Experiencia fantástica: I took classes with Sister Molly and Sister Uzma, both were very very friendly and patient in teaching me. If you take driving course with them they’ll try their best to eliminate any nerves you have. And because of them i passed on my first try. A little tip: get your last class they day of your driving test if you can, that way you can freshen up your knowledge right before the test.

Experiencia negativa: One of the worst driving experiences I’ve ever had. I had the opportunity of doing lessons with this school last year. Where do I begin? Firstly the car was dirty and their was clothes in the back blocking my view. I believe it was a personal car. I did lessons with the woman her name is Farah. She is absolutely unprofessional, she is not rude I won’t lie on her. But she’s basically unbothered, she doesn’t care and it shows. I told her that I had not driven for years and was a new driver. Her method makes no sense she telling you to turn the wheel like its a math equation. When I asked questions she seemed annoyed. She starts to pull the wheel and basically took over as I was trying to drive. When I complained she was like whatever. She was always running to another session and I felt rushed. I learned nothing. I asked to switch to the male instructor but decided it’s not worth it I need to be refunded which I was. I had soo much anxiety and loss of confidence after this encounter. I almost gave up driving. I believed I was the problem. Thank God I did not and started with another school. First lesson with the new school, I was super nervous told them I need someone with patience, a clean car, and not be unbothered. Someone that cares you can’t teach people how to drive and you don’t take interest like just another appointment. My first lesson with new school I was driving with no issues. I couldn't believe it. I knew then I was not the problem Farah was. However, the anxiety she gave me took me months to get over and had long lasting impact. Communication with her was not clear due to the heavy accent. I feel they maybe good for “ their community” nothing more. Possibly because I am not from their community and do not share their religious background she behaved this way which is unprofessional. The new school helped me soo much communication, professional and cars to change to, I got my license on the first try. This would have never happened with this school, thank God I saw it and ran. Be weary if you are not from the community.

Experiencia fantástica: ughhhh i just love this driving school . i originally took 9 lessons but i ended taking 11 for my personal experience. my instructor ( farah ) WAS the best , she was patient with me and she made sure i understood what i was doing. she knew i was a visual learner so she sent me videos to make sure i understood the concept. i passed on my second try due to a mistake that I made and she still supported me until i passed the second time. so i just wanna say that this school was so good and i loved my instructor. thank youuu for everything .

Experiencia fantástica: SAQ Driving School provides quality service and took a lot of safety precautions! Farah was so calm and gentle. I have only tried to drive twice and during the lessons she made me feel very confident. She was also very patient in explaining techniques to me, I couldn't have asked for a better instructor. I passed my road test on the first try! Farah also took serious covid precautions such as enforcing masks and using sanitizer. Syed was also very engaging during the 5hr class, he made the information exciting. My mother is signing up next, I recommended SAQ and Farah to all of my non-driving friends. Thank you so much!

Experiencia negativa: My experience was absolutely horrible. These people have no professionalism what so ever. Like the other reviews said Ms. Farah is the only nice instructor there but you honestly could get better instructors from other driving schools for a very less price like Ms.Farah. Other than that the man at the front desk who takes calls is so rude, he doesn’t even know how to speak English properly and gets all loud and angry when I made a right point that I wasn’t learning anything for all the money I paid, he really has an ego problem he thinks he’s clever with his words but he’s doesn’t know how much of a joke he sounds like talking with no respect to others he needs to learn manners and professionalism on how to talk to customers. And the other instructors do not care whatsoever. If you really want to pass I recommend not going to these people they are a FRAUD u pay so much for no reason if you do your research properly I’m positive there are going to be better driving schools for literally half the price they give near you. You think cuz they are Muslims they would be nice and fair and I thought that too that’s why I spend so much money and went but they are a disappointment to the Ummah they are frauds and It’s not worth it.

Experiencia negativa: AOA. I am a student of this institute and it was my worst experience. My Instructor Fatemah Uzma was absolutely horrible, she didn’t do full sessions, left to India in the middle of my sessions without notifying me, and when we asked the gentleman in the administration office about what was happening, he was extremely rude and unprofessional. As a fellow Muslim I urge you not to waste your money here, you will most likely regret it like I have. It’s upsetting to open my eyes to Muslims like them. And if you still have no choice and need to go, I would recommend the only instructor that was commendable in this entire process- Sr. Farah-May Allah bless her for her efforts and work.
