Experiencia negativa: This was a terrible experience. We submitted all of the paper work and paid for the class. We go to the first class, and the young lady at the front told us that my son was not eligible to be in the class. She was very sweet but explained that it had to be to the date of his birthday. My son was a week too young. I called the next day and spoke with Mrs. Martin. She took zero ownership of the issue. She completely blamed me, even though he was signed up online and all of the forms were received by them a week in advance. She said that it was completely my fault for not knowing. I explained to her, I don't know the rules of the state, that is why we are going to a certified driving school She was very rude and condescending. She offered another date for the class but those other dates didn't work for our family. After someone speaks so rudely to you, why would anyone ever want to go to that place for drivers training? Terrible experience and would NOT recommend.

Experiencia negativa: I wish I could give them less than one star, in April I called and asked the company what was the earliest date my daughter could take the class because she was 14. The person on the phone told me that my child could take the class July 5. I paid a deposit for two children to hold my 15 year and 14 year old seat. July 5th I go in the class complete paperwork, turn in Birth Certificates and paid the balance of $610. On July 11th I get a call and said that my daughter birthday is TWO days too late for the class and that she will have to take the class in September or in another city in August thats 45 minutes away. This current location is 5 minutes away from me. I mentioned that September wasn’t an option because my daughter have school sports and the other location wouldn’t work because I get off at the same time the class start. I spoke to Debra Martin requesting a refund so I can find another company that is closer and that can get my daughter in before she is busy with school and after school activities. She told me No and that if the two options she gave me didn’t work she can come back next summer. I mentioned, that they dropped the ball, she looked at my daughter bc and still took my money and now wont give me a refund. Debra said that she didn’t drop the ball, she didn’t feel good and wasn’t going back in forth with me. Debra is rude, unprofessional and a liar. My daughter was kicked out the class after 3 days of attendance because they failed to check dates before hand. My daughter was looking forward to taking driver’s education, she is now sad, embarrassed and disappointed. They kicked her out in front of the entire class. I should’ve read reviews before paying them $820 dollars.

Experiencia fantástica: Family Driving School is a great place to bring young drivers. Mr. Boone is an excellent instructor. He provides very clear instructions and does not put up with nonsense. We've sent two of our sons to Mr. Boone, and it was well worth it!

Experiencia fantástica: Mr boone is the best teacher and will help you become a better driver. Mr boone you a real one I would recommend friends and family to go here.

Experiencia negativa: Mr Boone is a nasty man, he keeps on putting his hands on my daughter to correct her. When she tells him not to do that he tells at her. He constantly yelling at her. My daughter got into my car crying because of him. The people are rather rude. DON'T GO THERE!

Experiencia negativa: This is a terrible driving school. The owner, Debra Martin is rude, unprofessional, and confrontational. There are other driving schools where your money will be better spent; choose one of those instead.

Experiencia negativa: Google forced me to give one star. I wouldn't give this school any stars at all! Please even though it's cheaper then the other schools DON'T SCHEDULE LESSONS THERE. The person who answers the phone (Andrea) is the only calm person there and she actually listens. My driving instructor Ms. Jones was SO aggressive towards me I almost pulled over to call the police. Also, they are all family there so if anyone does anything to you, they will all protect each other and go against you. But if you decide to ignore my warning, please be sure to record your instructor on every lesson because you will need it for legal reasons. If you don't record your instructor, the owner will lie for the instructor because they are family.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great drivers ed experience. Classes are small enough for everyone to get a good education and participate. Signing up for drive times is super easy. The instructor, Mrs. Martin-Harris, is one of the nicest, friendliest people I’ve ever met. She always made a point to socialize with and get to know you during your drives. I will certainly miss driving with her, but I will definitely be back here for Segment 2. Would definitely recommend to any of my friends and family.

Experiencia fantástica: I was in the class in with Moriah and I know for sure that she missed 4 drives in a row because I filled in for one of her drives. Moriah and her mom Melanie are just mad because she got dropped from the class due to not following rules. As far as Mrs. Martin being rude that’s is not true at all!!! She is energetic and funny and very nice!
