Experiencia negativa: Avoid like the plague. I was lied. They said I had insurance and was covered after paying cash. Turns out several days later I was informed I wasn't covered. They didn't tell me, the city housing department did. So when I showed up to get my money back, they say sorry you have to wait 2 weeks for a check to be mailed to me. The paperwork I was given when I left wasn't even the policy, it was just the application. Thanks for ruining things for me because of your incompetennce.

I have a clean driving record for a reason here I'm looking for another discount and they aren't trying to give them out I earned it...

Experiencia fantástica: I used to have Robert Taylor as my agent years ago, and their agent Angel was ALWAYS so very helpful every time I called. And their pricing was so much better than everyone else's, it was almost unbelievable. So when my wife and I bought our first homes and we needed to insure them, my wife began calling around and was getting discouraged by other providers due to the high quotes, and half of them said they've never insured 2 houses on 1 property. So I suggested that we call Robert Taylor. I gave them a call and asked for my old agent Angel to find out that she no longer worked there, but the lady on the phone (Shatris) would be willing to help me with a quote. Guys I'm telling you that I have never once dealt with someone so professional yet so very likable and personable... and she helped us save well over $1000 a year... we liked her so much that we switched to her for ALL of our insurance needs. I will absolutely be referring everyone I know to her for now on. Thank you so very much Shatris Molina, we couldn't have done this without you!

Experiencia negativa: Was with them for 17 years. I called roadside assistance because I locked my keys in the car with the car running. It took 4 hours to get service. 2 service calls were canceled and I didn't know until I called to check the status.... this is terrible. I canceled my insurance with them and im with a different company. Im very disappointed.
