Experiencia positiva: We had an unfortunate encounter with one of the driving instructors (Jeff, Westbank campus) who was incredibly rude to the students and parents alike. I spoke with several other parents in our session who all had a similar experience with this same person. He screamed and belittled everyone I witnessed him interact with. I contacted the school about his behavior and they forced him to call me to apologize. His apology was just as rude and belittling as the behavior he was apologizing for! On the whole, they are one of very few options for driving school. They deliver exactly what they advertise. Their price is in line with other places in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews but the receptionist and my driving instructor were very friendly and supportive. I finally decided (even as an adult who hasn’t drove in over 3 years) to get my license due to my permit expiring in a few months but after many attempts I finally got my license. Though drivers in manhattan are nuts‍, my instructor kept my confidence and I’m so grateful I choose them for my driving skills test. The whole process was very quick and easy, I couldn’t be more happier with my experience. Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: The driving school that is supposed to teach teenagers the rules of the road and how to drive is located with businesses that cell CBD , THC, and Kratom (which has opioid effects and is addictive, I had to look it up) products in the smoke shop right next door.The parking lot is filthy. My kids did not feel safe while they were there. The instructor, a woman at night, did not even go through all of the book she stopped on chapter 5 and then they were on there own for the rest of the book. My kids both said that they had a hard time concentrating while they were testing because the teacher kept yelling at kids in the class the whole time. I really expected for the people at the driving school to be a whole lot more professional and teach my kids what they needed to learn for the money that I paid. It seems that they are happy to take money from people, and its not cheap, but they are not teaching the kids what they need to know before they test and I also expect for my kids to have peace and quiet while they are testing. I do NOT recommend this school for any kids, you would be better off going somewhere else.

Experiencia negativa: Una escuela que discrimina a los latinos, mi esposa recibió el peor de los tratos. Una de las "docentes" ridiculiza por ser latino, también lo hizo con algunas personas Asiáticas. Tono burlón y grosero, no recibía cosas en la mano (a otro si ) miraba con asco. La situación fue evidente para todos en el aula. No poseen ningún método pedagógico, es una verdadera lastima. Que exista este sitio con esta tutora. Que vergüenza. Por cierto. Mi esposa pasó el exámen, así que este no es un mensaje de resentimiento.

Experiencia negativa: I already have my license. I signed up for a one hour driving practice and needed to reschedule it, and they were unable to give me a new time slot within the last six months or give me a refund. I suggest you go to other driving schools in New Orleans.

Experiencia positiva: My experience with Victor Manning has been pretty great! I had Mr. Freddi (100% recommend) he is an amazing driving instructor! He put me at ease the whole time by cracking hilarious jokes. His teaching method is extremely effective through repetition as well as thorough instructions. He definitely has juice like Bishop (: (he told me to say that)

Experiencia negativa: Mr. Freddi was a great instructor and was very good with working with my son, However, Jeff Haydel is clearly just a rude and ugly person. I have had two interactions with him and both left me very frustrated. Do not allow this man to belittle and degrade your kids. He does not know how to communicate and should not be in this position. This environment is 95% minors and he should not talk to kids the way he does. Run from the westbank location as fast as you can! I still cant believe I am paying to have my child treated like this! Highly suggest going somewhere else!

She locked a boy outside the class when he was having an allergic reaction because she thought he was trying to skip. She didn't let him back in until his mother came and all he did when he got back was grab his bag and leave. He wasn't allowed back in the class because of her and they wasted their money. But other than her it was an okay school

Experiencia negativa: This is my first public review ever, and I want to speak my mind. I had an easy time learning in class and doing the on the road practice (shoutout Mr. Andrew). Despite this, my road skills test ruined the whole experience. First of all, I scheduled it for 11:15, and I ended up starting the test at around 1:05. The “3rd Party” instructor I was paired with for the last test worked for Victor Manning as well. He was extremely rude to me when I explained certain things to him and kept that attitude even when everything was complete and I handed him the keys. I passed the test and was still treated like I single-handedly caused every car accident ever. I am quite shy and don’t argue with strangers, so it was odd that he was the only angry. Some extremely rude and aggressive people work here and are hard to deal with if you are new to this (as most people are).

