Experiencia negativa: This company is a sham. This company is not registered with the State of Georgia as a DDS approved course. This caused my 16 year old daughter not to be able to get her license on her birthday. The company was of no help when I contacted them. They stated, that they did not renew their certification and did not have an answer as to when it would be ready. This prevented us from printing the required certification for the DDS. That being said, they gladly took the money and didn’t mention anything about their certification being expired. No one from management really calls you back like they say either. I wouldn’t use them!!

Experiencia fantástica: I really enjoyed my behind the wheel training especially because of my instructor Carl Pollitt. Not only was he very friendly which made me feel more comfortable, but he was also very knowledgeable. When he corrected me, he made it in a way that made me learn from my mistakes instead of afraid of repeating them. Through his repetitive use of acronyms like SMOG, I have also engrained these protocols and made them a habit. Apart from this, he was also very kind to my parents and made sure they knew what we were learning every step of the way. Because of him I feel safe and confident in my driving skills and without a doubt, would recommend him to any other student.

Experiencia fantástica: AMIAH LANDIN- CARL PILLOTT I completed my final driving lesson with Carl Pillott who was very easy to understand and well to converse with. We worked on various parking like parallel, reverse, and pulling into. With his instructions, I was able to park without being nervous in a crowded area. We also reviewed what will be expected on the actual drivers test which gave me a better idea of what will be asked on my actual test. I am glad I got Carl as my instructor.

I started off from driving around in a Costco parking lot, to a residential area, and to driving out in the main roads. I had Carl Pollitt and he was a great instructor over all. He taught me what I needed to know to be prepared for my drivers test and I really recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone to teach them how to drive because I definitely improved on my driving schools. A few errors and improvements needed here and there but overall, I learned a lot in five lessons! :) definitely recommend this instructor.

Experiencia negativa: While the driving instructors were excellent the customer service is a total joke. I am writing this while on hold now for over 30 minutes because we did not receive the final DMV slip after my daughter completed her training. This is after they completely hosed up the non-driving portion of her test....twice! I begged her to use a different company for behind the wheel instruction but she thought it would be fine. What a joke. Stay away if you can. We are completely screwed and now have to reschedule jer driving test, if they ever answer the call to send us the docs they owe us.

Experiencia fantástica: Just completed my 6 hour behind the wheel driving practice with an awesome instructor Carl Pollitt. I had a little experience behind the wheel but I was still nervous to drive but he made me feel comfortable behind the wheel. After my second lesson I felt really confident because of him and overall he’s a really great instructor.

I was a brand new driver on my first lesson and he made me feel comfortable and eased me into the more complicated stuff as I was progressing. By the 3rd day I was confident enough to go on the freeway thanks to his help. Overall Carl helped me become a more confident and safe driver.

I took this driving course because I never attempted to drive on the freeway due to the fact that I was scared, so I told him. And upon telling him he assured me that he will help me get over my fear. I really appreciated that he did not display concern and was confident in teaching me how to drive on the freeway. Saying this, he will meet, and accommodate, the needs and goals that you are trying to accomplish for that session. Thus, I enjoyed his service and instruction and I recommend anyone (inexperienced, or somewhat experienced in driving) to request him as an instructor.

Experiencia negativa: Horrible Company with miserable customer support. Stay away! This company has absolutely the worst customer support. They leave you on hold for hours if you call, and the same thing via chat. Worst is that they promised to deliver my daughter's certificate by 12pm the next day, for which I paid $28, and it never arrived! As a result my daughter missed her DMV appointment. Of course, I tried to call them again, but they just put me on endless hold. What horrible support.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr. Hong was a great instructor because he repeated the same words and thought over and over again, this is what made him different from other instructors. He took the time to go through the process of different techniques throughly that are used while driving and also explained what I needed to know to prepare for when I go to take my drivers test.

Experiencia fantástica: I had not touched a steering wheel until a week ago when i passed the paper test, and the only SoCal dmv wheel test i could book was a week away. I quickly bought 3 lessons at driversed with only a sliver of hope that i could learn enough to pass the test. However, in just 6 hours with Amy and James, I was able to go from 0-60 (no pun intended), and today I passed the drive test with flying colors. All thanks to Amy and James!
