Experiencia fantástica: I went here expecting to be all nervous and felt the complete opposite! Both John and Barb were very patient with all of their students and made sure we understood things. They made my drives fun and i never felt under pressure while driving with them.

Experiencia fantástica: I had Mr. John and Mrs. Barb for my Permit training and Mr John was super nice while driving. Mrs Barb was always nice in class and helped me while learning the rules of the street. Will be coming back during my Segment 2 class.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! From the teacher to the driving instructor’s is all perfect and all these bad reviews are about stuff from years ago. I just finished segment one and got my level 1 license but i already can’t wait to take segment two. And even the driving car is great it’s like a 2019 jeep and I’m in love with it

Experiencia negativa: This is the worst driving school in the state. the driving instructor Mr. Victor is the rudest person I ever met. He was EXTREMELY impatient. he didn’t teach me a thing. He would CONSTANTLY grab the steering wheel while I was trying to drive making me distracted and annoyed. he would yell at me for no reason and yell little mistakes. He always rushed me, making me scared to drive. The last day I drove he made me go home crying and terrified to drive again. I’m still scared to drive so don’t waste your money on this place, I didn’t learn anything, and now I have to re learned to drive from my parents. So thanks for nothing!

Experiencia fantástica: They have a jeep compass there with backup camera, reason I chose them for my son nice big safe car, all other schools I see these super old small unsafe out dated cars and son told me instructors were patient and accommodated class and drives got finished jn under a month in the summer, highly recommend under this new ownership

Experiencia fantástica: These reviews are just people who can’t take proper criticism the people that work there are just normal people who do there job just fine.

Experiencia fantástica: The people who are leaving these reviews are just egotistic and don’t know how to take criticism at a literal place where you go to take criticism. From my experience, the people there are perfectly respectful within reasonable bounds and they teach perfectly fine. The people who leave these reviews are snowflakes who don’t know how to take proper criticism and need to grow up.

Experiencia fantástica: i get where the bad reviews are coming from but honestly i had a great experience. ms barb taught us what we needed to know and during drives, mr victor talked me through everything and even made conversation so the drives weren’t silent.

Experiencia positiva: So I just finished at this place, it was okay, all the reviews are awful and I do not blame them. The lady that owns the place and answers the phone is awful, the teacher me barb is okay, she does a good job at teaching and is nice. There is a lot of negativity on here about the driving instuctor me victor and they are all true, but though he is rude and does the grab the wheel a lot and makes it hard to drive he’s just an old man give him a break, he’s nice mostly he just doesn’t have patience and if u can’t handle that it’s completely fine and understandable.

Experiencia negativa: the instructor was very rude and would pull the wheel while i would make turns or just be driving straight, he would yell at us if we got "too close" to a car and say we are tailgating when we would have a 4 car width between me and the car in front. the car we drove was disgusting and had a nasty smell

Experiencia negativa: I give this facility and it's workers the lowest rating possible. When my son attended Segment 2 with a re-printed Level 1 permit from Secretary of State, the instructor ostracized him in front of the entire class, indicating that he should not be there and waiving it around as something "not to do". He was mortified, texting me from class to please come and get him. If she had taken the time to listen she would have understood that the permit was a replacement for a lost one, and Secretary of State did not mark it as such. Common courtesy and manners dictate that you do NOT treat a 16 year old this way, especially in front of peers. I did not make him return to finish the course at this "business" after he was humiliated and so upset. The instructor should not be working with kids and is unprofessional, rude and unkind.

Experiencia negativa: I made a call to see about prices for segment 2 and the lady that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and just overall very disrespectful to me and as I can see from the other reviews this is a common thing.

Experiencia positiva: My instructor was Mr. Bujak (highly recommended compared to Mr. Victor). Although he talked more about himself than teaching me and my partner, he made us very comfortable and excited to drive. Also, my class (which had about 35 kids packed together) was allowed to take our phones out during the test, sleep while watching videos, and had plenty of free time. My teacher in the class made us watch videos, read aloud out of a book we paid for, and take practice test with the answers given to us. On the other hand, I passed the test with 78/80 question right. So the school was beneficial. But should not cost the value my mom had to pay.

Experiencia negativa: These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I had two students enrolled in the class and removed both by the second night. The instructors are rude, disrespectful people who yell, USE FOUL LANGUAGE and bring their personal problems to the classroom and use them as an excuse to treat your child like dirt. Do not let these people attempt to teach your child anything. I was hung up on when I told them I was removing my students and wanted a refund and they told me my children were lying and "full of bologna" when I explained my reason for them leaving. Why would a child lie about their instructor when they are trying to get their license? PLEASE pick another school for your child.

Experiencia negativa: The teacher is really nice and makes class fun but the driving instructor dehumanizes kids and makes them never want to drive again. Also the driving instructor screams at you for the littlest things when it’s literally your first time driving.

Experiencia negativa: The 21 and garfield one treated my son like he was less then them because he asked questions the lady who answers phones is very unhelpful rude and is not aware of their records kept on computer lost 2nd seg completed papers and she claimed my son never went their Ace you need to clean up your crew our young adults deserve guidance and encouragement when taking your class especially if we the parents pay you to educate our kids smh never will i recommend you booooooo

Experiencia negativa: You sit in a giant classroom and take turns reading a paragraph out of the book. You spend the entire class anxious about your turn to read that you don’t even pay attention to what the kids before you actually had said. They never actually TEACH you, just have you read. My driving instructer was Yager (sp?) and he was amazing though. He was strict but as long as you were communicative and cooperative you’d get along with him just fine. I’m not sure if he still works there though, this was almost 5 years ago.

Experiencia negativa: WOW! Called to get class information and ask about weekend/spring break options and was greated with nothing but rudeness! Would not recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: After reading previous reviews I felt the need to write one. My daughter has just finshed her first week of class and weekend drive. Instructor for class is really nice makes the class fun and interesting. Driving instructor in previous reviews no longer with company current driver was very informative made her comfortable behind the wheel and gave her good direction on what she needs to do.

Experiencia negativa: NASTY facility and NASTY instructors. The classroom portion teachers students like we are mentally handicapped. I'm fairly certain one or two of the instructors has dementia as well.

Experiencia negativa: Worse driving school ever! Instructor was very rude with students, not teaching them, just scolding them for their mistakes. If these students can't drive, don't you think that's your fault! THAT'S YOUR JOB!

Even worst that in the office they know the problem (because the lady on the phone named Joan admitted that they had other compliants on the past) and do NOTHING to address this issue. Experiencia negativa: My sister learned how to drive from here. The class portion was fine but whoever was teaching her how to drive must not care about teaching these kids and doesn't care about how these kids end up on the road. He didn't teach them anything about a round-about; when she asked "what happens when other cars won't let you merge on to the freeway?" The instructor told her "don't worry, they will.". I notice little mistakes that my sister will make while driving, and when I ask her why she does that, her response is "my driving teacher told me to do that". I know that everyone's driving is a little different, but an instructor should be teaching the basic skills that are necessary... that's why we're paying them.

Experiencia negativa: This is where I learned to drive. It was informative, but the actual drivers aren't too good. I was probably 16 and this guy asked me of I had a learning disability because I made my turns too wide. When I said yes he asked if I took my meds. Terrible way of teaching a child. The place is cramped and your kid is going to be very bored, but it teaches you the rules. I really hope they got better drivers.
