Experiencia negativa: Currently I’m in the program, horrible experience, Sal was helpful to extend! But his Manger Rosa is horrible! She charges me 30$ cause I was late (((10 minutes ))) due traffic, she spoke to me very rude and very aggressive in the back office! I shared with her that I have a medical condition and that prevent me to do my life essentials! She made fun on my disability! Tho she didn’t care and she threatened me that she will determinate me from the program! 20 mins of bullying and disrespect! And I had to take it cause I was afraid that she determinate me! And she continued that she can easily determinate you! I couldn’t afford to get back to court! And she said they will like you jail a lot!!! That was so horrible to hear! I have to continue with them anyway! Horrible, Horrible Horrible

Experiencia negativa: This place is very unprofessional. I was enrolled in a three month class and got dropped for a very stupid reason. December 18th I missed a class. My classes were every Wednesday from 5:10 to 7:10 and the next following week was the 25th which was Christmas Day and the week after that was New Year’s Day so we were also off for break that day as well. Fast-forward, I try to join my class yesterday and I’m not able to join so I call and ask what’s going on and they told me I’m dropped from the program because I hadn’t been to a class in 21 days. I explained to them that the last two weeks were holiday break and they told me that I should’ve come in to reschedule a class I missed but when I called and asked them when I need to reschedule, they told me “as long as I come in before February 13th to reschedule I’ll be fine.”What should’ve happened is when I called to see what I needed to reschedule they should’ve informed me that I would’ve went over the 21 days because of holiday break. I didn’t know that holiday break counted as part of the 21 days when I couldn’t have even attended my class if I wanted to because both those days were on holidays. I paid a lot of money to be in this program and have only missed one class and got dropped. It’s just really unprofessional and it seems like it was designed for someone to fail because they’re telling me I should’ve come in to reschedule but when I called and asked them when I should reschedule, they told me I had until February 13th to do so. The Anaheim office and the corporate office are not on the same page at all And it’s really sad to see the lack of sympathy regarding my situation. I would not recommend ABC traffic to anyone.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible customer service . If I could give them 0 stars I would . They do not work with you . Beware you will have to pay a $30 fee for everything that you change . I understand missed appointments , but if you try to reschedule in advance there is a fee. I moved while in this program and still they will not assist you in any way. When you call some of the office staff doesn't listen, talks over you and then doesn't answer the question that you have . The gentleman in the front office is nice and tries to help. This has to be the worst program ever! Don go here . They may appear to be less expensive, but after all the ridiculous fees youĺl end up probably paying more than other programs. On a positive note all the counselors are nice.

Experiencia negativa: What a terrible first experience. Regardless if your a drunk or an individual who made a first mistake (like me, no traffic violations since 16, am 41 now, literally first terrible first offense mistake that I will never make). We are all customers paying you for a service. Made an appointment, went and no one had any record of me existing. The boy at the front counter could care less of anything but what he feels is the bottom line. All he cared about if I was going to make a $250 deposit or not. Literally. I even called the number that called me and spoke to a some what nice lady who I expressed my concerns about the boys terrible customer service. Not only did she back him up but attempted to excuse his behavior by saying "he is self reserved and is straight to the point". No lady. His job should be to provide excellent customer service when his job is dealing with CUSTOMERS. I'm glad I read the reviews and found a different location. Please read the reviews and understand that this place is not a place to go to, especially when your attempting to do the right thing and straighten up your situation.

Experiencia negativa: $30 reschedules, go elsewhere. charged for *not marking my attendance*, since they've decided that's the cost of adminstration. the issue is that i did attend. im been pressured multiple times to leave good reviews. i will not be doing so. there's a lot of other dui programs in the county, please don't go here.

Experiencia negativa: The instructor classes are awesome but the staff feels entitled and feels like they are smarter than everybody if I had hadn't paid them up front I would have gone somewhere else

Experiencia positiva: Andre and Rosa are awesome. Would give 5 stars but the receptionist lady is terribly rude for no reason. She called me literally demanding me to pay 30 dollars for missing my class when I was in fact there and I had proof. She was like sorry and hung up all quick. Idk her name but I've only ever seen her in the front. She's the worst, acts like she's better than everyone because we're in an unfortunate situation. Despicable, no.compassion.

Experiencia fantástica: Counselor Andrea is the man at the ABC Traffic School. He is very professional and he sincerely cares about your well being. The heart of a lion.

Experiencia negativa: I just left this location in Anaheim for ABC traffic school on July 19 2024 around 3:40 PM. I was immediately turned away by the most unprofessional lady I have ever encountered. Yesterday when I called I was told I had everything I needed already and did not need this paper. I left work early just to now be told I need it and be turned away in a rude matter. I will not be returning here and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The education sessions have really opened my eyes to further knowledge of how to maintain sobriety and the importance of the people you surround yourself with. Andre is one of my counselors and has shown me that we are human and people make mistakes but taking life one day at a time and saying no is acceptable.

This place cost me twice as much as if I went someplace else. Huge headache. Please listen to the other reviews they are facts!! Save yourself the time and stress. What a nightmare.

Very unprofessional waiting on hold for more than 45 minutes to speak to the supervisor since she’s the one who charged my mom for being hospitalized but instead hangs up the call!! So glad she’s done with this place

Upon intake the lady who was giving me the run down and asking questions was extremely rude and judgmental towards me. I went in for my in person only to find out it had been rescheduled for a week later with out any notice for me. Now I have to take another day off work... avoid this place like the plague

Experiencia negativa: WORST PLACE EVER!!! The girls in the front are all incompetent and do not know what they are doing. They lose your card almost weekly. They will call you and tell you that you missed class and need to go back to court when you clearly were in class and signed the roster. They will call you and tell you that you need to make an appointment that you already made and they have on the books. They are never on the same page and are all rude! Do not waste your time with this place. It is a nightmare and you will regret it.

Experiencia positiva: They didn’t call me saying it was about To be 21 days which is the max amount of time to reschedule an appointment. Now I have to go back to court. They should at least remind you.. But overall it’s a nice place, & the staff are nice people. I’d choose this one over the rest.

They will not allow any break from the 2-hour block have to be in class oh, I'm a caretaker for my grandpa and I even a minute or two early to leave take care of him will guarantee me the time for the class

Experiencia fantástica: hello ABC staff members or information that can be shared. I attended this school for 6 months and completed in 2002 . I turned in court my certification due ti court orders , what there be a way to get a copy for the DMV they have a hold on my license and will not return till completed. May any info help thank you.

Experiencia negativa: A staff member who shall not be named here (female), threatened a family member of mine, despite the fact that my family member was following all the rules and being polite. Also, my family member was misinformed by a different staff member (male), nearly getting them in trouble. This threat was unjustified and absolutely disrespectful. There should be no excuse for staff members to hold leverage over someone who is diligently taking accountability for their mistakes.
