Experiencia negativa: Yalisa Larosa please stop emailing me. I have asked multiple times now. I looked into AAA car insurance and have been harassed ever since. Definitely not the way to gain a customer. I’ll stick with State Farm.

Experiencia negativa: I've been a AAA member for 20 years and have always had good experiences with AAA until visiting this location. I came in to register a 5'x8' utility trailer. I didn't have the trailer with me that day. The person at the desk told me to go get the trailer, take it to a CAT scale, get a weigh ticket, and then bring the weigh ticket and the trailer back to AAA so that the AAA agent could verify the VIN on the trailer. I went and paid $14 to CAT to weigh my trailer and then brought it to AAA. Then the guy (who was the branch manager by the way), was very rude and gaslighted me and told me they would never tell me to go weigh the trailer at CAT and that it needs to be done by a mechanic and that he wasn't even allowed tk verify the VIN. Avoid this horrible branch at all costs.

Experiencia fantástica: Exceptional customer service! As a new resident to PA I needed some assistance with my title release and registering my out of state car for PA. Cynthia was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable, not to mention very patient with me in answering all my questions. She set my mind at ease and immediately handled everything. Saving me from having to go to PennDOT to take care of this was simply priceless! Kathleen was also very helpful and friendly and completed the process for me when all the paperwork was filed. Special thanks to Dan who went above and beyond as well. Highly recommend AAA Central Penn in Hummelstown!

Experiencia fantástica: Kathleen E. at the Hummelstown location recently assisted us in the title transfers of a camper and a utility trailer. Experiencia negativa: This website is useless. When I got to this site it asked for my zip code. I put in 17036 (Hummelstown) and it said I was outside their area?? Chuck Trenn #869907600. I am a 17 year member!

Experiencia positiva: Phone number keeps going to "ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE". I do not need roadside assistance I want to speak with someone that is actually in the Hummelstown office. I have called twice now, first time transferred, and disconnected, second time transferred and had to leave a message. I have now been trying for over half an hour.

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing people, i dealt with this branch a couple of times. Paperwork was handled by Ashley, she was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Usually people at other AAA branches are not familiar in how to notarize a title to a dealership, Ashley was a pro. The process was fast and painless and she didn't even ask for a fee!!! Thank you Ashley for making those transactions easy and fast.

Experiencia positiva: Came here to do a title transfer and had to deal with the rudest person imaginable, when I came back I had a manager who was way nicer and was far more helpful than the one lady who was rude. Most of the other staff seemed nice enough though.

Experiencia negativa: Had the displeasure of working with a very unpleasant young lady yesterday. Her happiness was dependent on shooting down all my requests and adding extra fees. Really terrible service. I would NEVER go there again and will be lodging a complaint about her.
