Experiencia negativa: Rude staff. Online classes don't work properly. They kick your kid out of the online class bc their system is flawed, causing delays in the whole painful process. On top of it, when you complain, they blame you and say your kid was late and that's why they were kicked out, which is untrue (my kid was in the queue 10 minutes early). Filthy office with multiple smelly dogs roaming around. Very unprofessional. Wish I could give negative stars. It's that bad. Don't waste your money. Go somewhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best driving schools, I took their abbreviated driving course for maneuverability and the instructors were absolutely phenomenal… I just passed my drivers test thanks to the amazing instructors there. Craig and Greg were my instructors names they were absolutely amazing from the personality, to their patience, they both had two different techniques on how to do maneuverability, and they were very great helpers… thank you guys so much

Experiencia fantástica: I really want to thank my instructors Joan (I’m not sure how you spell it but she’s a super nice lady) and Craig. I passed my drivers test today with absolutely zero mistakes on both maneuverability and the driving portion. Joan helped me get so much more comfortable with driving and being confident on the road and Craig helped me with every technicality. I couldn’t be more thankful to these two wonderful people! My only complaint was my last instructor Johnny. His car was a mess and he refused to repeat any directions he gave me. If I missed a road he didn’t tell me until after. One time when I was asking him to repeat his instructions he told me I had to admit I was a bad driver and then he would tell me. He also asked me at the end if I cried and said “I wouldn’t be surprised if you did cry it happens a lot. Overall, All Star is an amazing school with a vast majority of amazing instructors. I couldn’t not be more thankful to how kind (99%) of the staff are! 100% go here!!

Experiencia fantástica: All Star staff was excellent! They were able to get her into drives immediately! She had boosted confidence from the first lesson! Each drive she finished happy and never had a single complaint. Parents driving school IS A MUST!!! It is so helpful for us and made my life so much easier when we went to practice! The reminders are also super helpful because its life we forget things! And she got her drivers license on the first try!

They helped me with maneuverability and driving on the road. They were friendly and patient and helped me feel confident. Thanks a lot for helping my pass my test on the first try.

Experiencia fantástica: Came here for a required Adult refresher course. Leaving here realizing most of us could use it. I've been driving for 40 years and hadn't had a driving class since I was a teen. I learned SO much that I hadn't realized had changed or was new. This should be required for everyone...probably every 5 years. Terrific teacher in Johnny. So much information. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Janelle AKA Jo and Kim are amazing!!! My daughter absolutely loved these ladies. They were very helpful, social, funny, and sweet. My daughter was hoping to get one of them on every drive but unfortunately she got a guy named Johnny who was awful! He was very rude, arrogant, cocky, lazy, and a Debbie downer my daughter said. His car was nasty. He laid his seat all the way back to the point his head was in the way to check her blind spot. He would tell her quickly and quietly an exit to take and when she couldn’t hear him and she asked him to repeat it he didn’t respond. He wouldn’t set the cones up for maneuverability. He told my daughter the cones was in the trunk and he drew a picture of how she was to sit them up. I understand everyone needs a job but new drivers need the type of teachers like Kim and Jo who enjoy their job and are willing to treat the young adult with respect.

Experiencia negativa: Just called to schedule a behind-the-wheel course. The lady on the phone was so rude. She rushed me off the phone and hung up on me!!

Experiencia negativa: Logan was an awful instructor. Very rude and told me disinformation about the maneuverability test like saying I couldn't put my window down or use my backup camera.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a joke! They don’t offer in person courses, pick up outside of Boardman or flexibility in drive schedules for HS students… never again I will drive 45 minutes to an hr to Cleveland for my next son in a year

Experiencia fantástica: Took my daughter for her in car driving portion of drivers education. The office staff was very knowledgeable and helpful and the instructors were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and ready for her test. Thank you All Star!

Experiencia negativa: This gets a one star because the lady who is the receptionist is absolutely AWFUL! I called and asked why the price jumped and she said ‘idk probably cuz of gas!’ Very rudely! Not only is she rude and short over the phone when you call but when I was there yesterday she took a call from someone who apparently spoke in broken English. She was so rude to them and then hung up and whined ‘people need to learn to speak English before calling here!’ so not only is she rude she’s racist. Oh and side note the price didn’t jump and I’m getting a refund for the difference she charged cuz the price didn’t jump. That lady has got to go!

Experiencia fantástica: My son got his permit at 15. I enrolled him in All Star Driving School. He completed the course last Friday. Thomas got his license yesterday at 3:30! I couldn't be happier! The staff is extremely knowledgeable. Special thanks to Walter who told Thomas he believed he would pass his driver's test! Thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Been trying to get driving time scheduled for 2 months can't even possibly get booked for another two months!!!! I asked to be put on a waiting list last month. They told me there wasn't one and to call back today. Then told me all the spots were full and asked if I was on the waiting list?!

Experiencia negativa: My daughter had trouble with online classes from beginning. Had to call corporate just to get the right help and her on the modules right. When calling office, the woman who answers phone is very rude and disrespectful. Was this way twice. Would not reccomend this place at all for driving school unless they change their way of doing things and get nicer individuals. Also, they dont explain anything when you sign up now we have to wait 1-2 months for her to drive with instructor. Very disappointing

My daughter did the online schooling and that was bad too. Definitely should’ve went to a different school. Don’t waist your time of money on this school. Oh and don’t bother calling AllStars to ask questions. She will be so rude and tell you that she already talked to you and try to hang up

Experiencia fantástica: Conveniently located on South Avenue just north of Midlothian. This is the place to enroll your teen into to get them ready to get their driver's license. Heres a statement of fact for the parents of teens getting ready to get their license, get ready and mark my words Mom & Dad, this is when your going to start noticing grey hairs sprouting on your head...lol, I'm just stating this out of my own personal experience.

My nephew was very pleased with the training that was provided and was very comfortable with driving on his own when he had finished. Great customer service and very thorough with their training, I highly recommend this driving school to all the parents looking for a driving school with great instructors.
