Experiencia negativa: My daughter took her driver’s education course here, and while the initial two-week course went smoothly, scheduling her required drive time became a frustrating process due to the lack of available slots.During her driving test, the instructor Elizabeth was rude and repeatedly criticized her, creating a stressful environment. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into a discouraging experience because of the instructor’s behavior. Although she passed, the overall experience was far from positive.

Experiencia fantástica: Mi experiencia fue la mejor experiencia del mundo y pues tenía un poco de miedo con las reseñas que pusieron anteriormente pero la verdad ahí no te sobornan si lo hiciste bien o no lo hiciste pues es mentira no te tratan mal así como lo dicen los demás porque si estamos en un error hay que aceptarlo y pues yo volvería a llegar incluso todos mis hijos los voy a llevar ahí para que me les enseñen la señora de la que tanto hablan es una gran persona la verdad 1000 respetos para ella⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ y en mi opinión es de aceptar que cuando uno está en un error y lo quieren corregir uno tiene que aceptar

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY You pay for the class expecting you’ll get drive time with them only to have to call every single Tuesday for a spot and always be told we don’t have any. It’s been since July and we have been only been able to get 2 hours! The lady is also extremely rude and unprofessional. Yes we teach them at home but we paid for the classes for a reason.

Experiencia negativa: Very unorganized, even the owner wouldn't reply to my texts to her when she gave me her personal number to remind her to schedule drive times for my daughter. Ultimately, it was a waste of money and time. My daughter was scheduled for a drive time in which the instructor did not show for due to being ill, but that was not communicated to us. Went out of our way to attend and unable to complete.

Experiencia negativa: Mrs. Cruz is highly unprofessional and unfit to give first time test takers a driving test. She deliberately yelled at my teenage son at the beginning of his test WHILE he was driving. She could’ve caused a serious accident. Isn’t that what they teach NOT to do? My son was already nervous enough and the test taker’s ugly attitude and reactions shouldn’t have been one of his worries. Unbelievable. Do not waste your money here. They can’t even answer the phone during work hours.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible !!! The professor was very kind but the old lady in the front desk is rude and unpleasant . She always got bad mood and will angry if you ask a more than one question . The driving test is $100 but before you finish she says that you didn’t pass and need to pay more money if you want to pass . Don’t waste your money in this place .

Experiencia negativa: No le recomiendo esta escuela a nadie . Porque la señora de ahí parte de ser una mentirosa es una grosera . Una estafadora , te cobran $100 por el examen y te lo suspenden para pedirte $130 dólares más. Para ella nadie sabe manejar . No vayan allí para que le roben el $ . Es mejor ir al DPS y pagar los $35 por 3 oportunidades que regalarle el $ a ella para que te diga que no sabes manejar y te saque más $ .

Experiencia negativa: Estafadores . Te piden dinero de más para aprobarte. Te maltratan si eres latino y la examinadora es una señora desagradable que no pierde oportunidad para ofenderte mientras estas haciendo la prueba de manejo .

Experiencia negativa: Pésimo servicio . Son unos estafadores . La profesora que te da las clases si fue maravillosa pero la examinadora es una mujer muy desagradable. Tiene muy mala forma , maltrata a los estudiantes y te suspende a propósito para sacarte más dinero . El examen práctico cuesta $100 pero aunque manejes bien te dice que necesitas más clases y que por $130 más te aprueba . No vayan a perder su dinero ahí

Experiencia fantástica: As a first time mom of a 17 year old I highly recommend this place. They are not only good but very patient with my gazillion questions. Lizzy is soooo very sweet and will explain things over and over and Ms Connie is amazing... I recommend them 100%

Experiencia fantástica: I had an amazing experience. I did my driving lessons with Ms. Cruz and I can tell she is a highly qualified instructor. Ms. Lizzy is always there to answer your questions whether its over the phone or in person. The fees are reasonable and you will not regret paying it.

Staff and managers have terrible customer service and I can’t tell you how many times I had to call them to book driving times and follow up on information. Something that should have taken 6 months to complete ended up taking over a year! Most horrible experience ever but I am glad to be done with this place!

Experiencia negativa: By reading the reviews i don't think I will take my son there. I called and I have no idea what goes on I've never been to a driving school and we are from South Carolina you can just go get your permit and license at 16. But the attitude the lady had just by me asking questions I could tell it was a place I would take him and I'm glad I read the reviews first but it's the tone and attitude in people's voices that says alot.

