Experiencia negativa: The Executive Director is extremely unprofessional. I called in regards to my fiance to assist him with getting his license reinstated. The Executive Director cut me off numerious times and even hung up on me twice! She stated that I needed to stop talking and even said "Oh my God" out of frustration whenever I was trying to provide information and ask questions. She said that they were short handed. Being short handed is not an excuse for poor customer service. What a joke.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff have been nice and informative. Answered all my questions plus more very happy with the experience with them. Update class director Natalie’s class was very helpful and reflective . Learned a lot great and informative instructor. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia negativa: It's a privately owned business the staff I've spoken with are under paid and unhappy with the structure of its operations.. I feel unfair judgment as well .. I'm a Christian but God and Christianity is forced on those that don't believe & the equipment is inaccurate to use to determine judgment of others that are crucial decisions that affects many people lives not just those attending the safety Council.. ONE WOULD DO BEST EXPLORING THE OTHER VERY LIMITED OPTIONS TO USE BEFORE SIGNING ON WITH THIS COMPANY...

Experiencia positiva: Mr.Brown did a great job teaching the class. He keeps the class awake after so many hours in a classroom. He explained the booklet well. He is flexible with you if you communicate with him. Don’t drink and drive!

Experiencia negativa: SAFE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS!! I took the class 7 months ago and out of pure laziness I haven’t been able to receive my license back from just improper paperwork. Every day the staff is always “ at lunch”… Maria the supervisor is friendly but it’s to collect money. I finally decided they weren’t going to do their job and redid the evaluation elsewhere and 3 people said the same thing happened to them. It’s sad how easy it is for people to scam all it takes is a proper sounding business name.

Experiencia negativa: Mr. Brown''s recent medical surgery has rendered him into a rude and angry man. Those poor girls in the office dealing with his temper tantrums. Blaming me for being 5 mins over allotted time frame even though I was 20 mins early. It made him late for his important lunch so he just dumped it on the girls at the front to finish his job. Thankful the girls up front fixed all the problems caused by Mr. Browns child like behavior and demeanor. 1 star for Mr. Brown. 5 stars for the ladies up front.

Experiencia negativa: I called them up to take the class and they told me 7:30 on a Saturday and me and probably 20 other people all showed up that morning and they just never opened and nobody would pick up the phones. Get a call on Monday told to come back the following Thursday at five in the afternoon and then when I get here the lady rudely says no we told you 5:45 and then tells me to chill out. Extremely unprofessional company, I would not recommend them to anybody

Experiencia negativa: What a nightmare, between the broken english and the false information .This company makes a huge part of thier income by misleading people with false information and taking money for classes based of thier false information. You can not trust the staff to take any money for classes or sign you up for the correct class even if the paperwork sitting in front of them clearly states what class or classes you need to be signed up for .They have thier policy set up in a manner that more often then not takes your money and gives you nothing.I have a court order for them to give me credit for the money they already took from me and they still will not give me credit for it .I'll have to pay the full price over. Purposely told me the wrong information to get my credit card number knowing full well I didn't have the paperwork to attend the class . Then when I found out .called within 30 days to move me to a later class when I would have the paperwork requirements they refused and stole my money.

Experiencia negativa: I'm only giving two stars because of my teacher. She was very good at what she did. And very professional. But when it came to paper work and all that, I had to do everything. It's like when you get pulled over and go to jail they know all your information all my information is in the system so why should I have to pay extra for them to do their job. I had to pay for something twice because they didn't get paperwork that was faxed to them and it had nothing to do with me, but yet I had to stop my day to figure out what in the world happened so I could keep my license. Even though it was not my mistake I did everything I was supposed to do. The whole government system is a sham taxes and all. I don't mean to be rude about this but I am just giving a opinion.

Experiencia negativa: Very unprofessional and incompetent staff. They informed me over the phone that there was only one 12 hour course offered. Later I learned this was not true. I was supposed to be enrolled in a 12 hour ADI class in cape coral (called the cape location to register) course for excessive speeding, however the person who registered me told me to go to a 12 hour class, I later found out that the address she gave me was to a 12 hour DUI class which was in cape coral. The class she actually registered me for was the in Fort Myers. So I show up both days, my instructor who also works for this company never told me I was in the wrong class. I wasted 12 hours of my time and money (because they would not refund me my money) going to the wrong class, and I did not receive certification for the right class because of a mistake on their part. Why if I call the cape coral location did they schedule me to be in the Fort Myers location. I am now in jeopardy of losing my license because of this company. I also have very bad lower back problems and they had the most uncomfortable chairs in the class room that I ended up attending for no reason. In order to keep my license I have to go for another 12 hours, waste more time, and money (have to take off work to go because they only have class on Friday and Saturday.) and on top of that they won’t refund me my money. This company is a scam, they took my money, never gave me certification, and didn’t offer me a refund. All I wanted to do was just get my school over with but now I have to go for another 12 hour class because there staff told me to go to the wrong place where the class was being held at the wrong time. I will be taking my class somewhere else, and also contacting my credit card company and making a dispute against this company. I’ve also filed an official complaint with the company with the Better Business Burea. No one should enroll to go to driving school here because no one within the company has a clue to what’s going on.

Go some place else for this class, somewhere else where they treat their clients with respect! The cop/probation officer Jennifer should be fired! She was late 45 minutes for the last class and wa very rude to people! bad experience! i do not recommend them to anyone period!
