Experiencia fantástica: I used ABC driving school to help me pass my test to get my license, and I also used it again to learn highway driving last year. I was very nervous to drive on the highway at first but the instructors were patient with me and gave me a lot of tips on highway driving to help me be safe on the road when driving alone in the future. Its been around 5 months since these lessons and I have been driving the freeway alone since, no accidents yet. Robbie and Courtney are great instructors and helped me become the confident driver I am now!!

Voy a escribir el resto en español por si hay alguien más que se sienta como yo y su caso sea parecido al mio, obviamente como residentes extranjeros debemos aprender el idioma, pero si tu eres un poco lento como yo y ya ocupas sacar la licencia y tienes miedo de hacer el examen de manejo porque no dominas el idioma, pero sí sabes manejar, toma el curso y desaparecen tus miedos, pagando dos clases puedes hacer el test en el vehículo de la empresa, son muy amables y pacientes. Y por si tienes duda de como hacer cita entras a su página, te piden algunos datos como tu dirección y los datos de tu licencia, pagas en línea y pasan por ti a la dirección que pusiste, y realizas la práctica en el vehículo qué lleva el instructor. Verás que es dinero bien invertido y que hasta vas a mejorar, Gracias de nuevo!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful to ABC driving! Courtney is an excellent instructor. She is kind, gentle and patient! If you are a more anxious driver I cannot recommend her more! I ended up failing my first test due to rushing and nerves and she encouraged me to not give up and I was able to pass my second time. Everyone in the office are also so friendly and helpful if I ever needed to call or reschedule a lesson. Driving lessons were expensive but worth every penny I now feel confident I can be a careful driver. Thanks Courtney and ABC driving! ❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Just wanted to say how pleased I was with the ease of signing my daughter up for lessons that worked with her school and after work schedule. We did a total of 5 classes with Noah doing majority of the training and listen he is absolutely the best. My daughter failed her driving test the first time but after detailed instructions and the amount confidence Noah gave my daughter she passed the second time around. I am so pleased with ABC Driving school but the credit goes to Noah & my daughter who never gave up. Thank you so much ABC & Noah

Experiencia fantástica: We bought 4 lessons for our son. He was nervous about the first lesson but Jim made him feel very comfortable. He asked what it was our son needed/wanted to work on, and both he and Noah were able to give him the confidence he needed. Everything about the process was smooth and customer service was very responsive when I needed them. I highly recommend this company. We feel like we have given our son every advantage to be a safe driver. Money well spent!

Experiencia positiva: I know every driver is different, but I really hate to have paid $400 with no feeling of ,success. My kid unfortunately did not pass his test. They did the 3 courses with my teen and took him to test on the 3rd one. 2 instructors were early and 1 was quite a bit late although she did make sure to do the full lesson this could have been an issue if we had other plans for that day. Unless I missed something online, there was no feedback to the parents about the lesson. Only if I caught the instructor before they left and asked. They didn't mention if they felt the student was test ready or what they covered in general during the lesson. We had to reschedule his test due to bad weather and they did good with that. Getting lessons scheduled and making payment was easy too. Overall I just really feel like he didn't get very much out of his lessons and we are still in the same place.

Experiencia negativa: Customer service is severely flawed. I don’t receive call backs, no one responds to my messages, there’s no way to sign in to this ‘student portal.’ If they don’t clear this up ASAP, I’ll ask for a refund and go to someone else.

