Experiencia negativa: I am very disappointed of this school. I was ripped off in this place the prices they have online are not the same they give you when you get there, supposely they give you a discount when you pay for both the Adult Driving Education course and the Road Test at the same time $260 for both. On their website the Adult Education Course has a price of $150 and the Road Test $100. So if they charged me $260 for both there is no discount at all according to their online prices. Besides that I was not told that after 90 Days I would loose my money, even after I already took the Adult Education Course They did not informed me before I made my payment About their 90 Day Policy I tried to schedule my appointment . For my Road Test and they said & need to pay $100 more because it has been more than 90 days and I lost my "discount". Even after I explained to them that I was having problems with DPS sending me my drivers permit. Basically they just took my $110. They only care about taking your hard earn money and don’t respect their advertised prices.

Experiencia negativa: Unapologetic, unprofessional staff including inept front desk person and driving instructor. Had a 2:00 appt for a road test, an instructor shows up after 2:30 with an attitude stating “I’m on vacation I shouldn’t even be here.” Then tells the secretary “cancel their appt” and walks out. Owner attempted to rectify the situation, however, she clearly needs new staff as per the multiple poor reviews before mine.

My daughter paid for a Saturday class but was not informed that it was a Spanish class only because the majority of the people that were there that day were Spanish speaking. They should have told her before they took her money that it was going to be a Spanish speaking class. She would have went back another time. Very unprofessional place.

Experiencia fantástica: We moved here a year ago and our son needs to get his drivers license. We looked at our options and selected Drivers Point Driving School. It was an excellent choice. The instructors are professional and extremely easy to work with. It was the best choice we could of made. I would recommend them to anyone. Very affordable. Oh yes, my son now has a Texas Drivers License. Respectfully, Mike Burr

Experiencia negativa: The worst. Waste of money. They don’t even know what they’re doing. They just care about the money, after you pay they don’t even try to even teach you or keep you calm. They have no patience. I ended up learning on my own lol. It’s also very dirty.

Experiencia negativa: The instructor I had (at the Holland location) seemed to not care about her job and she was distracted at times, and also on her phone, she seemed to also lack the patience necessary for a driving instructor. Due to all that honestly, it feels like I didn’t make much progress, and could’ve probably made the same progress practicing my driving skills with a friend or family member. I feel robbed of my time and money. It sucks that I already payed for all 7 lessons. I need my money back.

Experiencia fantástica: It’s been many years that I haven’t had my license I was a bit scared but after taking the class I felt totally confident and actually refreshed my memory on things I had forgot and had my doubts. Highly recommend this school the teachers take their time and explain it the easiest way possible. Teacher is bilingual is a plus. God Bless Elva G

Experiencia fantástica: TWO WORDS: HIDDEN GEM! To begin with, I’ve been a student apart of Driver’s Point in Jacinto City, TX (basically Houston) from 2018 - 2021. Almost three years. I just got my license last month! :) The reason it took me a while is because of personal issues, I didn’t have the time to get my permit and license shortly right after each other. I got my permit after completing the in-class hours and passing the test. The environment reminds you of credit union: family-friendly, safe and always trying to help you the best way possible. I love the fact that anyone at Driver’s Point was able to help me and answer the 10,000 questions I always have lol. They make making payments quick, easy and understanding. They are very good on keeping a file of me and my records. The class instructions are done in a small classroom, yet the desks are a safe distance away from each other due to Covid-19 and all. Everyone wears a mask and anyone in there is super super polite! For those who speak Spanish, everyone is bilingual! I truly truly cannot say enough about Driver’s Point because they helped me reach a goal I’ve been working towards for a while. Shoutout to: Yvette, whom I did my road test with - she is the total OPPOSITE of those stories you hear about the mean road testers. She’s professional, NICE, and even advised me on some car recommendations. Ms. Salinas - The owner, theeeee best. I did my driving with her and she always made me feel comfortable while driving, and who gave me some of the best driving tips ANYTIME we drove! Star - the receptionist. Very nice, sweet, and organized! Same with the other receptionists or anyone you call for questions. I would advise this hidden gem to anybody and trust me, I’m not just saying that. I even have a driver’s point business card in my car, lol. Thank you for what y’all do @ Jacinto City location on Holland!

Experiencia negativa: Due to shopping and heavy traffic today I dropped my son off late for his driving school. The instructor which is the owner had the audacity to say I needed to bring his binder or either come pick him up from driving school! Granted the trainees are suppose to come to class prepared, however, the driving school has been paid $400 plus to TEACH the class whether or not a person is prepared that is his/her own decision and MONEY that is being wasted!! Therefore, my son should have been IN CLASS with the other trainees NOT THE LOBBY!!! I did not pay for the lobby, I hope the owner becomes more knowledgeable with the way she is operating the establishment because if ran incorrectly it can lead to a lawsuit or the contract with DPS to end; this IS NOT A FREE COURSE!! Driver's Point Driving School is being paid by the trainees; they aren't paying the trainees. I have had my commercial license for fifteen years in addition to being a CDL trainer; I currently work for Metro of Houston. Hopefully we'll come to an understanding tomorrow and my son will receive the instructions that he was deprived today after I PAID for him to receive training; it is not like he left his permit at home that would be different

Experiencia negativa: All the staff are very unprofessional. They ALL use curse words around Student drivers and even towards them. One of the ladies there would compare me to other kids and had a very VERY short temper. She isn’t the only one that would make other student drivers cry. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only who had complained about this issue. The staff here are crooks, they helped other students cheat on tests and things like that. I am still wondering why to this day this business isn’t shut down. And if one of the staff is reading this, they should absolutely not act surprised about what I am saying. They know exactly what they are doing and the truth will always come out. Good day.
