We noticed big improvements in my son's driving after each lesson. Going into the test, my son felt pretty confident due to his lessons. Sean who administered the driving test was also exceptional, he also puts your child at ease and makes the experience stress-free. If you want to be sure your child learns how to be a safe driver, four-star is the place to go.

Experiencia fantástica: Four Star Driving School is a fantastic group of people. Our son did three driving sessions with them, and then the driving test. Tim was his instructor for the three sessions and did a wonderful job. While our son was probably confident in driving, having Tim giving him a professional perspective on some things and spending some time with him, was definitely an added value. It reduced my stress of teaching him. Brenda was awesome making sure our scheduled appointments were okay, even helping with rescheduling one of them. Joe was nothing but professional in executing the driving test. And hearing about the testing experience and comparing it to what I went through 30+ years ago…this would have been awesome to have as an option. Lastly, Sean and the rest of the group are a pleasure to deal with. Due to the added value of my son’s experience, we’ll be giving them a call in a couple of years for our daughter. Thank you all.

Experiencia fantástica: Five stars for "Four Star" (I would give them six if I could). My son did his lessons and test with them and it was an incredible experience. The first time they took him I was anxious to have him on the road and he came back ready to log his hours on the road. Every lesson he got exponentially better. His instructor (Jim) treated him with patience and a sense of humor. He also did a great job communicating with us about what to work with him on between sessions. Their picking him after school was incredibly convent. The insurance savings with the certificate were great. These folks are worth every nickel.

Experiencia fantástica: This was such a positive experience for both me and my son. There were certain aspects of driving that I didn’t feel confident teaching him and they took over. He gained so much confidence with each lesson. I feel more comfortable letting him out on his own now too.

Sean the owner was very friendly. Rob did the prep and she took her test with Joe. They all were great and can’t thank them enough for making this experience a good one.

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely could not recommend this school enough! This was the polar opposite of the DMV. The environment was welcoming along with the staff. Not only was my exam made less of a stressful experience, but it was also a chance for me to learn ways I could improve on my driving as the staff provided me with things they noticed during the exam. Everyone here was kind and helpful throughout the entire process and very understanding how stressful of a process this can be for some people. I would absolutely recommend getting an exam taken here. As I can not speak on lessons the school provides, I'm sure they provide just as much of a helpful and informative and welcoming experience! I would absolutely recommend getting lessons and exams done here! Thanks for all your help people at Four Star!!!

Experiencia negativa: Please practice what you teach. I was just tailgated on 663 apparently by someone on their way back to your office. Update: I find the response from the company quite odd. It was clearly one of their vehicles with all of its markings, and it was less than half a mile from their address. If it wasn’t an employee, or a staff member, do they let their students Drive without an instructor?

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure to take my lessons with Tim at all Times he made me feel at ease and relaxed and helped me fixed some mistakes along the way. I took my road test with Sean for being a former penndot tester and was worried I would have failed because of that somehow he made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend anyone to take their lessons and test through them. Pass on my first time.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a wonderful experience with them they are really nice people to deal with and the instructors are super nice people and the company deserves more then 5 stars I had a super nice instructor and she made it really easy for me to learn how to drive and they teach you certain tips and tricks for easy driving I highly recommend for everyone to this company they are amazing people The instructors pick you up at your house which is super cool and they show you different roads and backroads and how to correctly use your vehicle And they show you all the different controls and what they do in the vehicle which makes it more simpler to learn how to use your controls in your vehicle which also makes it easier on the student driver to learn how to drive and the instructors pick you up on time at your house and drop you back off after your 2 hour lesson which is cool. I highly recommend 4 star driving school to everyone who has their permit/wants to get their license they are amazing people to deal with and their lessons are super easy thank you 4 star

I had easily the most stressful day of my life being someone that just got into the country and don’t have no one to lean to when it comes to emergencies. I was late because i forgot my permit at home so drove all the way back and communicated that it was totally my fault and was going to be late. Got there 1hr30min late they took me in like nothing. So kind down to earth. Did the drivers test, with a “flawless score” like me said. Made my day. They had no business being this kind and understanding. I don’t know these people and they didn’t know me either is just the matter of believing that everyone deserves another chance. Recommended to everyone in the area to go and try them out, this is what i call quality service.

Experiencia fantástica: Such a great place with super sweet people!! I took the test prep as well as the test here. I would highly recommend taking the test prep first so you can get use to their car, and also get use to the route you’ll be taking on the test. Even though its pricey, it sure does help a lot. I’m so happy I came here rather than going to the dmv again. Thank you Gail (I hope I spelled it right) for helping me pass the road test that I took with Joe!! :))

Experiencia fantástica: I made an appointment with 4 Star for my daughter to take her test because it would have taken months at the DMV. I’m super happy I did because my daughter and I had an excellent experience with them! At the last minute I wanted her to take the prep course first and they didn’t have an opening at the last minute but they squeezed her in. After the prep course my daughter came in with a huge smile and told me she was glad she took that first because it made her feel at ease and more confident about taking her test next and also said the gentleman who went with her was super nice and also helped her feel at ease! The woman who gave my daughter the final test was just as nice and everyone at this place was very professional and very courteous! We both walked away with smiles that day! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 4 STAR DRIVING SCHOOL TO ANYONE! Thanks to everyone there for making my daughter and myself very happy!!!!

Experiencia negativa: First they came in late than when I told them i was slipping in the rain never cared about safety not even once . Than they big manger called me from an unknown number proceeding to yell at me than telling me she had people to pay ? Seems like they not bringing in enough Business than told me I can’t book with that again like I cared . I was gonna use them 2 years ago but I had move to va because of pandemic I was driving over 10 hours to get to them .

Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly staff. Dmv had a 3 month wait but I was able to get right in here and it was worth it to me just for that. I recommend the prep before the test. Allows you to get use to their vehicle, you get to practice parallel parking and you get to drive along the route that the test will be on with helpful tips along the way. Id recommend this place over the dmv any day.

Experiencia fantástica: Yup, all the other reviews nailed it. My son also failed at the DMV twice and was a nervous wreck for his test. We signed up for the one hour pre-lesson and the test. He was immediately put at ease by the staff. He then took the test and passed. Please don't underestimate the value of driving lessons, I know it's pricey but a lot of time and aggravation would have been eliminated if I would have used this school in the first place. The folks there are awesome and caring and I'm extremely happy that we chose to go there.

Then she found herself in a situation where she needed to get her license quickly. Four Star Driving School had availability within a few days, and both her instructor and examiner were kind, reassuring, and able to help calm her nerves before she successfully passed the test. The prep session before the test was invaluable for a nervous driver. Beginning to end, this was a great experience!

They were so nice and they calmed me down so much. The crash course you’re available to take before the actual test is perfect for new drivers or nervous drivers! Different side of the road for a start and in a car I had never driven before :) However, Four Star Driving School put me at ease, made the experience really fun, friendly and interesting. I would highly recommend this great school for both learning and the drivers exam.

Experiencia fantástica: Just took my driving test and my experience was amazing. I was nervous since I had heard not so nice stories about the DMV but my experience today was great. Everyone was nice and friendly and puts your nerves at ease. Both the instructor today and my driving lesson instructor were timely and took the time to explain everything to me. I am recommending them to all of my friends that don’t have their license yet.