He was the most patient and understanding instructor. He helped me with my fears and phobias. Experiencia negativa: My son completed the driving course with this company. He never received his certificate of completion nor has his account been updated showing he completed it. I paid $149 for 1 hour and 30 minute course he was out a little less than a hour. I have tried calling to get the certificate multiple times, you can't leave a message because the mailbox is full. I have sent multiple messages with no response. The customer service with this company is awful and I would not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m a 37 year old wife, mother of 2. And I always wanted to drive, but I also had so many fears of driving from being in a few car accidents growing up so I took the permit test in my early 20s and always managed to keep my permit up to date I’ve driven here and there throughout the years but never tried to take the drivers test. This year I made a promise to myself that I was going to get my license and go about it my way. I was no longer waiting for friends or family to take the time to try and teach me parallel parking and everything I needed to know to pass my road test. A coworker told me he had booked his teenage daughter five lessons at ABC driving school and he said it was the best decision for both his daughter and himself so I thought it would be the perfect idea for me. I called spoke with a rep and explained to her my situation and she paired me with the perfect instructor for me MrRobbie. He was patient and understood my fears and phobias and like my kids (15&9) he said I don’t give myself enough credit and I shouldn’t doubt myself so much I was able to schedule my road test a month later and with the same instructor I crushed my test and like my permit test I passed on my first try and I cried tears of joy and hugged MrRobbie soon as I got out the car. ABC Driving School was the BEST decision I made for getting my license ❤️❤️❣️

Experiencia fantástica: Purchased the 3 class package for my son. Today was his 1st sesson with Courtney. She arrived (and dropped off) promptly on Time. She asked me if there was anything specific I wanted him to work on, and off they went. My son got home and said she was really nice and that he felt very comfortable driving with her. I also later on this evening spoke with Christi on the phone and she was great as well, answered all the questions I had. 5/5 stars so far. Will come back and edit.

Experiencia fantástica: Our twin daughters each had three driving lessons with Robbie--he was wonderful. He clearly loves what he does and it shows. Both girls passed their tests on the first go and it saved me a lot of anxiety not having to take them on the interstate!

Experiencia fantástica: Update: i DID message them on facebook and get a reply and call back . So if you have this same issue, try this ! And shes friendly and has been a great help ! If i get a great instructor my review will go up more. 2nd update: the instructors are all AWESOME! So awesome thati had my permit for 6 years and had barely even driven and i PASSED my driving test with 4 lessons ! Not only that, but since i still have no car and am new, i may take a few more classes to get better at driving on highways and typical 2-4 lane streets ! Getting ahold of the school is tough but the actual instructors are great ! I definitely recommend them because i was NOT a good driver and although i still need some more practice, they definitely helped me with ALOT ! My instructors were Noah, Joe and Todd! Every one of them were very polite, appropriate, and helpful instructors who 100% had my best interest when it comes to driving.

Experiencia fantástica: Robbie was my instructor. He is truly an expert. He was so patient and kind with me throughout and did an amazing job teaching me to drive safe. Gave me quite useful tips which will be beneficial in the long run. I would highly recommend Robbie to anyone who wants to pass the test in the first attempt. He will build your confidence and make you a better driver.

Left messages that they didn't return. I assume that people who can't be bothered to run their business can only be so good at what they do. Disappointed because they came recommended

She took her time and answered all of my questions and gave me lot of good information. Robbie was great with my son and built his confidence and prepared him for the road test which he passed with flying colors!

Experiencia negativa: We purchased a 3 lesson package that included an escort and scheduling of her test. They never scheduled her test and told us when we got it scheduled they would take her because of the backup from Covid. When the time came they refused to keep their end of the deal. I asked for partial refund since we did not receive the full services that we paid for and they refused. They were very unprofessional and questioned my education and common sense. I filed a complaint on BBB. They never gave us a certificate of completion for an insurance discount either.

Experiencia fantástica: Robbie was awesome! Super nice guy who is extremely laid back and chill. He made me feel really comfortable. I was nervous starting off because I was just starting to drive but he gave me tons of helpful tips and information that I'll forever use while driving. Worth the money if you want to get some good driving lessons that'll not only help you pass your drivers test, but be a better driver after that in general!

Robbie was patient and did an amazing job teaching him safe driving habits, parallel parking, entering/exiting highway. I would highly recommend Robbie to any parent!

Experiencia negativa: I was giving my daughter a driving lesson at Bowman Field yesterday. We waited patiently in line until it was our turn to practice parallel parking. While we were practicing, Robbie, approached our vehicle to instruct us that we needed to circle around the building to keep the line moving. I asked him if he worked for Bowman Field and he stated that he did not. I felt that he was rude and interrupted the lesson that I was giving my daughter. I then proceeded to approach his car and asked if we could speak privately out of respect for his student and he declined. I have called the office phone several times to no avail. I'm not sure why he felt that he had the audacity to approach my car but it was unprofessional.