Experiencia positiva: The driving school was quick, easy and slightly effective. I got everything I needed taken care of and most of the instructors were good and nice. Except the older black lady I can’t remember her name she is very mean, yells a lot. Not a good instructor. I knew how to drive a little before I went in but she back tracked me and almost caused us an accident. I think if they get rid of her it would be a perfectly nice driving school Please please please believe these comments about her making people cry, because it happened to me. All of the other instructors are extremely cool and straightforward. But I was unfortunate to get her one day

Experiencia fantástica: my experience was amazing and i owe ALL of that to mr.freddi, he definitely makes a connection w the students and he just has an amazing way of teaching that helps any student understand. i definitely recommend him because he is the sweetest and an absolutely amazing teacher.

Experiencia negativa: If you want to learn how to drive, either find a different driving school or go to the Metairie location and ask for Freddie. I know it’s far if you live on the Westbank but it’s worth the drive. Like other reviews have mentioned, my instructor the first day yelled at me for the entire four hours while giving no real guidance or instruction. I held back tears the entire time and broke down when I got home, believing that I would never learn how to drive. Thankfully on the second day I had a someone from the Metairie location as my instructor; he helped me manage my fears of driving and actually showed me how to improve. I went from being afraid to make a simple turn to driving on the interstate. This office is extremely unprofessional and rude even to their own staff. My biggest regret is not checking the reviews more carefully before signing up; it’s the Metairie location that has good reviews, so go there and ask for Freddie.

Experiencia negativa: Ms. Ernestine is a horrible driving instructor. First she comes to work with all the colors in her head and I think that is totally unprofessional. She is so rude literally YELLED and SCREAMED at me for stoping a little early at a stop sign. She kept pressing the brakes when I was literally going 35 mph. Very horrible experience, she even made me cry. Horrible with teaching kids. This isn’t the job for her. Please avoid her at all costs. Hope she gets fired. She gave me a 79 because of how bad I was doing due to her YELLING in my ear while i’m trying to focus on the road. Such a horrific experience, hated every minute of it. Victor Manning would’ve been a five star experience if it wasn’t for her, she is absolutely a horrible human being.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience with the Westbank location. The teaching techniques and styles are impeccable. Jeff really worked with my schedule for behind the wheel driving. Daphne’s teaching skills are based on proven techniques and effective recall methods.

Experiencia negativa: For those who said that their child was crying in car, eating, drinking, yelling, grabbing the wheel while in the passenger seat. Her name is Mrs. Ernestine, she has purple/blue hair. When I had her I didn’t cry but I almost did.... I kept ignoring her because I knew she wasn’t a good teacher when she yelled at me on my first day for stopping a few inches before the stop sign. She kept yelling at me to accelerate, slammed the brakes multiple times when I was trying to drive or turning. She is the worse teacher I’ve ever had, how can someone be that horrible with students. The girl who drove after me cried in the first three minutes of being in the car, my friend had her on his first day and he cried because of her to. She should get fired with all these complaints. Go to a different driving school or avoid having her at all cost

Experiencia positiva: Lady with purple hair is very rude. She made my daughter cry and worst of all she kept yelling at her while she was crying. Did not teach her anything.While she was on road with her she was checking her email and keep eating and drinking. Keep distracting her and yelling all the way back home. But on the other hand other instructors were nice they passed my child. Finally she got her License.

Experiencia positiva: I failed the Written test the first time now I have to take a second time next week. It’s free the second time and I really don’t want to spend 20 bucks every other time. I got a 72.5 the first time to me that’s still passing

Experiencia negativa: These people are running a scam. If you’re 18+, try and find another place. These people lack professionalism. First off, the receptionist is really rude. And then, the class is so poor and boring. Nothing really goes on. Then (depending on when you sign up) you have to wait a whole month to even drive! After that you wait until the test just to be yelled at by the person giving you the test for stupid stuff. Worst $400 spent. I wish I could get my money back. Wish I could rate it negative stars. Save your money people and go elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Some instructors are very kind while others (specifically the lady with blue hair) can be extremely rude and become the true distraction while driving. Insults you mid-course which diminishes morale and results mental impairment which restricts one's ability to focus on the road. People like this make me wonder why do they not find other careers to learn to avoid making paying customers so misrable during an experience that should be both educational and fun.

They do take take the kids over the GNO or Huey bridges my child drove one instructor to get coffee and another instructor to pick up cigarettes. Conversation was very inappropriate for instructors while teaching my child to drive. This is what I paid for???