Experiencia negativa: After my son completed his written classes he had to make appointments to do his car driving instruction however they had so many kids scheduled he could never complete all drive time. Supposedly because of covid but now they want more money to give him the rest of the classes we already paid for....donot recommend tjis place to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: First I do want to say this is my first driving test, I was nervous like anyone would be. I didn't pass my test and I didn't yell or fuss. MS CRUZ she is the one who was my "instructor or exam-er" however, the unprofessionalism that was portrayed when she told me that I had a violation for passing the line at the stop light, as a good driver I didn't want to gas it and I unfortunately stopped at least a foot over the fist line. She told me we were going back to the building and I was confused because she didn't communicate that I failed and there was no pointers given. As she tells me to park and she just leaves the vehicle and just know my friend was waiting inside MS CRUS decided to blurt out that I failed in front of at least 5 people. NO POINTERS NO COMMUNICATION AND WHAT JERK FOR BLURTTING MY OWN BUISNESS.

Experiencia negativa: Unorganized…all they do is tell you to call back at another time ..been trying to schedule drive time but the ladies there never know what’s going …they enroll too many at a time to just get the money and don’t have adequate amount of instructors …don’t waste your time and money here

Me dieron para el sábado y la vieja de ahí hasta anoto mi nombre y telefono. Todavia antes de irme le pregunte segura que abren el sábado? A lo que me respondió que si. Llego el sábado y cuando llegue estaba cerrado. Son unos mentirosos

Experiencia negativa: We set an appointment for 2:00 for a driving test. We arrived at 1:56 and were told that the person doing the test had just left to get something to eat despite a colleague reminding her that she had an appointment about to come in. Then they had the nerve to say that the tester requested for us to return in and hour or and hour and a half. I have never experienced a lack of professionalism to this degree in my entire life.

Experiencia negativa: A vital piece of info they should've given you from the start is that if you don't fully pay for the class, you won't be able to receive the paper to get your permit. Then after I paid the rest, I go to the dps to get my permit, they told me the school should've informed me, that at my age if would be better if I waited for the adult driving course. Lack of info, classroom with desks and chairs ready to give out any minute, and lazy teaching makes this place the worst.

Experiencia negativa: They place is a waist of time and they steel your money. The older lady with glasses failed my sister for going 31 in a 30 than when I asked her about it. She said "technically your supposed to go 20 mph."

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed my time here the new owners are not to be confused with the old ones to whom the rest of these reviews are referring to there is another Connie but she isn't the same one from a few years ago. The teacher's are driver instructors were on time and very polite and professional I was taken to other city's I drove on the Highway (146) (225) and I learned how to parallel park. I would highly recommend this place for new drivers.

Experiencia negativa: I had an appointment at 0800 this morning and waited 2 and a half hours to do the drive test and the lady never showed up. She is more worried about her friends than her job.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Stay away very unprofessional, very dissatisfied they want you to call every Monday to get a drive time but often don't answer the phone or if you call 1 hour later than 10:30 am you can't get a drive time.

Experiencia negativa: Connie is the person that answers the phone and is very unprofessional and extremely rude!!! They enroll too many students at a time and then when your kid needs drive time, they tell you to call every Monday at 10:30am. My daughter called every Monday at that time and they were already filled up for the following week. When I called and complained CONNIE would be extremely rude. They don't care about anything but the money. If there isn't enough drive instructors, then they shouldn't enroll so many at one time.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr James was a great teacher who both knew what he was doing as far as driving rules went while still maintaining a fun and good learning environment for his pupils.

Experiencia negativa: DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! The general manager there who's name is Connie is the rudest person I have ever met, how could someone with such poor customer service be the GM of any business. She needs to be fired for her lack of customer service, how disorganized she is, and the way she speaks to customers. Her attitude towards others is unbelievably appalling! My husband accidentally registered my daughter in the wrong location, so when I asked for a refund she was extremely rude and pretty much yelled out in front of other customers that she had 30 days to issue me a refund and told me to be on my way. When I refused to leave without a refund receipt of some sort, she said to me "well you paid with a visa so you'll see it when we run the refund is issued back to your account". I then replied that I was not going to just leave without proof that she would issue me a refund and she rudely sighed, walked over to a cabinet to take out a receipt book and threw it on her desk. As if it was too much for her to do her job. I was humiliated to say the least, but I hope other customers there saw her inability to run a business and her lack of respect for others. Afterall customers are the reason she gets a paycheck. I hope this review refrains others from wasting there money at such a poor establishment.

Experiencia positiva: I'm not gonna lie, it's a little weird and it seems odd but the reason I am the amazing driver I am today is because of the driving instructor there (he's an older black gentlemen) who has so much patience and he makes the 2 hour driving time fly by, he reminded me so much of my deceased grandpa, such a lovely human being. I highly recommend this place because of him.