Experiencia fantástica: So, going to get super personal here. I am a recovering domestic violence victim and was super isolated. I was driver licenseless and inexperienced at the age of 28, completely dependent on other people to carry me around. I was terrified when I started the classes that my instructor would hate me because I was an anxious mess. I was so nervous my hands shook the entire time. I got Jim and requested him each time after. He is no doubt one of the most AMAZING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER MET! He was so PATIENT and soothing. I almost had a meltdown several times. He had me ready to pass my test the first go around after two classes with little to no experience driving. I am now driving very easily in my brand new car. I am so thankful and so blessed that someone like him was there to guide me. It's a new chapter in my life of independence and I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT MY INSTRUCTOR! PLEASE GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE! You have NO IDEA how hard it is for domestic violence victims to regain their individuality in their recovery from it and it's almost as if he has worked with many women/men in that department. He knew exactly the words to say to calm me down and make me confident. I only had 14.00 dollars in my wallet and when I passed my test and he HELPED PAY FOR MY LICENSE COPY at the courthouse in Bullitt county. He really took care of me. He was so professional the entire time but still made me feel like he was a friend and not just a teacher. The lady at the registration office is a wonderful, sweet lady who will walk you through and be super patient and informative about the process. They will work around you and with you to make sure you are prepped and ready. I know this is expensive but it's WORTH it! You deserve independence and these guys will take you with ZERO experience and make you a HERO! Promise!!!!!!! THANK YOU JIM!!!! YOU CHANGED MY LIFE ABC DRIVING SCHOOL

We came upon ABC Driving School very early on in our search and we could not be happier! Scheduling was very flexible and convenient. Experiencia fantástica: I had paid for 3 lessons where I could have 2 lessons and then the 3rd lesson was my test. The first lesson I had Tod and He was a great instructor. He took my to the dmv itself and took me over the basics of what to expect on my test and where ill be taking it at. He tought me everything I needed To know and all the little tips with it. The second lesson I had Perry, he was extreamly nice and helpful. Helped me out with more stuff thats on my test and really just let me drive alot. On my 3rd lesson I took my test and passed on the first try. I so recommend ABC Dricing school. They are nice and the prices are great too.

Experiencia negativa: Called yesterday to schedule driving lessons. Woman on the other line hung up on me. I called back and she hung up on me again. I ended calling Kentucky Driving School instead and got someone that wasn't rude. I was considering them because they were the lowest prices that I could find. Now I won't ever consider them again until the lady gets some retraining or better yet, fired altogether, because that is what would happen to me if I ever did anyone like that over the phone!

Experiencia fantástica: Called for Todd based off of reviews, but was scheduled with Jim. He is a retired teacher, so was very patience and knowledgeable. I usually get nervous while driving his calm nature eased my nerves so my lesson went well.

Experiencia positiva: My original review was a 5 star because my first lesson was perfect. My second lesson (which was to be last) made me extremely nervous. The instructor was not the same was as my first lesson, so it was a different style of teaching. The switch was done on test day and to hear the instructor say I need more practice before my test had me agreeing.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been previously taking lessons with my hubby, so i just took the test throough ABC and a 45 minute lesson before the test I passed. The driver was wonderful, patient, and just plain awesome.

Experiencia negativa: These guys they only look for time. They will try to make money in advance and will only try to complete the hour. The person is learning or not they dont care. Paid full fee for two sessions and got lesson for 15 min and 30 min respectively. Very horrible experience. DONT GO TO THEM.

I passed my driving test I know I wouldn’t have passed if it wasn’t for him! I’ve tried another driving school before this and I failed and I legit feel like they didn’t care at all. ABC FAMILY cares if you pass or fail. I forgot my permit I had grab my ID thankful ABC found me another driver and let me wait in their office with the friendly phone lady ! She deals with some crazy people! I’m so greatful !! I’m telling you you will not regret choosing them !

