Experiencia fantástica: The Driver's Ed class and Behind the Wheel couldn't have been easier. Everyone involved was great, and helped my daughter learn so much. Mr. Steenis was amazing and made my daughter feel so comfortable when driving and learning.

Experiencia negativa: This place is trying to silence me I had a horrible experience here they deleted my review and also denied my experience ever happening, the red hair teacher is racist she called me an Indian when I am Native American and had the audacity to say it’s the same thing then make indigenous callings and put her hand up to her head like feathers very offended by her actions, she also failed me on the written test on purpose I asked if I can look over it again to see what I go wrong and she said, “No I don’t wanna dig for it” but when another student(white) comes up and ask for her paper she happily said yes and gave it to them. I then had to retake the test at the dmv costing me money(got every question right) she would call me out during class for no reason complained about anything I did and tried to embarrass me in class. After the classes and we moved onto on the road driving she had my friend as her student, my friend brought me up and the teacher began to talk about me criticizing the way I look and making fun of the way I dress saying, “I do too much” how is a grown women going to be so critical of a student I felt personally attacked by her, and for the owner to respond telling me I must’ve gotten the wrong school. I’m pretty sure I know what school I went to I’m not stupid. If I could I’d rate this a 0/5 experience sad to see people are still prejudiced to this day. I think her name is Mrs Guilbert btw just be careful with her if you do attend at this establishment. If you do go I suggest going thru with Mrs Nitz she’s the only nice one she’s understanding she takes her time to explain things to you and she will actually teach you how to drive the right way the other teacher I had he did not wanna engage with me he taught me how to do things wrong until I switched with Mrs Nitz she even said he wasn’t doing his job right. I will have my lawyer contact you.

Experiencia fantástica: Passed the road test first try! All thanks to Mrs.Nitz, wonderful teacher and would not have gotten to where I am without her support and tips when on the road. If you are considering where to send your children, rest assured Mrs.Nitz is where you should go!

Experiencia fantástica: I thought that the behind the wheels were really informative & helpful. I think that I will be a very safe driver. Ms. Nitz was very fun to talk to, and I actually looked forward to my lessons even if they were early in the morning. We laughed a lot and she was very chill and made you feel comfortable even when you weren’t sure what to do or how to do something. I also recommend taking full advantage of the two hours that you get to practice and ask questions.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't remember the name of the sweet girl in the office but she is friendly, and quick to respond. And Ms. Nitz is the BEST!! She is kind, funny and more then just a driving instructor! My daughter actually looks forward to the early morning wake up calls just to hang out with her. She is also friendly to try to get you in the schedule if you need to reschedule. We will miss her!

I feel like I have learned so much from spending just 12 hours with her, and I feel she has taught me not only driving tips but also just life things! She’s like the cool aunt that you can go too for all of your life problems and she will have the best and most funny response! I take my test in 2 days and feel confident thanks to her help! I can’t recommend this program enough!

Experiencia positiva: My son went through this school and it was fantastic. However it has slipped in the last few years. The instruction was fine but there is much disorganization in attempting to schedule driving lessons. We scheduled a lesson, and cleared our calendar for that time. I called to verify the time- as they note scheduled times cannot be communicated in written format. They had no lesson scheduled. Three of us were present on speakerphone when the lesson was scheduled (due to a previous mix-up in scheduling); yet they have no knowledge of it. It seems odd that there would be no way to send a customer written verification. Though if lessons were in writing, they would not be able to charge people for seemingly "missed" lessons and errors rescheduling on their part. What's even more upsetting is that if I had not called the verify, my daughter would have been waiting alone by the tennis courts of her school for a driving instructor that apparently had no intention to show up.

We had such a great learning experience and we all passed our drivers Ed temps test! Ms Nitz is AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend you/your children go through this driving school!!! Great people, great communication, and great atmosphere!!! Love these guys especially Ms. Nitz (my life advisor)

Experiencia fantástica: We used Tri County for both of our sons. We had the pleasure of working with both Bryan and Dave, and they both did an excellent job. They were great at keeping us informed of what skills to be working on, and were accommodating of our scheduling needs. The office staff was always very helpful as well!

