On top of that, the car was poorly maintained. How are you supposed to teach people how to drive when you can't even do the simple task of making sure your car is in good shape?