Experiencia negativa: instructor was a crotchety old man who had no personality to speak of. He made no effect to be personable with me. He had me drive around on highways and downtown for an hour snapping at me the whole time. He would stop the car before I had a chance too. He was pretty much a grump. I only got in one hour drive time due to the fact he made me so ill at ease I just wanted to go home. Needless to say I failed my dmv test. it was a big waste of money and really I wish I would have called and complained, I should not have had to pay for a full session when all I got was an hour.

Experiencia negativa: I'd love to schedule a test for my daughter but I've called so many times in the past month and have been immediately asked to hold. And then I hold for 10 minutes and I finally have to hang up. It's ridiculous. They're not the only game in town. I don't know why they'd have such bad customer service.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a remarkable experience with ABC driving school; from scheduling the appointment, to the pickups and drops for classes and finally the driving test, everything was neatly organized. My instructors were very patient and understanding and made sure that I was comfortable and confident before the test. During the lessons, we went through all stages of the test at the actual test center; that way I got accustomed to the test ground which helped relieve my anxiety a lot. Thanks to ABC driving school, my driving test went remarkably smooth. I would highly recommend ABC driving school to all.

Experiencia fantástica: My instructor Todd was awesome! He's friendly and very patient. He's an experienced instructor so he knows what he was talking about. I needed to brush up on/(learn) a few things including my turns, driving on the highway, getting off the highway, etc. By the end of my lessons my turns improved significantly, I am able to drive on the highway and look over my left/right shoulder before switching lanes with ease (this was something I was nervous about doing). Todd prepares you for the test. You'll be able to parallel park, do a three point turn and everything in between to pass with confidence. I would recommend anyone looking to take driving lessons, take them here (flexible scheduling). Ask for Todd, you won't be disappointed. Thanks ABC Driving School!

Experiencia negativa: I've booked for 4 lessons with this company. I get my first lesson no problem. Discovered new problems I'm having behind the wheel, ok first time driver, being told I have to keep the car centered, really? No one gets it right the first time, it takes some practice. I've done some good in residential roads, even had to correct the instructor once when I pointed out the speed limit. Afterwards, I've been waiting on a call from them for another appointment and yet to hear nothing from them for months on end. Almost to a point where they've abandoned me. Whatever you do, don't waste your money with them its not worth it. So much for a tax refund well spent. More like a tax refund well wasted.

Experiencia negativa: Do not book through this school! Terrible customer service. We scheduled a lesson on a Sunday and had a conflict. We called twice on Saturday and left messages about the conflict and once on Sunday before the scheduled time to let the company know. The instructor showed up anyway. When we called on Monday to reschedule, the lady answering the phone was hateful and rude stating that she called to confirm on Friday and that they do not work on the weekends.LIFE HAPPENS and if you have lessons scheduled on the weekend you should check messages. I would not give this company any business and will be telling all of our friends to stay away from this company.

Experiencia negativa: When I walked in, the man I met seemed really nice and I thought I was in good hands. When I started driving, I realized that this old man was totally mean and creepy. He would always stop the car to yell at me and it did not make me feel safe at all. DONT GO TO ABC GO TO GREENLIGHT

Experiencia negativa: Upon walking in, this place immediately did not look professional and the woman with whom we spoke seemed neither particularly knowledgeable nor organized. But we thought that we would at least give it a shot since it was after all just a few driving lessons. Although not the best, the lessons seemed OK enough. Then, we called to schedule the driving test. She made no attempt to confirm with us whether the requested date had been arranged by any means after one week. The day before our requested test-date, we called to confirm during their normal business hours. No answer, left a message, no call back. Woke up early on that day and called for 2 hours during their business hours before she answered. After she told me that she had to schedule a different day, one I couldn’t do, I calmly expressed some frustration with her lack communication/organization, and she started yelling over the phone and became irate. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences in my life with bad businesses, but this is the first time I have been so disappointed that I was motivated enough to join Yelp and save others from this experience. Absolutely horrible experience.
