Initially, I was quite nervous, but thanks to the exceptionally patient and friendly instructor, I gradually gained confidence in my driving abilities. The pricing was also relatively reasonable. To my pleasant surprise, I managed to pass the test on my first attempt with zero mistakes at Clairemont DMV last year. When I returned for an additional lesson 8 months later, I found myself confidently navigating the freeways of San Diego County. It's hard to believe how far I've come from my extreme anxious beginnings. I wasn’t able to even put music or talk while driving! (I was involved in a car accident 20 years ago in my country and stopped my car life.) I believe this driving school is ideal for beginners or those who feel apprehensive about driving. The thorough instruction and warm atmosphere allow students to learn in a comfortable environment. I recommend Casey from this driving school to anyone looking to improve their driving skills or regain your confidence. This school is my go-to place anything to do with driving concerns :)

Maria was my instructor through it all being very patient and building up my confidence to be an independent driver. On the day of my Behind the Wheel, Maria picked me up we went over course as a dry run which is helpful with my anxiety. I’ll get my permit, and just never drive or take the driving exam. Finally felt it was time to conquer my fear. Casey was my instructor. As an anxious driver, he really helped me learn how to calm my nerves not only with driving but with the unexpected things life throws at me! I really recommend his classes as he makes driving a calm and productive thing anyone can do. He is very understanding and great at analyzing how you can improve, also super accommodating with scheduling (esp since writing this I am a university student.) Despite finally having my license, when I get a chance I’m definitely going to take some more practice lessons on the highway to pick up safer road habits!
