I called to gather information for my teen daughter and all he would tell me is go to dmv first then call me , I was just trying to see the what was needed for my teen daughter, at the end he just hung up on me ! If this is the way they treat people on phone I don’t want to imagine how they treat people in person !!!

Experiencia negativa: Jimmy was awful anyone who said he was good is only saying that because jimmy himself ask’s for your phone and then takes a picture of you and writes his own review, the whole “6” hours we drove he said about 4 words to me, gave no instructions and if he did it was repeaditly telling me to get in the right lane if you want to get driving school done fast go to jimmy and if you want to fall asleep because your driving instructor made you stop at Costco for gas for 30 minutes also go to jimmy

Experiencia negativa: WOW! Very Very rude Owner/Operator. Asked me if I was male or female before giving me price !! … He was upset about me asking the 2 questions about the service provided . It seems to me that it would be very difficult to receive a lesson from this person if he is angry about me asking a question. The person angrily told me THEY DO NOT OFFER THEIR VEHICLES FOR THE ACTUAL DRIVER TEST . Even though it’s advertised on their website . Be aware, very sketchy services offered and not the best person to teach you anything. I wouldn’t let him teach me how to make a sandwich let alone how to operate a vehicle. Many other places offer better services and better prices.

Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t even give this place a single star to start off. I thought based on the about if stars this “place” had I actually thought it’d be a good choice. So my called and Jimmy picked up. We asked if someone spoke Spanish and he said no only English. So she passed the phone to me and I spoke to him in english asking if he could tell me the exact location of his “office” so we could go there in person and see what he had to offer. Before he even answered my question he told me he only accepted people who spoke English and my mom couldn’t speak Spanish. He then rudely told me “it’s just there” and I told him I was having a hard time finding the address and he said it’s all online. Once again I told him I know that but I still wasn’t able to find it. I was hoping he’d be nice and just simply give me the address but he just said “oh well too bad, bye bye” and hung up on me. What type of service is that? He was so rude and couldn’t even answer a simple question. Not to mention just because he heard my mom speaking Spanish he said he only gave lessons to people who spoke English. We ended up finding the address and when we showed up it’ wasn’t even an office m. It’s was a house and it felt really sketchy. We ended up knocking on the door and when Jimmy came he was still not answering our questions properly and had this rude tone in his voice. I even asked him who exactly would be my instructor and he ignored my question. Over all it felt very sketchy and he was really rude. I HIGHLY dont recommend this place

Instructor did not teach me a thing, did not provide any guidance nor explained any of the rules. I managed to find another instructor from a different driving school in time to help me pass the test."

Experiencia negativa: 04/28/2023: Paid Action Driving School $420 for 3 driving lessons for my teenage daughter this was for a 6-hour class. 4/28/2023- The first 2hr-lesson was successful 05/07/2023- Upon completing the second 2 hours my daughter came home upset. Jimmy was very rude and she stated that he would yell at her and answer sarcastically when she asked a question. My daughter said that she was almost in an accident and Jimmy was livid. I texted Jimmy to figure out what had happened and he accused me of not training my daughter well. I politely asked for a refund he said no refund. I asked if it was ok to reschedule and for the next time to have another adult in the car. Jimmy said OK On 05/02/2023 Jimmy came at 0707 for the last lesson. I asked my husband to join our daughter but Jimmy refused to have another adult in the car. I asked for my refund once again or another driver but he declined and took off My daughter did not learn anything from him. She was so scared and petrified to go back on the road. That explains the time gap from the last lesson. I had to reassure her than one of us was going to be with her during the lessons in order to calm her down only for Jimmy to change his mind. Jimmy is extremely rude, greedy and insensitive. stay aware from him!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a new driver (27 years old without experience and anxious). Jimmy really took the time to teach me and be patient. I now feel confident driving defensively on the roads. I started practicing Thursday May 13 and got my license on May 18! Less than one week and one time pass! I have been putting off getting my license for quite some time because I was too scared. Jimmy’s mode of teaching made me confident and believe in myself. Jimmy really took the time to accommodate my schedule and even scheduled my driving test for me. I truly recommend jimmy to all drivers!

While I’m at work telling me he’s gonna cancel of I don’t reply and he just very unprofessional overall don’t waste your time I read the reviews and he takes peoples phones and write 5 starts reviews himself doesn’t even deserve 5 starts

Experiencia negativa: Not the nicest guy, nor a great instructor overall. I don’t know why he has so many good reviews, but he really isn’t a teacher or an appealing person anyway. Check his Yelp page for more accurate reviews. Sometimes he is pretty rude, hard to tell if it’s because of his accent or he is just genuinely a rude person. Completely inattentive to your driving, and doesn’t give any recommendations/tips/suggestions. Says pretty obvious things which aren’t really even tips “The light is green. Go” is about the most advice you’d get. Sometimes yells at you if you make a mistake, but once again, maybe it’s just an accent. He’s really great if you just want to get a certificate quickly, because his availability is very open; but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use his services at all. Sorry Jimmy, I’m giving you 1 star as an instructor, because you are not one

Experiencia negativa: the driving instructor jimmy wong was absolutely horrible. he forced my daughter to pull over to make a doctor appointment for his girlfriend. When she asked him for the name of his girlfriend he said he didn't know how to pronounce it. he was half an hour late the first time and only took her out for an hour and a half. All the other times he only took her to drive for an hour and a half as well. He forced her to stop at the dmv so he could use the restroom. He was constantly talking on the phone in Chinese and not teaching her how to drive whatsoever. he would take her in the same loop over and over again. he would talk very sternly to her when she would make a simple mistake. do not go to this driving school he is absolutely unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: I arranged lessons for my husband who has been a long time driver in Ontario. He drove with Jimmy for 4hours and Jimmy corrected some bad habits he picked up over the years. Jimmy arranged the behind the wheel driving test within two days, and he passed; a nearly perfect score. Thanks Jimmy!

The best reason is because he has so much experience, knows what first time drivers think and knows how to correct them so they will always drive safe. With all of his help I managed to pass my test with only one point missing.

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to Jimmy for helping transform from a stupid, complete nervous wreck to just a stupid guy who took 2 tries to pass the driving exam (in Carmichael). It did take a number of lessons due me taking breaks on and off but he teaches you the right way.

Experiencia negativa: Jimmy is a chill teacher, but he didn’t really teach me anything that I don’t already know. Also he asked for my phone and wrote a review and 5 stared himself on my two accounts. Honestly if you want to get this behind the wheel training done in a week I suggest jimmy, but if you want to learn new things I wouldn’t recommend. Also he kept slamming on his set of breaks a lot more than he should’ve. For $360 i wanted helpful tips and help navigating sac. We went in circles for 40 minutes instead of going on to new streets and helping me gain different experiences. Yelled at me when I couldn’t find his car after giving me poor directions. Very frustrating, but in the end I completed my drivers training without learning any new knowledge in 4 days for $360. I’m pretty sure most of these reviews were written by jimmy on his students phones. Sorry Jimmy, but this is my honest review.

Experiencia fantástica: The driving lessons were really good, I only had driving experience in neighborhoods before taking these lessons and, in three days of taking the lessons I was ready to take the driving test for the first time. I passed the test the first try with a good passing score. plus the action driving school made an appointment for me to take the test.