She tried her best to remember things about everyone and that made the experience so much better. I learned so much from her and I will always be thankful. Every time I had behind the wheel we would always have non stop conversations. It was never boring driving with her. We had a ton of laughs. She would ask us about our lives and what was going on. She got to know all of her students. She is such a sweet and wholesome person. I highly recommend driving with her.

Experiencia fantástica: During drivers ed I had Ms.Nitz as my teacher, she made the class enjoyable and something to look forward too everyday. She knew what she was doing and didn’t look miserable during her time spent with the kids. Never have I ever heard a bad thing about her. Everyone whose had her loves her. I then requested her for my behind the wheel instructor and she made me feel more relaxed and comfortable while driving. I also look forward to my behind the wheels because I get to talk to Ms.Nitz. Hands down the best! Highly recommend her as your teacher to learn to drive!

Experiencia fantástica: The driving class was very hands on and is a great way to learn everything you need to know. The instructors are extremely down to earth and they are very understanding. Behind the wheel may seem very nerve wracking but once you get there it’s easy. I have Ms.Nitz and she is externally down to earth and caring for all of her students, she will help you along the way if you need help. (As well as the other instructors)

Experiencia fantástica: Took drivers education with Mr. Metzger. I had a good experience. Passed my drivers test the first time, so thats a win!

Experiencia fantástica: Really helpful for learning how to drive, I became more experienced after only 2 lessons already and started understanding roads and "rules" of driving. It was fun, too, I was able to make friends with my instructor while still learning about what to do. The only thing that I found a little frustrating was how far away they were parked when picking me up from my school, and how little time I had to gather my things from my locker and walk what's usually an 8 to 10 minute walk, in 6 minutes. Sure, the instructors wait, but I still felt time crunched.

Experiencia negativa: This school is horrible to work with. Behind the wheel are always at least a month out. Rescheduling is even worse. Communication and customer service is less than satisfactory.

Experiencia negativa: This place is terrible. Customers service is horrible not enough drivers to teach teenagers how to drive even if this place had enough drivers it would still sucks. Don't waste your time or money at this location there are better driving courses in Appleton area. Women who have kids of colors don't send your child here BEWARE!!

Experiencia fantástica: I’m still thrilled that I passed the road test in the first time! Mr.Gawinski is really punctual and patient, which makes my preparing process easier during school day. I would suggest not only teenagers but also adults to take behind-the-wheel at least 3 times to make sure that you instinctively know what to do in all kinds of situations. Feel lucky that I went to the right place from the start! Thanks a lot!

Experiencia negativa: Even though they have a supposed “cancellation policy” you can’t call on saturdays or sunday’s. My weekly work schedule comes out on saturday night, so i don’t know if i am working on monday until saturday. I was scheduled to work and had a behind the wheel, and had to pay 45 dollars to cancel since i couldn’t call until monday morning. Also, my driving instructor was MEAN and creepy. It was my first behind the wheel and first time driving ever, and he would roll his eyes and make sarcastic comments. I dreaded every appointment, and my friends agreed too. He also made you initial his schedule book across his lap, which was weird. I am the customer, and i am PAYING money to be taught how to drive so it is my right to give my opinion.

Experiencia fantástica: I took my behind the wheel with Tri County Driving School, and had a great experience. They worked around my sports schedule and my instructor (Mr. Rodgers) was awesome. I highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My teenager was very afraid to learn to drive and Tri County Driving School made her feel comfortable and allowed her to take her time. Thank you for helping her feel comfortable behind the wheel.

Experiencia negativa: The customer service is terrible, the communication with the parents is worse. As a parent, I like to be informed about my kid's schedule. I received none of the correspondence or notifications from the school. We had a possible scheduling conflict. When I said the notifications should also be sent to the parents, Lynn (receptionist) said it was their belief that if the child is responsible enough to drive, she should be able to manage her own schedule. I was also told that there is NO WAY to get a message to the instructor during the day which also speaks to the non-existent communication here. Sadly, with very little competition, Tri-County doesn't have to care what you think.

Experiencia fantástica: Tri County is very good with instrustineing young adults and are very understanding when you have to change your driving time and day! We have had excellent service from them, we are almost to the end of are session and we are pleased with the result !!(:)
